## Транскрипт

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

So, you train people correctly. You tell them, "Here's what you got to do. Here's how long the call should take. Here's every word you should say, basically, and that sale should take 15 minutes. " I'm making up a number. And they should close three a day. I'm making up a number. What are the real numbers? How many should they close Well, actually, that's pretty much our target. — I'm pretty good, right? Okay. Like I know you're in this industry, right? Like I manage everything by reports. Yeah. Numbers don't lie. I mean, but people they don't even lie, they just they don't know. You guys say, "How long is the average call? " Oh, 9 minutes. And the real is 38 minutes. — you find a lot of mistakes? Yeah, you even in their reports you find discrepancies and mistakes, and that's really how you really fine-tune something. But it starts with amazing, effective training. In the beginning, when you're growing a sales force, I train them every day. 30 minutes a day they get trained. What you learn there, very quickly, if you analyze numbers, is, okay, this person's closing only two a day, and their closes are taking 35 minutes. That's a problem, okay? Or you might even worse, you see their non-closes are 35 minutes. They're wasting time with people that are not either qualified and they have the lucky losers in there, or and assuming they've been trained effectively to close, cuz some people just suck. So, again, getting back to your question, once I know what those numbers, what's my average talk time, how many calls should be made, how many outbound calls, right? You know your averages, and then you start enforcing it. And you start training on those numbers.
