### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

We can certainly learn from people in Africa how to clean teeth. I believe that most people in Africa use a seewak or miswak stick, same as the Middle East, and these sticks are amazing. I mean, the World Health Organization did a study to try to figure out why all these whole continents of people had such great teeth using these peculiar little sticks cut from the miswak tree or the it's called the toothbrush tree in some countries. — And what they discovered was in this wooden stick that they use to clean their teeth are the very things that actually ironically I've been promoting for the last 50 years. Silica, which is in the toothpaste I recommend, essential oils, Listerine that I recommend, and it even contains some fluoride and a resin similar to xylitol. So, it is a combination therapy that we need to look after our oral health. I am so excited to recommend to people to use miswak and seewak sticks because they have stood the test of time. Thousands of years people have enjoyed healthy teeth by using these sticks. They use them five times a day. They fray the ends. Look into it. It's a pretty interesting thing, particularly if you're going camping or on a trip somewhere where you can't take all the products that I recommend for the complete mouth care system. I'd say both are terrific ways of looking after your teeth. Depends what you want to do.
