When you're trying to stay disciplined, when you don't feel like doing it, when in the moment you want to shout out your spouse, but the coach part of you coaches you, "Ha ha ha, no, cuz tomorrow that's going to be painful. " You know, you learn in the moments of life to recalibrate back to the best of who you are. And that recalibration is that self-intention setting. It's that accessing. — It's that eventually coaching and opening to the best of who you are in that moment. You should be placing yourself in peace throughout the day even when there's no conflict. You should be releasing throughout the day even though you don't sense or feel the tension. It's why I want you all to do the release meditation technique or some type of meditative technique. It's why I want you to learn yoga. For no reason, you know, at every hour do qigong to open up your body or breathwork or stretching or something every hour or at the last Maybe you can do it every 90 minutes and get away with it. But we need some kind of place where you just get yourself in a good place.
