Top 10 most AI exposed occupations. The finding indicates that white collar knowledgebased roles are currently facing the highest disruption risk. Sounds about right. Computer programmer 75% task exposure. Oh no, that would be me. Yep, that looks about right. These are all things that has clear enough metrics that is pretty easy for AI to be able to do. If something has like very clear success metrics of what is good and bad, that means it's probably a good candidate for AI automation. Unlike previous automation waves that hit manufacturing jobs, this wave directly impacts high-skll deskbased jobs such as myself. The most exposed workers tend to be more educated, higher paid, and more likely to be women. That's also me. Oh no. Low exposure roles are jobs that require physical presence, such as cooks, mechanics, lifeguards, and bartenders have almost zero exposure to AI. I do want to make a counterpoint in saying that the average is not representative of all. AI is going to be a multiplier for how good you are at your job. So don't be afraid and just run away from this. be really, really good at what you do.
