You know, I last Loop & Launch we rolled out checkout plus. You've also been one of the brands really leaning into that and you have nearly I think it's like a 50% attach rate on checkout plus, which is so strong. Um Can I ask what do you do to get there? Yeah, to be honest, it was definitely higher than our initial expectation. One of the biggest thing for us was to treat checkout plus as a trust-building feature rather than an upsell. Um we did a very extensive trial period with minimal marketing just because we wanted the adoption to come from customer understanding rather than persuasion. So yeah, a lot of work just on clarity, so making sure that our policies were clear on the website, a lot of alignment with the CX team, but also our AI knowledge base to use checkout plus as a way of converting customers rather than like pushing it to them. Um and yeah, just a simple also explanation at checkout of what it was to not add like to not create confusion. So yeah, the goal was really just to reassure customers before the purchase rather than yeah, pushing like a post-purchase behavior.
