## Описание

We're simplifying our Site plans and putting more power into fewer tiers – starting with a new Premium Site plan that gives every customer full access to the Webflow CMS with 20,000 items and 40 collections included, no add-ons required.

We're also introducing the Team plan – an all-in-one option for teams that have outgrown self-serve but aren't quite ready for Enterprise. It includes a site, 10 seats, localization, and features previously unavailable on self-serve like AEO agents, page branching, publishing workflows, and more. And every Workspace now includes AI credits so all Webflow customers have built-in access to the latest AI functionality.

In this video, Jess – Senior Director of Product at Webflow – walks through each update in detail: what's changing, why we're making these changes, when they take effect, and what it all means for your bill. She also covers how freelancers and agencies get extra time before changes apply to existing sites, and how you can lock in your cur

### Why we're making changes []

Hi, I'm Jess, senior director of product here at Webflow. Today, I want to walk you through some updates we're making to our plans and pricing. I'll cover why we're making this change, what's changing, when it's changing, and what it means for you. So, let's start with the context. The web is changing faster than ever, and customers are telling us that in order to keep up, they need more room to grow. That feedback has pushed us to make three updates. First, we're simplifying our plans and pricing to put more power in the hands of more customers. Second, we're introducing an all-in-one option for teams that have outgrown self-serve, but aren't quite ready for enterprise. And finally, we're adding AI credits in every workspace, so all Webflow customers will continue to have access to the latest AI functionality they need. Now, let's talk about site plans.

### New Premium Site plan [0:55]

To start, we're introducing a new premium site plan by combining the CMS and business plans into one. This lets us simplify our lineup, so it's easier for you to understand what plan is best for your needs. This also allows us to get rid of CMS add-ons entirely. Going forward, all customers on the premium site plan will get full access to the Webflow CMS with 20,000 items and 40 collections included. So, what does this mean for existing CMS and business customers? Well, for customers on the CMS plan, in addition to your increased CMS limits, your static page count increases from 150 to 300. You'll also get access to new features like form file upload, well-known files, and faster search indexing. For customers on the business plan, most of your feature access and site limits are staying the same or getting better. An exception I want to call out is that included bandwidth drops from 100 GB to 50 on the premium plan, but add-ons will still be available if you need more. The new premium site plan is priced at $25 a month for a yearly plan or $39 monthly plan. As part of our site plan updates, we're

also making some changes to the basic site plan. The yearly plan is increasing to $15 a month and the monthly plan is increasing to $25 a month. We're also doubling the static page limit to 300 pages. So, what does all of this mean for your

bill? For basic and CMS plan customers, you'll see a price increase. For business plan customers, your price change will depend on a few factors. To help you figure out exactly where you land, we built a pricing calculator. You can plug in details about your current plan and it will show you your new price.

### When changes take effect [2:52]

Now, when do these changes actually go into effect? For all new sites purchased, these updates will apply starting today. For existing sites, it will depend on your workspace. We know freelancers and agencies often manage sites on behalf of clients, so we've built in extra time for those conversations. If a site is hosted in a freelancer or agency workspace, changes don't take effect until the first renewal or billable change on or after November 16th, 2026. For other existing sites, changes will take effect at the first renewal or billable change on or after June 29th, 2026. One last thing worth noting, if you're paying monthly, you can lock in your plan at the current annual price for another year by switching to yearly billing before the updates go into effect for your site.

### Introducing the Team plan [3:45]

Now, let's talk about the team plan. If you've outgrown our self-serve plans, but aren't quite ready for enterprise, this one's for you. The Team plan is an all-in-one option that combines what fast-growing teams need most. A site with 100 CMS collections, 10 seats, localization, and features that were previously not available on self-serve, like our new AEO agents, page branching, publishing workflows, site activity log, and a lot more. For agencies, this means two real benefits. First, with the Team plan now available on our pricing page, client conversations about scaling beyond self-serve just got a lot easier. Also, because the Team plan includes content management API rate limits that are five times higher than self-serve plans, large client migrations can move a lot faster. The Team plan is available starting today, and you can get in touch with us directly from the pricing page to learn more. And finally, let's talk about AI

credits. AI capabilities are shifting fast, and so are the economics behind them. As Webflow AI becomes more central to how teams manage their most important marketing properties, we want to make sure every customer has built-in access to the tools they need. So today, we're introducing AI credits and including them in every workspace. AI credits reset monthly for self-serve plans and yearly for Team and Enterprise customers. You can track your credits in the new AI usage dashboard. Add-ons will be available if you need more. Credit limits won't be enforced until June 29th, so between now and then, you can keep using Webflow AI as you normally would and get a sense for your usage. And to learn which Webflow AI features will consume credits and which won't, you can visit our Help Center. So to recap, we're simplifying our plans and
