of work is just our shifting values as Millennials start to assess the their priorities and have higher expectations about how they spend their time and really value that work-life balance and when they're working they want to work with purpose I think that's going to have the biggest impact to how we work and how organizations are set up to support that kind of prioritization

I think it's gonna get flatter and flatter I think the distance between strategy and execution is constantly changing as more rope work can be outsourced so the more that like lower-level employees are empowered I think that's going to continue to happen and the organization the more that they can put purpose and strategy to the lowest levels I'll be more successful and getting to that agility and innovation that we always talked about

I definitely go skiing no seriously I think the most rewarding part of my job is when I can get my team together and brainstorm ways to connect with customers that's just so fun so the more time that we can make to think about innovative and breakthrough ways to serve customers that's how it's been my time
