What are three go-to meals on a busy week? Don't really have non busy weeks. Well, I do a lot of batch cooking. Um, so make uh, you know, kind of beans and gros for the week to throw into any dish. Um, so something like pasta is easy. Take a whole grain, you know, macaroni with a creamy sauce made out of dried porchinis and hummus and garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley. throw some beans, some steamed greens on there or maybe some pesto with, you know, arugula and kale and walnuts and garlic. Um or yellow uh tortillas. Um I throw in the air fryer and to toast them up and dip them in some kind of maxi mush of, you know, mashed beans and salsa and if I haven't, fresh cilantro or avocado. Um, more steamed grains, maybe uh something more kind of Asian inspired with the, you know, the gros that I've made for the week, which is the brawl, barley goats, rye groats, oak goats, and lentils. Um with some you know air fried broccoli on top sweet spicy savory sauce something like
