The energy is just like an intern in the room. Um all the way from hackathons or whether it's a Diwali celebration, the culture at Ring Central is absolutely tangible. So what keeps us together. Uh whether it's an intern role or the leadership, everyone brings their best foot forward with extreme amount of energy. uh which is really tangible and palpable. — Well, I joined Ring Central India as an intern uh and it came for my college placements and I was really interested by what the company did. I looked into it, I researched about it and I had a few seniors who worked here and the things that I heard was just splendid from a terrific environment to great people to great leaders even. So at that point I really wanted to give it a shot and thankfully I succeeded coming to this great place. The best thing about working at Ring Central India is I believe Ring Central India. The environment, the people, the leaders, all of them are straight out of a fairy tale. The they teach you, they're kind to you, they help you out non-stop whenever you go to them. And the things that I've learned in this past 3 months has been splendid. It has been unparalleled. And the exposure itself is too good to be true. And it is true. — Um, I joined Ring Central India looking for a role where I can really grow. uh and I have genuinely found that here uh the pace is fast, the challenges are real and you're trusted with ownership here. What's amazing is that you know you're not just expected to uh learn here, you're encouraged to learn here. Um every few months I feel I have leveled up and for me that's a true northstar. I appreciate Ring Central for its approachable and low ego culture where people are genuinely supportive and easy to work with. In no time, you start feeling it's a family because of the people, the culture, how everyone shows up for each other. It naturally creates a space for you to share ideas and it fosters collaboration with cross functional global teams through initiatives like ringathon, ringubator and the kind of AI work we are into is the right time to join ring central. — So I came across this job opportunity at ring central through a portal. So before I could apply I first checked the company website and second on the various platform the employees review the consistency what I see is employee positive feedback about the company. So this actually inspired me plus it gave me a sense of a strong uh culture what ring central possess. So another thing is the interview process itself. So I went through a diverse uh interview panel across the roles um gender department. So this gives me a sense of inclusiveness uh at ring central. So the last thing is uh employee benefits and the kind of flexibility what ring central offers especially their comprehensive insurance. This truly shows how much Ring Central cares about its employees.
