Business has a role to play in preparing young people for the future world of work, to equip the next generation to thrive and grow in a world shaped by AI. That's why we at KPMG are so passionate about our global commitment 10 by 30 to economically empower 10 million disadvantaged young people by 2030. — From classrooms and community hubs to virtual workshops and internships, KPMG professionals help ensure opportunity depends on potential to make futures fair. In FY25, KPMG invested $176 million across all our community programs, and since 10 by 30 was launched in 2021, we've reached more than 4. 2 million young people through education programs alone. From cyber and AI training to mentoring students, career encounters, providing laptops and books, and supporting with essential skills, it would not be possible without KPMG volunteers and local organizations. Thank you to the 69,000 colleagues who volunteered globally throughout FY25, and to the many not-for-profit organizations around the world who we collaborate with to make the difference.
