Over the last few years, AI tools have flooded the creative space, all promising to speed things up. But for designers, the real question isn’t just about generating visuals… it’s whether those tools actually fit into a real workflow. Because the hardest part of design is rarely the final output, it’s getting from that first rough idea to something that actually feels like a direction.
In today’s video, I walk through Framia Pro, a creative AI agent built around that exact problem. Instead of just generating images, it helps you move from concept to something usable much faster. From AI agents that generate initial directions, to chat-based editing, layered outputs, and even storyboard timelines, the focus here is on speeding up ideation and experimentation, not replacing the thinking behind design.
If you want to try it out yourself, you can use the link above to get started with some free credits and see how it fits into your own
creative process.

### [0:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUZqxumtaTs) AI Is For Ideation

Over the last few years or so, we've actually seen a lot of tools appear that promise to speed up creative work for us designers by using AI. I'm sure you've heard that many times before. However, for me, the real question isn't just whether they can generate visuals, generic graphics, and whatnot. The real question is whether they actually fit into a creative workflow in a way that feels useful for us designers. And that is where the real meat of the topic is found, in my humble opinion. Because most of the time the hardest part of a project is getting from that first rough idea or concept to something visual that actually starts to feel like a hard solid [snorts] direction. A direction that pays homage to the brief and falls in line with the target audience. Yeah, something we always talk about here on this channel. So, today, I'm going to show you a

creative AI agent called Framer Pro. And it's designed around helping designers move from concept to upload-ready content in 15 minutes using intelligent AI agents. And just to be clear from the start

creative AI agents like Framer Pro aren't about replacing designers or creativity. Tools like Framer Pro are really about accelerating the process, especially ideation and experimentation, which can often take the longest part of a project. Now, inside Framer Pro, you've got access to some of the most advanced AI image models available right now, including Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, and Midjourney version 7. So, the visuals you're generating already have a strong level of detail and realism from the get-go. Now, one thing that's been interesting to see more recently is how AI agents are being used more broadly, especially with things like OpenClaw going viral, where people are essentially setting up different agents to handle different tasks for them. And instead of doing everything manually, you have multiple AI agents working together in different parts of a workflow, kind of like as your team. A team of robots, essentially. And Framer Pro is very much built around that kind of idea, that logic, but focused specifically on creative and visual work. So, when you first open up Framer Pro, the main idea is that you can generate visual content using different agents inside the platform. You can think of these agents almost like assistants that help you create and refine visual-based prompts. It's like that team I spoke about earlier. And instead of starting with a completely blank canvas and building everything step-by-step, you can begin with a simple description of the idea you want to explore. So, for example, you might enter a prompt describing the mood or the environment or the kind of visual style you're aiming for. And within a few seconds, the platform generates a visual starting point that you can begin working with. But what's interesting about this is that it immediately gives you something to react to creatively. And this can be really helpful when you're exploring different directions. You are the human designer here. That's important to remember. You have the experience and you have taste. But also, now you're loaded up with new ideas and directions that can fuel or engage the creative journey. But once you have something generated, you're not locked into that kind of first result. One of the more interesting parts of Framer Pro is the chat-to-edit workflow. And this is where you can refine a visual concept simply by describing the changes you want to make. So, instead of rebuilding elements manually, you might ask for adjustments to the lighting, reposition of an object, or change the overall atmosphere of the scene or the design. And the platform, it updates things visually accordingly. And to make this more visual, I'll run through a quick example of designing something like a futuristic poster. And so, starting with the branding agents, I can generate an initial concept. And if I don't like what it actually gives me, I can type in something along the lines of, "Give me five different other options for this. " And the AI agent will generate multiple new variations instantly. And from there, I can refine the strongest directions using the chat-edit workflow. Now, on top of that, the generated visuals can be broken down into separate layers, which gives you more control over individual parts of the design. And that means you can refine certain elements while keeping the rest of the composition intact. And this is helpful when you're iterating on an idea rather than starting over each time. This combination of the branding agent and split layers is one of the most powerful aspects of the design agent. And that's because it just allows you to both generate and refine ideas in a much more controlled way.

### [4:48](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUZqxumtaTs&t=288s) Cohesion

Another feature that stands out is the storyboard timeline, which lets you organize multiple scenes in a sequence. This means that you can start building a series of different graphics that work together as part of a larger concept. So, for creators working on short videos, storytelling content, or like visual sequences, this makes it easier to experiment with different scenes and see how they actually flow together. That cohesion is something we really do look for. You can generate several variations as well and arrange them in a timeline and quickly explore different directions without spending hours building everything manually from scratch. And this is where a lot of creative energy can be suffocated or where creative block can set in when a designer feels like a lot of their time is being wasted or not used in the correct way. But for some honest talk right here, from a designer's perspective, the interesting thing about tools like Framer Pro is how they fit into the broader creative process. Because most projects involve a stage where you're experimenting with ideas, right? You know, you're gathering references, you're building mood boards, perhaps, and trying to find a visual direction that works. That phase can often take a lot of time, especially when you're exploring multiple different possibilities. Platforms like this can help accelerate that stage by giving you a first fast way to generate visuals, test different directions, and iterate on concepts before moving into that detailed design work. Or at least, for me, this makes the most sense with something like this. It doesn't replace the thinking behind a project, but it can make experimentation much faster and sometimes even reveal creative directions you didn't consider fully before. Another aspect that is very illuminating is to explore how quickly you can create variations of the same idea. In most workflows, in standard workflows, if you want to, say, test three or four different directions, you'd normally be rebuilding different layouts, moving elements around, adjusting colors, and repeating that process several times over. Inside Framer Pro, you can take the same base concept and generate multiple variations very, very quickly. That means adjusting things like composition, lighting, or just overall mood of the design to match that message and the brief and so on. What this allows you to do is to place those results side by side and evaluate them almost like a mini concept board. And then, as a graphic designer, you can literally take a step back, look at the options, and decide which direction feels the strongest before moving forward. And that kind of rapid experimentation can be very, very useful, very helpful during the early concept stage. And that's simply because instead of guessing whether an idea might work and spending a long time on it, you can actually see several possibilities visualized right in front of you. And I deem that to be insanely powerful, indeed.
