um I'm a believer that there is no substitute for human interaction the workplace will change um but some things will remain consistent because collab oration has to happen in person for it to be effective um we're experimenting right now with something that I think is going to catch which is the idea of sitting in a circle I think that seats and seating arrangements will have um a large effect on productivity people are going to really tune into that um when you move people around the office their brains change it won't be sitting at your own desk uh you know forever you know for 20 years it's going to be moving around in desks and also experimenting with those seating arrangements um I expect that the circle people not having them their backs to each other but in stay facing towards each other um and thinking about one common goal I think that is going to catch on um in so many words I actually don't think the workplace will change so much this it isn't a pretend uh this is going to happen um virtual reality will allow us to um really be like The Matrix uh we are going to have the opportunity to work with one another um as if we're next to one another even if we're on different continents um and I think that the thing that we'll need to focus on as we build that infrastructure is um what are the outputs uh are they Excel spreadsheets right are they um are they you know drawings what are people creating with one another that is the most important and that will exist across virtual reality so yeah no I am fully um confident that there will really be a very different type of office space in 25 years there's just no doubt um I believe that Virtual Technology in the workplace is going to have a real effect on how we interact with one another so I think that that's going to be the industry that um evolves with uh this kind of reinvented workplace I am also seeing though and this will happen only the next couple years um the types of recruitment companies the types of people that place people in businesses is going to uh evolve with those businesses we're starting to see some specialized placement companies around designers or around uh even product managers it's becoming very specialized um I think that'll happen for a little while um and then I believe that there will be a leader in the recruitment space as it relates to technology companies
