- We have a highly complex business in that we've got both union and non-union employees, seven different teamster contracts. We also need to follow DOT regulations.

If we drill down into turnover and look at our frontline employees, we've been able to reduce the turnover among that group by almost 12%, and that saved us close to $750,000.

- Our goal is to grow by 8. 6% next year, so we're almost doubling the growth trajectory of the industry. ADP will certainly help us do that. (upbeat music)
