so here we are on my Willard the Crawford notch New Hampshire absolutely stellar no other climbers beautiful autumn foliage was one of the early climbs different parties and Sue and I put up a route that we call time traveler because you always said I had the feeling that maybe someone else it and touch this rock before but perhaps they hadn't done this straight over mine it's the static line that we did I did drop bolts on the lead you know the hand drill those days quarter-inch all Drive bolts over one of my balls is still there this is about 35 years ago I have a lifetime ago that I didn't reverse out of this room my bolts over there I'm kind of rusty for likely so anyway itself fun to be out here it's just it is something you do feel like a time traveler when you're back on the globe you feel that the cliff hasn't really changed that much the rock is the same the scenery is more or less same but yeah you have changed a little bit you know the decades of Popeye so I'm 61 now so I was about 25 years old when so and I did the first ascent I'm forever that's about to look back on that
