### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

Please walk with me here. I make educational content is a statement that a lot of people make. But the reality is that education is a byproduct. Education means behavior change. They took action. So, what we're actually saying is we make content with the goal of behavior change. I make a video that for Neil might be educational and for Sarah might be entertainment cuz Neil did something different afterwards and Sarah didn't. And so, if you know this to be true, it tells you what to do in your content. Literally, the only thing that you need to optimize for is making it as easy as possible for your audience to understand the actions they need to take to solve the problem. Which means that half of the graphics that you guys are doing or seeing in YouTube videos makes it harder because it actually distracts the audience from knowing what they need to do. And so, every decision you make in your outlining, in your filming, and your editing, whether it's a short or a YouTube video, needs to be does this make it easier for the audience to understand what they need to change afterwards in their thinking or their actions. If you do that, you will make content that is actually useful.
