that whole baby boomer generation. So, you have a large older population moving in and the over 85 demographic is by far, I mean, it's just pale everything else pales in comparison to their use of health care. So, you have two things happening. One is that aging population of voracious need for health care services for providers and such. But, we also have a subtle shift that's going on in terms of what inpatient now is outpatient, but now there's also when you get to the senior sector is if there's a lot of home health coming in and people would rather stay in place. So, I think some of those things are definitely driving it. Then, there's also the reimbursement factor and where you know, where can care be delivered and the most cost-efficient and as well as efficient operational layouts to those places. And just what technology has done and what we're now able to do and move those higher acuity procedures that were all in the acute care, you know, inpatient hospital way back when and now more and more those are being driven into the outpatient sector.
