We're going to be building this exact funnel here, which is actually a live funnel with a live offer. So, first of all, we've got the lead generation page to get their name and email. We're also going to send them to a thank you page, which we can customize. We're also going to follow up with an email automation. So, we're going to go once again step by step through the entire process. And if you want to save a bit of time too, I'll link to this particular funnel that you can get for free down in the description. Now, just before we get started, if you haven't yet got system. io, I've actually got a program called the system accelerator. This is full of step-by-step tutorials on how to actually use system. io. I've also got oneclick install templates for funnels, websites, and email campaigns. So, if you just want to save a ton of time setting up, if you just want to use some templates to get up and going really quick, make sure you join system using the link in the description. It's normally $97, but I'll give it to you for free. Okay, so let's go ahead and get started. So, here is a demo system. io account. I've been shooting lots of tutorials with it. It's on the free plan. So, everything you can see here is on the free plan. Just to let you know though, if you have just set up system. io, io. You do need to add your own custom domain and custom email sender or else you cannot complete this entire step. I'll link to a video down below where you can do that in just a very short amount of time. So, let's get ### [1:25](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14etTcshexA&t=85s) Create New Funnel straight into it. Come to the top of the page and go to sales funnels. And what we want to do is go ahead and click on create. I'm going to call it the 10 prompt business coach. Okay. And this is where we can connect it to our domain that we've already added. So, choose domain. Choose the one that you've added. For this example, I'll use uh techtrainer. co. And normally, you can come through and choose either to build an audience, create a salesunnel, or run an evergreen webinar. However, I personally like to just start from scratch. And the reason being is it just gives you heaps of bloat, and then you have to go through and delete what you don't want. So, let's start from scratch for this example. So, click on save. And now we have our funnel. So, go ahead, click on that brand new funnel. There's nothing inside. So, let's start ### [2:07](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14etTcshexA&t=127s) Create Opt-in Page from the very beginning. Go to the bottom, click on add step. We are going to name this the 10 prompt. Of course, call it what you want to. 10 prompt optin. Okay, for the step type, we need to scroll down inside of here until you see optin and choose opt-in page. It's pretty vital that you choose the right one. And I'm going to start from scratch because honestly, I believe less on an opt-in page means more conversions if the offer is attractive enough. Click on save. This is going to load the page. What we can do right off the bat is remove the URL path if this is your only uh page on your domain. So you can just remove everything. I've already got pages on this domain. So I'm just going to put inside of here 10 prompt. Okay. And then once you've done that, click off it. You can see it's available now. It's connected. Let's go to edit page. ### [2:54](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14etTcshexA&t=174s) Edit Opt-in Page And what we're going to do is start building out this page. Okay. So here is our blank canvas. Now every time you open a brand new page, I highly recommend starting off in settings at the top here. What we can do is choose our typography. Instead of changing each and every element, it's just going to save a bunch of time. So down here, choose default font and go to Google fonts. What we can do is choose one of your choice. I'm going to choose Poppins. And you can see it automatically chose Poppins down here as well. So that's a good base for me. I'm going to click off. And now it's time to start dragging in some elements. I'm going to start with a simple two column. I'm just going to drop that in here like so. Now it is extremely wide. So, I'm just going to click on the green section part. And down here, we have content width. I'm just going to make this medium. So, it's not too big, not too small. By the time you actually open up the page, too, it stretches a bit. So, let's stick with medium for now. We can always change it later. Click on back. And now, let's start dropping in some elements. And I'm going to just drop in everything I need to build out this page right off the bat. It might look a bit messy to start with, but don't worry, we're going to organize the chaos. So, first I'm going to drop in a text widget. Second is a heading, a headline widget. Third is another text widget. Then I'm going to scroll down a little bit and we have here form. Now they've got entire forms if you want to test that out. I haven't had enough testing with it. I prefer actually just to use the form input. So grab form input. Drop it below the text. What I want you to do straight off the bat is click on this form field. Go ahead and choose first name. for the placeholder. You can leave it as first name, but we're just going to go to font size here really quick and drop it down to 16. Then we're going to hover over the orange field, click off it, and hover over. Click on duplicate. And now we've already saved a couple of seconds by duplicating. We don't have to change the size again. For input, we're going to go this time to email. For placeholder, I'm going to type in email address just to make it look a little bit nicer. I may actually capitalize this first one here. Now, there is quite a bit of a gap. So, I'm just going to scroll down a little bit and choose margin down to 15. Okay, so we're looking pretty good. Scroll down a little bit further. Under form, you can see button. Click and drag that in like so. It's looking pretty wonky, so we'll quickly just adjust it. Click on button. Okay, come down. First thing to do is under margin, change it once again to 15. We can have here button width. Change that to fill width. I'm going to scroll down a little bit until I see subtext. Click on subtext. Get rid of that. All right. Now it's starting to look a little bit better. I'm going to look for font size. Right. I'm going to change that maybe to uh 18. 18 looks pretty good. Okay. And same thing again. Font type. I'm going to choose Google fonts. I'm going to choose popins. And if we do it this way, then we can choose the thickness that we want. I'm going to choose medium 500. And the last thing I'm going to do is just scroll down until I see corner radius. Let's just keep it the same as these ones. Let's put five. All right. And we can click off it. And it's looking pretty good. Now, I am just going to drop in one last text module for this column. And I'll show you why once we get to it. But that's looking pretty good. Now, on the right, we can go now and grab a image. Let's go click and drag under media. Drop it in the right column. And here is our basic layout for our landing page. So, what we want to do is now come until we see the blue row appear over both of the columns. We just want to somehow get to it. But it's pretty tricky to get to until you see these three um row alignments. So we have here it's top aligned, we've got middle aligned, we've got bottom. Choose middle for both of them. And it's just going to make sure that our alignment stays center as you can see, which looks pretty good. Now I'm just going to give the page a little bit of padding. So we'll start by clicking on the separator so we have all four corners. And then I'm going to put 120 here. about 300 there just to spread it out a bit. And things are already looking pretty nice. ### [6:52](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14etTcshexA&t=412s) Make Global Footer Block So, what I'm going to do now is come to section the left column. We're going to drop in uh section down below. It's created another green section right here. Next, we're going to scroll to the top, drop in a text. Okay. And what I'm going to do is come back to the section and change the padding to 20. Okay. This is going to be our bottom bar. Next, I'm going to come to background. And you can click on this little color icon here. I'm going to change it to black. And you can see the bottom bar is now black. And our text is also black, so we can't see anything. Just triple click and all of the text will highlight. Click on this little color palette uh icon that appears. And then let's go choose maybe just a off-white. Okay. And then we can click off it. Click off that section. And now here is going to be our footer. Right. So we're getting somewhere. So what we're going to do now is actually edit this page. We've got basically the skeleton of it. So now all we need to do is customize everything so it actually looks good. And this could be something that people want to put their name and email in. So at the very top I always put like a little sneak kind of out outline or overview of what they're actually getting. So I'm going to type inside here free cheat sheet download. Okay. And as it's two columns, most people naturally look so everything's on the left aligned. If it's a single column, it can be centered. So, while we still are inside of this blue um top text, uh we want to come down here to alignment. Click on left aligned. And you can see it's now left aligned. I'm going to also just triple click so it becomes uh highlighted. Click on B for bold. Okay, so that's looking pretty good. And I'm also going to change the color. So, if you have branding, this is where that can come in quite easily. For this example, I'll just choose this blue that I have. Right. So, that's looking pretty nice. The only other thing I might do is actually just stretch out the letters a little bit. So I'll give it one letter spacing. Okay. And that's looking pretty fresh. In fact, I might just change it to this second one that aligns with my branding. Right. So that looks pretty good. Now the next thing to do is come through to the heading. So I'm going to triple click on that. I'm going to once again on the left column click on alignment left. And now I'm going to start writing my headline. And now what I recommend if you are new to funnels is use tools like AI like chat GPT or Claude. They're going to just help speed up the process. So I'm just going to write these 10 uh AI prompts will train your AI and help you grow your business faster. Okay, really simple. Now what I'm going to do is once again highlight all of the text, make it bold so it sticks out. And I'm just going to increase the size a little bit just to make it look a little bit nicer. I'm going to increase the size. Now, I need to increase the line height to about 45. Okay. And this is looking pretty good. The next thing I'm going to do is change this text down here. So, I'm going to click on all of that text once again on the left. Go left align. And now I'm going to type in enter your name and email address to get sent the free AI prompting cheat sheet straight to your inbox. Okay, so that looks pretty nice as well. I might just quickly increase that size a little bit to maybe 16. Okay, and then I'll just increase the line height a little bit too. This is looking pretty good. So now below that, we've got quite a big gap between uh the text here and the headline and also the form. So if I click on the text, it doesn't look like it has any padding, which means the form will have some. So I'll just change that to 15. Maybe this here has got a margin. Yes, it does. I will even change that to 10 just to bring it a bit tighter. Right. So, that's looking pretty good. And now we've got the form itself. If I click on the button, this is going to be for a free download, of course. So, if we click on the button, we can scroll down, change the text. I'm going to say get the free download. Okay. And that's looking pretty nice. Now, we've got this text element before here. I always like to put this in. I believe it builds a bit of trust. So I'll say your information is never or is kept safe and never shared. Okay. And once again we will left align it. I might even put a little lock here. So I'll just go to edit emojis. All right. Look for a lock. Put a little space there. Now we just want to give it a little bit of padding at the top. So come to padding here. Right. And give it maybe 10. Okay. So that's actually looking pretty good so far. Now, if you want to really make your text pop a little bit, at the moment, it looks kind of bland. Go highlight a few words inside of your headline. I generally do two sections of words. So, I'm going to put here, train your AI, and I'll click on this little um this little icon here once again, and I'm just going to find a good green. Okay. So, I found this 6XB06. What you can do as well if you want, just copy that number and click on one of your um one of your icons down the bottom. Click on the pencil. Go ahead and paste it in and then click the green check. And now it's saved for later, which is cool. And then also I choose a second bit of text to highlight. This example I'm going to choose faster. Click on the branding of yours. And now this is looking pretty fresh in just a couple of minutes. Now the next thing we do is we're going to drop in an image. So, I'm going to click on the image. I'm going to click on this little plus. I'm just going to drag in a ebook cover that I just created earlier. All right. So, here it is. And it's pretty big. So, what I'm going to do on the left here is change the size to about 380. See what that looks like. It's actually looking not too bad for the size of the page. It does look like it's a little bit squashed. Uh everything's a bit tight. So, I might just click on the book here, uh, once again, and scroll down here to margin and click on this little, um, dividing margin thing and click maybe 40, right? And that looks a little bit nicer. It's not so squished anymore. So, this is actually looking pretty fresh. Now, if we scroll to the bottom, we've now got our footer. This is where you want to actually put in some info about your business. So, I'm going to put inside here, phililson. co, right? All rights reserved. And then I'll put a little u maybe first of all a year. Put in a pipe and then type in privacy policy. As you're collecting emails, you should have a privacy policy created. What you want to do is highlight the privacy policy text. Click on this little link and just put inside of here if it's on your current domain privacy, right? Policy. And you can click open in a new tab. Click on confirm. And now if you click off, that's actually a link. So everything is almost there. What I recommend you do before you move forward ### [13:40](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14etTcshexA&t=820s) Mobile Optimisation though is click on this little icon of a phone. This is going to show you what it looks like on mobile. As you can see, it's looking pretty gross. So what we're going to do is just quickly go ahead and customize a few things inside of here. So the first thing I will do is click as far as I can on the side. You can see we've also got the section and rows and things here. We've got a little bit of padding. I'm just going to increase this padding to let's just say 15. So, it makes a little bit of breathing room from the top. We've got this free cheat sheet download. I might just change this to uh maybe 12. I don't believe it needs to be too big inside of here. Next, I'm going to go to the headline. What I'm going to do inside of here is actually increase it a little bit to let's just say about 28. And it looks kind of funny on this view, but when what I recommend you do is once we've finished it to about 95% is actually check what it looks like on your phone. Okay. Okay, so that looks pretty good. We'll give it a little bit of line height, too. Maybe about 32. The next thing we'll do is go to the text. The text inside of here needs a little bit of adjusting. So, I'm going to call this about 15. Actually, might go 14. That looks pretty good. Uh 18 line heights also looking pretty nice. And as we come down, we've now got the first name. I'm going to change this to 12. Okay, maybe I'll even go 14. This just looks too big at the moment. So, I click on that. Come to typography once again. Go to 14. And now we've got the free download button. You can see the gap between the button and that email field is a bit tight. So I will just increase this to maybe 10. Okay, sorry that's the padding. I'll increase the margin to 10. Okay, that looks pretty good. And actually the yeah, the margin the padding is looking better. I might even increase the padding to 15 just so it's very profound. Maybe 12. Okay, overreacting a bit. And as we come down, the button text is huge. So, we just want to bring that down a little bit as well. Maybe to 16. That's looking pretty good. And this text below, same thing again. It's looking massive. So, I'm going to put 14. It's too big. Let's go 12. Right, that looks much better. Now, this book looks huge inside of this viewport. So, let's come down, right click on it, and let's change the size. Maybe about 200. Right, that looks way better already. Let's give it a little bit of padding to not be stuck to this as well. So, if I come to margin, I'll give it 10 margin. Maybe I'll even give it like 30. Even 30 top and bottom is pretty good. Okay, so that's looking a little bit tighter. And the last thing to do is look at the footer text. Right, this is your um privacy policy link and your brand. This looks huge. I'm going to go 12. All right, and now it's all sitting on a single line. I might even click on the green part and just increase it to 10 as well. And we've been flying through these customizations. But let's have a look. It's actually looking quite nice. I'm going to click on save. In fact, I might just give this heading just a little bit of padding. Right. Okay. So, that's looking much better. Click on save. So, let's go ahead and have a look what it looks like by clicking the little play. I'm pretty happy with everything. The only thing I will change is just reduce this size a little bit. So, come back to editor. Let's change that to maybe 12. Oh, let's go 14. Okay. Click on save. And that's the first page pretty much done, which is amazing. Now, to save a bit of time in the future, what we are going to do is click on this section. Okay. And you'll see once again the section information here. Click on this little save button and we're going to call this whatever your page is about. I'm just going to call it 10 prompts optin. Okay. And click on create. And now this is going to be saved. So when we go to the next step, we don't have to change all of the padding, the sizing, the customizations. Again, they're already done. And what we want to do here is scroll down until we see search engine optimization. This is basically the information that will be shared. For example, if Google, if someone searches this page on Google, what is this going to say? And if it's shared on social media, what's it also going to say there? and what image is going to be shown. So, I'm going to put something like 10 prompts to train your AI coach. And I'm going to just write in this description. I might even just copy and paste this text to save a bit of time. Okay. Paste that inside of here. Keywords. Um, AI prompts. Okay. Author, Phil Wilson. And for social media image, if you don't know what to use, just screen grab your landing page like this. Okay. And I'll quickly just go click on this little cloud and drop in this quick screen share. Okay, so that's been done. Now all we need to do is click on save and then click on exit. Okay, and now let's go to the second step. So click add step. And we're going to call this the 10 prompt bridge or thank you or whatever you want to call it. Um I'm going to choose this time go to sales, scroll down to optin thank you page and choose start from scratch. Okay, once again, and here is our second step that's now been added. So, what we can do is change the URL. This is going to be a page that doesn't get found on Google. You don't want people to directly come here. But to keep it nice and clean, I could put 10 prompt um thank you. Okay, something like that. Click off it. And then let's go and click edit. Now, inside here, what we're going to do is first of all come to settings, go default fonts, choose Google fonts once again, and choose popins, which is going to prefill those. Next, we want to come now to blocks. And because we saved our page on the earlier step, we can go to my blocks. Click on the one we've just saved. And here is all the pre-saved adjustments that we've already done. Okay. So, it's going to save a bunch of time. This time, what we're going to do is go and get section, drag it above the actually, no, we'll grab row this time, and we'll drop it in the top of this section here. Next, I'm going to drop in the heading. Okay, I'm also text. I'll drop in the button. Okay, I might even drop in this info here. And we've got a really good base. So, I'm going to come over these two columns. I'm just going to delete it. Click okay. And what we want to do in this page is slightly different to the last. The first thing to do is hover over the green section. I'm going to change this to small this time so it's not as wide. Okay. And I'm going to start editing this page. So, what I'm going to do at the top, first of all, every time you give something away, you should let them know it's worked. So, I'm going to put success. I'm also going to center align this. I might even increase it a little bit. Let's just say 18. So, that's looking pretty good. Next is the text headline. I'm going to click on it, come down, and center align it. And once again, you want to give them kind of like a success message. So, I'll put inside of here, you have been sent the free prompting cheat sheet. Okay. And here is some text. What I'm going to do is click on that and center align it once again. And this is where we can introduce either another offer that we have, maybe uh an affiliate product we're an affiliate for. It could be just to get someone to follow you on social because we've given away something for free. They've built a bit of trust. So we can actually ask something or offer something to them. So, I'm going to put important, right? Watch this quick video. Okay. And I'm going to highlight the text. I'm going to make it bold. I'm going to click on the color. I'll choose that green we had before. Let's increase the size a little bit maybe to about 20. 20 looks pretty nice. And now what I'm going to do is go ahead and go to where are we? video under media and drop it in below that um that heading right there. And then I'm going to spread this out a little bit. So I will give it maybe uh I'll spread out the padding. Give it 10 padding at the bottom. Okay, that's looking pretty good. This button I might even come to button width and just choose fluid. Okay, and let's click down on that button and choose get more info. All right, and this is already looking pretty good. I might even just give a little bit more padding above this uh above and below this element. Okay, maybe five. Okay, so this is looking pretty fresh. Now we can move the entire page up a bit because we don't need to have that much space. You usually do that with a uh double column but not with a single. So this is looking a lot nicer. And now what you would generally do is go and shoot a quick video and then you can put that video inside of here. So what I'm going to do is click on this. I've already actually shot a video. This is going to be a real live offer because I created something that's pretty cool. So, I'm going to go upload file. I'm going to click on this cloud. I'm just going to upload the file really quick. All right. So, that's been added. I'm going to click on insert. Okay. Here is the video. I highly recommend leaving autoplay off. Make sure controls are on. And if you want your video to look a little bit different on the thumbnail, maybe a little bit of captivation. Uh to give you an example of what I mean, I created this thumbnail. Basically, a little animation on top. Okay. So, what you can do is click on thumbnail image. I'm just going to go and drop in this download really quick. All right. So, here it is. Click on insert. All right. This is looking pretty cool. Now, one little trick. If you want to make sure someone actually watches your video without proceeding to whatever your button is, you can come to button. Now, we need to put in our step. So change it first of all from button clicked to open URL. And I'm just going to put inside of here hash for now. Or if you have another funnel in your step, you can go to the next step URL. Okay. But what we can do is scroll down the bottom here and we've got this display before delay before displaying item. If I put for example 10 seconds, this button is not going to appear for 10 seconds, but it is going to appear after someone's been on the page for 10 seconds. Let me show you what I mean. Okay. So, after someone's put in their name and email, they're going to get sent this uh this page, but you can see there's no button here and after 10 seconds, it's actually going to appear. And this makes people actually want to watch the video because there's nothing else to do on the page. So, we're flying through this. If you are getting left behind, feel free to pause the video, go back, and then continue with this training. So what you want to do under the optin page is come to automation rules. Click on add rule. Choose a trigger. So it's going to be funnelstep form subscribed. All right. Now we can choose action. If you want to add a tag, this is the perfect time to add it as well. You can either subscribe to an entire email campaign if you wish as well. But for this example, we'll just choose send email. So, I'm going to click on this little plus to open the email builder. I'm going to say your AI uh coaching prompts have arrived. Okay, something like that. If we want to add in a little personalization, too. So, we can put their name. I could put, for example, on the left here, it's got first name. Just type in here first_ame and the little pipe. And now, we can just do a very quick email inside of the body. So, hey, once again, I might copy and paste this. You requested my 10 prompt cheat sheet for training your AI. Here it is. Let me know what you think. Talk soon. Bill. And then on the right here, we've got this little attachment. So, what we can do is just drag our file in here. So, I'll just quickly drag it in. Okay. So that's been added. Click on done. And that's now live. Click on that document we've just added. Click select. Right? And this is done. If you go to the bottom, click on save. Right. We've got the video there. And sure enough, in a couple of seconds, this button should appear. And once the email comes through, I'll also show you what it looks like. Boom, there's the button. So, I'll just grab the email really quick. Okay, so it's just arrived. As you can see, here's the email. It's got the replacement. It's got everything you need. It's got the attachment, and we are basically done. So, that's how simple it is to create a lead magnet funnel.
