## Транскрипт

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

Sometimes you have to understand that you're not burnt out, you're just chasing something that was never meant to carry you. And don't get me wrong, that exhaustion that you're feeling, it's real. I'm not trying to minimize that, but most people, they misread the whole cause. They think it's the hours that they're putting in, the cold calls, the rejections. So, they take the week off, they come back, and they feel the same exact emptiness — by Wednesday. Cuz the problem was never the workload, it was what was driving it. When quota is your God, you will always feel hollow. Even when you hit it, because numbers, they don't fulfill you. — Purpose does. And here's the thing, there's a version of the same work that's not going to drain you, where you walk into every single conversation thinking, "God, lead me to the person who needs me today. " Where the questions that you ask come from you actually caring, not because your manager is listening on your call. That version of you doesn't burn out. You see, the prayer was never, "God, help me close this deal. " It was, "God, get me out of my own way so I can actually help this person. " And when that becomes the motive, the money will always follow. Abundance flows in proportion to the value that you provide, not because you are hustling harder, because you are aligned. You're allowed to want your commission and genuinely care about your client, but one has to lead the other. And if the number is the one that's leading, then that's your answer. That's the reason why you're tired. I'mma keep it a bean with you, you're not burnt out, you're misaligned, and alignment isn't a mindset hack, it's a daily surrender. You have to pray it, you have to mean serve somebody, but — let me know what you think about this.
