Every machine shop in America has the same problem. Machine breaks down with no warning. Production stops and suddenly you're losing thousands of dollars a day. We built Forge Metrics to fix that. The Forge Metric sensor monitors vibration and heat signatures on CNC machines in real time. Our AI algorithms analyze that data to detect early signs of mechanical failure weeks before it happens so that shop owners can fix it on their own schedule and not in a crisis. Installation couldn't be easier. It's a magnetic mount. You slap it on, connect it to the Wi-Fi, and it's already sending data. From the dashboard, shop owners can see every machine at a glance, healthy, warning, or critical. Click into any machine and you get real time vibration data, temperature, and alerts the moment something looks off. We've already partnered with multiple machine shops here in Salt Lake to run our pilot program. We're currently collecting real data to perfect our product before we officially launch with a monthly subscription service. Every big factory has this technology.
