Males or females, if a human being watches this video, they'll never be the same again. Guys, my name is Andy Elliott. I run a nine-figure a year company in five short years ago, I was a person that I freaking hated. I hated me. You know, I wanted to change my life for a long time. I remember I was in the car business for 23 years. My wife kept asking me she I was like, "Babe, I want to do something else. else. " And she would always ask us one question, "What are you good at? " at, Andy? " Well, I started selling cars when I was 18. I'm like, "Dang, what am I good at? I ain't done anything. I just sold cars since I was 18. " And she said, "What are you good at? What are you good at? " Cuz, you know, "If we're going to quit this job, we got to be good at something else. " I was like, "Man, and that's why I never left. " I love the car business, but I wanted something different. And so, I just stayed in this place and I didn't know what to do. There was things in my life that I could change on my own, and there were some things that I needed help from God. ### The Decision That Changed Everything [2:13] I made a decision, guys. I'm 46 years old. When I was 40 years old, I said, "God, if you can change my life, I will spend the rest of my life changing other people's lives. I will do it. I promise. " And you know what? He made that deal with me. And immediately, what I did is that I invited him into my heart, mind, and I invited him into my life. And I didn't want to believe in God. I didn't even want to believe his promises. I wanted to believe in him, believe his promises, and I wanted to walk with him. Come on, man. Come on, you want a great life? You want a life that no one in the world ever could imagine that you'll have? Imagine this, walking with God. Can you imagine that? Walking with God? Walking around, walking into a room with your father, God? David beat Goliath with a rock. Are you kidding me? You think you couldn't slay any freaking dragon? overcome any problems? You can't You don't think you could walk in the room and have confidence and and self-belief and self-esteem and be freaking running through the roof and have high energy and believe in yourself and know your future and know the plans that God has for you and your family. I had certain patterns, I had certain cycles, I had certain things that I was doing in my life. I was running around with certain places. I had to audit the people that I was around. places that I went. I had to audit the things that I was listening to on the radio. Okay, so here we go. Ready? Take responsibility for your mind. Your mind, all day long, it is consuming stuff. Now watch. Be careful. See these eyes? See these ears? Every day you're walking around and these ears are hearing things. It is your job when you hear something to say, "Not coming in my head. Not a chance in hell. " It's your job when you see something to go, "Ooh, I am not going to believe that. That is a lie. I am not following that. That's garbage. You cannot come in my head. " Because there's two port ways or really there's three port ways to your mind. One's your eyes, second's your ears, thirdly is touch and feel. Girl walks up to you, grabs your arm. You feel a certain way. She's getting in your mind. No, listen to me. Eyes, ears, touch. These three things. What those things are happening, what you see, what you feel, and smell. Some of you guys need to take a shower. Look guys, there's airplanes flying around your head all day long. There's good airplanes, there's bad airplanes, there's good thoughts, there's bad thoughts. Shoot the bad airplanes down. Bam! That sucker is not landing in my life. If you're sitting there right now, I want you to think about how you've been talking to yourself lately. Seriously. Think about how your mind is operating. When you wake up in the morning, is the first thing that you feel is like, "God, I'm so grateful. " Or when you wake up in the morning, you're like, "Where's my phone? Where's my phone? " It's like, "Stop. Stop man guys, life is short. " If right now you're not living the life that you want to live, if you have not become the man or the woman that you want to be when you die, I would tell you to get real serious about your life. I'd it right now. And I'm going to tell you the reason why you can't focus on the past is cuz the past can't be fixed. It's gone. The past is gone. The future is tomorrow. Okay? I want you to have hope in the future that if you do the right things today that tomorrow will be better, but tomorrow won't be better if you don't do the right things today. That was all I asked. I said, "Change my life. " You know, I have had I've had money before, a lot of money, and I hated my life. I really did. I want to tell you guys the definition of rich. I think we need to get real about what that even means. Is rich you make money, but you hate the way that you look in the mirror? Is rich you have money, but you have the worst mindset in the world? You go home at night, you and your wife are sleeping in the same bedroom miles apart, you're not laughing, joking, planning, going on dates, falling in love. It's not what you thought it would be. Do you got money, but you're living with that? You can fix that right now, okay? Are you sitting there right now, you got your children, but you're a financial father, you're not a real dad, you're not really there raising your children, really teaching them generational habits, not just giving them generational wealth? Come on, dads. Come on, dads. Listen to me. Don't be like these other deadbeat dads around the world that aren't there to inspire, motivate, um and lead their children and be a great role model for them. And honestly, like with God, you know? I mean, the devil's job is to take your mind. That's all he wants to do. I read this book. It was called Napoleon Hill. It was called Outwitting the Devil. It was the best book I've ever read in my life. You can go and listen to it on audio. It's about 3 and 1/2 hours. And basically, Napoleon Hill has a dream that he's interviewing the devil, and the devil says, "I own the minds of the unsuccessful, which is 98% of all men. " And he said, "What do you mean? " He said, "98% of all men will not be successful because they are drifters, and I own their mind. The reason why only 2% of men can become successful is because they have accurate thinking, and they walk with God. " Damn. Dude, I want you to just think for just a second, okay? What was your thinking like before this video started? You were busy, you had a lot going on, there were things that you were running around. That's exactly what the devil wants you to do. He wants you to be too busy to fix your life. Write this down. Ask yourself this question: Am I too busy to change my own life? Is that crazy? Am I too busy? Just look at it. Write it down. Some of you guys, you won't write it down right now. It's because you don't want to change your life. You're going to have to waste 10 more years. I can feel it already. You got to burn through 10 more years. You're 30, you got to waste from 30 to 40. it. And then when you're 40, maybe then the pain will be high enough for you to want to change. Do we need some more pain in your life or can you have wisdom to put yourself in my shoes and listen to me right now and know that what I'm telling you is the truth and it's right. And by the way, if you really want to change your life, all change starts with truth and honesty. Write this down. I need to slow down. Write it I need to live in the truth and I need to become honest with myself. Is my number one priority every single day to take responsibility for my own life and to own every outcome I'm in my life, good or bad. Is that what I'm after? That is the definition of a man. That's And some of you right now, you've been wanting to be a great man, but no one ever shared that information with you. What is the true definition of a man? man is for you to sit there and realize what are the standards of principles and values that a leader carry into the household, into the community, and also into the business. And then I want you to think about something else. If anybody has ever said that you weren't worth it, right? That you're never going to amount to anything. Dude, let me tell you something, man. Maybe you haven't given those people evidence to believe that you could amount to something. There was a point in my life that I told my wife I was going to do all these things, but there's no evidence that I'd ever done it, so how would she believe that I could go do it if I've never done it? She had faith. She had faith in me. Guys, listen to me. I love that my wife had faith in me. I needed it. It was important, but I had faith in me. I'm going to ask you a question right now. Do you have faith in your own ability? Do you believe right now, question, if you were walking on your own and you try to do this all on your own, that you would have a better shot than walking with God, walking daily with God, giving away your burdens daily to God. God, hey, I got this burden, take it. He's like, give me that, son. I got it. Keep going. Imagine when you make a mistake. How many of us are going to make mistakes today? All of us. How many of us made mistakes yesterday? We all did. Do you want grace and mercy and forgiveness on your mistakes? Yes or no? Right now, you made a mistake. You know what it is. You done some stuff in your life that was really, really stupid. Do you want to be forgiven for all of it? Yes or no? Right now. Right this now. Do I want to be forgiven? Yes or no? I already know the answer is yes. You know who forgives you? Your father God. That's it, man. No more 5,000 lb boulders carrying around on your shoulder weight, um insecurities, weakness, you know, unbelief, self-doubt. Do you know how many men I see every day that have everything that they need to be successful? They have all the talent, they have everything. — We're in a world right now where there's more talented people that are unsuccessful than I've ever seen in my life. Talented people unsuccessful, why? It's because they won't change their life. You have to understand this. Who you are determines how your life will go. Who you are, not what you do. I see people all the time that are really good at what they do, but who they are as a person is crap. You know what happens when you build a house on a weak foundation, right? It's blown away in the wind. It's wiped away by the flood. If you guys build your foundation on God, on something strong, the strongest foundation in the world, can you imagine how big you can build your house, the mansion you can build? Isn't that what you want? If you're watching this right now and you're a man, you're like, "Andy, I want to be a multi-millionaire. You know, I want to have a big team. I want to be the best leader in the world. I want people to look up to me. I want to inspire other men. I want to walk into a room and I want people to be like, 'Dude, oh wait, who is that? '" They don't even know who you are, but they're like, "Whoa, moral authority. Who is that? " Is that what you want? You know how you do that? By being one of the only men in the world, and there's only a few. Okay, I said this the other day. I said, "If God was to release a man-eating lion into the United States, if he world, a man-eating lion, he would starve to death because there's no men. He couldn't find any. " I'm watching guys every day, smart guys, talented guys, that have worked their whole life to put something together, burn their life to the ground. Can you believe that? Guys, look around you right now. How many people do you see building real big empires? Truly building real big empires. Truly getting in the best shape of their life. Truly running around with their wives and their kids and their family on fire for the marriage, on fire for their kids, on fire for God, on fire for the fitness, on fire for their business. How many see like that? Not very many. It's like looking for a damn unicorn, isn't it? But you see people constantly torching their life to the ground. So, right now, what do we do? What's the ultimate thing that we have to do right now? Number one, we have to walk with God. And if you don't have a relationship with him right now, and you're like, "Hey Andy, I don't know anything about this stuff. I'm not religion. Hey, I don't like righteous people. You know, I grew up going to church. " Ah, forget it all. Quit. Knock it off. God wants a personal relationship with you. He doesn't want you to go to church. hang out with religious people. Okay. — That's the last thing he wants you to do. He wants you to invite him into your heart and your mind and call on him as your savior and ask him to forgive you for your sins. And it is finished. That is it. And immediately, him and the angels will come and attend you. It's that simple. Now, when you walk, you walk with the spirit. When the spirit's with you, you walk into a room, people are like, "I don't know what's going on, man, but that guy's magnetic. " I know what's going on. That guy's walking with the spirit. I can feel it. And he's with me. And as I talk to you guys, I think you guys can probably feel it. And I want you to walk the same way. I want you to have a great life. big beautiful life. — I want you to be rich. I want you to make a lot of money. But also, I want you to have a rich life. I want you to be a man that looks in the mirror that literally says, "Man, you know what? I trust me. " Like what does that mean? That means whatever I say I'm going to do, I do. No matter what. Like I trust me. Like if I say I'm going to do this thing, then I do it. If I say I'm not going to do that, I don't do it. I know guys right now that like they do what they say they're going to do, but then also when someone wants them to do something that's stupid, they still do it. It's like you have to when you trust yourself not do it and also do what you say you're going to do. So, it's like you have to keep your word to yourself — and you have to stay loyal to your standards, your values, and your principles that you live by. And so guys, I want to tell you listen to me. It's your life. It's your responsibility. It's no one else. It's not your wife. It's not your family. It's not your boss. Not your business partner. It's not Listen, counselors and therapists and all this crap. Just listen, man. You're your own therapist. You're your own counselor. God is your counselor. He wants you to be great. Just look in your mind right now and say, "Man, how am I thinking? What am I plugging my myself into? What kind of music am I listening to? " Guys, all I listen to all day long is sermons about God. I'm with my team. I'm learning leadership training because leadership is everything to me. I'm plugging into things that have a good impact to my life. It's very important what I see with my eyes, who I'm around, and what I hear with my ears, what I listen to, and what I watch. And you're going to need to do the same thing. By the way, is this hard? No, it's quite easy, actually. You know what's hard? Running around and guessing what's working, what's not working, what should I change? Dude, you're a drifter. So, I love you guys.
