tech jobs! on one hand side allows you to find amazing tech jobs and on the other hand side is an employer uh to hire some of the best talent out there so it's called Uh correct engineers. com the reason I built it is because uh I had a lot of fellow Founders basically asked me to help them hire talent and so far I've done that on my Discord Channel and I actually helped jimini here uh hire some of the best uh ml talent in this particular case and also my community of people who were seeking for jobs were pinging me and asking me for help and recommendations and so I decided to just scale myself up and build an actual platform that's kind of the why so with that out of the way let me walk you through the platform quickly uh so we are now on the landing page you can see the actual drop posts and these are uh I want to give a huge shout out to UNS sloth vva Julius and open pipe for being my beta testers and first paid posts and so let's kind of zoom in into one of these in particular maybe on slot here so you can see the name of the company the actual role they're hiring for so machine learning engineer you can see whether it's internship or full-time in case of open pipe Julius and viate and then you have the tax that kind of describe what this role entails in this particular case ons sloth naturally uh wants people who know tridon and care about llms or whatnot and then you also have the actual location so it's San Francisco or remote in this case and then there is a salary range that's kind of the gist of it and then if you expand the job post you can actually see the job details you can share the job post with somebody you think will find this one useful and if you share it you'll basically end up having something like this just a dedicated post and some related job posts and there is also the apply button obviously once you want to apply you click apply and you can see the details uh of how to apply for the company so as you can see I don't do this on the platform itself uh these people have to so employers have to set up their own ATS so application tracking system and I just point them uh point from this platform to their ATS so in this case you can see Julia set up this and you can apply for the job on their landing page okay that's that part and then uh to discover new job posts there's going to be a couple of ways you do that you can do it either on the landing page or if you subscribe to my weekly um newsletter you'll be getting them directly into your email inbox and I'll get to that in a bit for now let's see how we do it from the landing page so you can do a couple of things first is use the platform as perplexity AI or Google and just search so for example I don't I want to work at Julius Ai and if you click enter um you can see basically a sorted list uh of the most relevant being first and then less relevant second and third and what not and obviously because I only have four posts here it's not as interesting but you can imagine how this works so again it's not like your dummy uh keyword based search it's just semantic search the same way as perplexity and Google uh then you can search according to uh text for examp example Cuda tag you can see open pipe here is looking for somebody who knows Cuda um you can pick multiple tags uh to narrow down your selection uh you can sort by highest paid posts for example re by what are the most recent ones if you're looking for fresh job offers you can also select a salary range between $0 and 1. 5 million uh basically and that's it this second part which is interesting which is the dashboard uh this is going to be your user dashboard once you log in so I'm going to quickly sign out just to show you the actual process so when you're not signed in you're on the landing page and you can actually subscribe here to detect a newsletter I mentioned but we can do it also from the dashboard so let's go and quickly log in and I basically require people to sign in with GitHub because I expect this to be a tech platform and I do expect tech people to have a GitHub profile hopefully um and so once we log in we're again back to this page and here you can actually update the preference so here is you can pick uh whatever text you want to listen to uh and you'll get every Thursday into your email inbox uh relevant uh job posts for example kud and trid and then you click update preference and this is now what you're going to be receiving every single week so I strongly suggest you do it uh on the left hand side this is just pulled from your GitHub and shows uh your your most popular repos and whatnot and eventually I'm planning to somehow infer how good a candidate is by their uh GitHub profile and maybe some other social inputs like LinkedIn or whatnot for now it's is more of a sugar candy so to speak on this page and then quick note that if you if you're expecting to see posts and you don't see them there's likely a mismatch between the email you use to post a job post and the one you use to sign in so keep that in mind and ping me if you need any help I have my contact information here I'm going to be replying to people's DMS and emails uh because I don't have any job post here obviously because I didn't uh post a pay post myself here let me quickly go to uh local server and here you can see how this is going to look like once you have active job posts and you'll be able to either close them if for whatever reason you want to do that for example you hire the tent you want to close the job post um otherwise it's going to be 30-day uh on on my feed and you can also edit uh drob post if you hit edit you'll see a natural interface here where you fill in the information hit save changes and go to the Posta job uh page which is relevant for employers for folks who want actually hire Talent here it's very simple you have a couple of options and the one I recommend to fill up this whole form is to just paste your ATS link so what I mean by that is let's me quickly open up oops let me quickly uh go back here let's maybe pick Julius apply let's grab their uh link here and once we have that and we go back to the post a job if you enter it here and hit prefill um I'm going to in the background use uh my custom AI to fill up the whole uh job form so you don't have to waste time if you're lazy uh or you just want to make sure you don't make uh mistakes it's a nice shortcut either way um okay you can see here it correctly picked up Julius software engineer infrastructure and security full-time role uh it did not pick up uh for some reason this time the uh text uh so it's mlops and then you can see um you will have to put your log manually but here is the description you can improve it you can also get feedback from AI to see how what the AI thinks about your your job post if you have any typos it can catch them and that's it you also have a preview here so you can see how the job post is actually going to look like once you post it um and finally once you're ready to submit the job post you you hit the submit button and you get 50% discount for the early adopter so for all of you who will be posting over the next couple of weeks or months um I'll be giving you a 50% discount on the price here uh one last thing I didn't mention is you can make your post Stand Up Stand Out by doing a couple of things one is to just highlight with your background color uh maybe brand or whatnot and you can see the letters are going to automatically adjust so so it's always very there is a nice contrast so if we pick a black one for example and then there is a couple features like you can add a chat image if you want to attract extra crack engineers and then you can also pin for either a day or seven days uh and depending on that you get the final price and you get 50% discount on the price as I said so again quick summary you use this to pre-fill your uh
