This little vial costs $15 to make in China. By the time it reaches you, it sells for $200. — This dude is so [ __ ] tan. GHK-Cu. Not FDA approved, no clinical trials. The label says for research purposes only. And tens of millions of people are injecting it right now. I love peptides. Magic fat loss and health elixirs. Welcome to the peptide gray market. $50 billion today, and it is projected to go absolutely gangbusters. I broke down everything. Their website, their funnel, their pricing, their psychology, and I found five things that they're doing that almost nobody else is. Let's have a look at the attention funnel all the way down to putting in your credit card and buying this stuff. And the deeper I went down the Telegram rabbit hole, the shadier the messages I received. And after constantly being bombarded by peptide videos on TikTok, — GHK-Cu. This stuff will literally make your skin look like you're using makeup. I finally decided to go down the rabbit hole and figure out how I could actually get my hands on this stuff. Is this homeboy selling some peptides? Oh, link. Is a link here. Let's take a little look-sees. Ascension Laboratories. It sounds like a peptide. Lo and behold, the homie is selling peptides. Ascend Science. And then I got the full [ __ ] stack on here, the GLP-3 RT. And here it is. I got the full smorgasbord, the ala carte menu of peptides, right? Which one should we order? Most businesses, they have five different layers in between actually manufacturing their product and when you sell it to the consumer. Whereas you look at the peptide market, they literally did the complete opposite. They went from factory to fridge, eliminating all the middle men along the way. And that's the sole reason why they're able to sell a 50-cent vial for $15 instead of $1,000. Straight to their best sellers. I like it. Their best seller is the trifecta stack. You know it. All righty, we go. What do we got here? Let's add this. Successfully added it. All righty, let's go to the cart. Can you just check out? How does this [ __ ] work? I feel like I'm going to get a virus or some [ __ ] base being on these websites. It all looks pretty fine. $157. It's delivered in 2 to 3 days. Instant. You can get the peptides, shoot them up in my neck. I don't give a [ __ ] That's what I like to do. Do not take this [ __ ] Right, I your boy. I am pure. I would never put this [ __ ] pharmaceutical poison in this temple of a body. Manufactured in some spurious source in China. No, I'm not going to do it. I'll do things the hard way. Thank you. Um I just chop off a bull's balls and eat them. Say you swear to God. Say wallahi, bro. At this point, I still thought there was no way regular people were actually buying this stuff online. I was wrong. If you don't know me, I'm Sabri Suby. I'm an investor on Shark Tank. I've generated $7. 8 billion for my clients. And this can all be summed up with a perfect quote from Jeff Bezos, where he says, "Your margin is my opportunity. " He looks at all the traditional businesses, and he knows that he's got the most amount of eyeballs on Amazon and on his Prime subscriptions. And he just basically shrinks all of that margin, passes that on to the end consumer, they get super happy, and then more retailers want to be on his platform because he's got all the eyeballs. What you want to do is sit down and map out the supply chain for your industry. And you want to look at all the individual steps along the way, and think about how can I just remove these entirely and basically be the person that manufactures it and then gets it directly to the customer. You've got these factories in China that thanks to AI are whipping up stores, translating everything, and then running worldwide ads. So, unless you're kind of approaching it in the same kind of mindset, then you only have so many days left in business. And then ask yourself, how many layers sit between manufacturing it to actually selling it to the end consumer? When you got such a big distributor network that you have to basically factor in when you're pricing your product. Like, you can't go out to the market with a D2C play with something that's super compelling because it's going to be so much more compelling than going through your traditional path. And then, there's going to be a conflict there. Like, do we go with the best price point, direct to consumer, or do we build a business model that also supports having a distributor and a different retailer network? They're two different businesses, and that's where all these D2C businesses that are blowing up, they're not trying to balance those two things. They're just literally eliminating all of the middleman and going straight to the customer. And that is point number one, sell from the source. DXB Supps. Your boy is not affiliated in any which way. I am not endorsing peptides. I do not know who this company is. Please do not buy this product from these guys. There isn't even a headline. The name of the business is the headline on the landing page. And these guys are probably still selling shitloads of this stuff. We've got the elite peptides, certified lab

testing, international support, premium quality. Everyone's saying the same stuff, 99% purity. What's the other percent, I wonder? What do I see in the footer? Join our affiliate program. Of course. Of course, these guys in their footer, it just says Switzerland 2020. All right, what does that mean? Have you been selling it since 2020? Or does it sound cool? Everyone knows the Swiss make good [ __ ] so the peptides must be good, too, right? I don't know, but I do know that we're going to buy some of this [ __ ] and find out. — Reda. Reda True Ride. Reda True Ride. I don't know how you [ __ ] pronounce that [ __ ] No reviews. Check out. Let's see if we can just buy this stuff very easily. Oh, it's added to my cart. Got the strike through pricing and all. Usually $119, today it's at 77 bucks. These guys are doing 1 to 2 weeks. I see a lot of people doing one to two days online, bringing my grand total to $107 to inject my body with this foreign substance. Alrighty, so you've mapped out your supply chain, you've basically identified who it is that you can eliminate to increase your margin and go direct to the consumer, but how you actually going to do that? What is the distribution network going to be like? And how do you get this into as many hands as possible? I actually ordered some of this stuff to see what would happen. And what happened when I tried to pay for it was one of the sketchiest experiences I've ever had. Every business that I've ever worked with, they see friction as an obstacle. Where they think that if there is a certain amount of time that people have to wait or go through in order to get the product or service that it is that they sell, that is a negative. However, if you look at the biggest luxury brands in the world, they weaponize this. They use wait times and wait list as a thing to actually pent up demand and desire for what it is that they're selling. And the peptides industry literally weaponized every point of friction that you could possibly have, right? You can't go into a store and buy this stuff. You can't go to a GP and get them to write you a script for this stuff. Because human beings inherently value things that are hard to get. And that's exactly what these guys use to get it into the hands of pretty much every single person on Instagram and TikTok. Take for instance absinthe. This alcoholic drink was banned in the US for almost a century based on the myth that it made people hallucinate. But this ban, it didn't kill demand for the product. It actually heightened it. And when it came back and got legalized in 2007, it came back in the packaging of a luxury brand and demand for this thing absolutely exploded. And luxury brands figured this out decades ago. You can't walk into a luxury brand shop and buy their most popular product just off the shelf, right? And it's the exact same playbook that peptides are using. So, if the stuff that you're selling takes time for you to either make it or deliver it, don't let your sales team kind of pitch that as a negative, right? Or you don't even pitch it as a negative on your site. You want to weaponize it and actually tell the story. Most people they feel like a little bit dirty when they start to use these tactics, but when you actually sit down and logically think through it, if you're selling a physical product, do you have unlimited inventory? No. If you were to go completely viral tomorrow and sell all of your stock out, how long would it take you to get more stock? This is all real scarcity that is baked into your business. And that is point number two, the forbidden fruit effect. But these first tactics are just scratching the surface, because when I just took a glimpse into the world of actually ordering this stuff, it got way sketchier than I ever could have imagined. Okay, so you've already used friction, you've weaponized it, you've turned it into desire, but now how do you actually let people know that you exist? how have they actually sold so much of this stuff when you can't even run a single ad for peptides? And this is exactly where this next move comes in. And that's why these guys have done a hundreds of millions of dollars in sales without even touching paid ads. So, when it comes to growth, most businesses think I need more ads. I need to diversify my traffic channel. I need to hire two more media buyers or five more appointment setters and sales people. That's the only way that I'm going to grow, right? Where you look at the peptide market, they haven't touched paid ads, right? advertise on any of these platforms without getting sued back into the Stone Age, yet they've sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of product. Because what it does becomes the actual sales message. Because they have built an offer so undeniable that their customers do all the selling for them. And they get viral word of mouth. Because word of mouth is the only customer acquisition channel that is non-linear. And what I mean by that is it's not I put one unit in and I get two units out. This thing spirals and goes completely viral when you get it right. When someone posts a reel, what I don't I always get this wrong. What do you call a TikTok video? I They just call it a TikTok. It just sounds so stupid. But it's not called a TikTok. A TikTok is That's not what it is. They call it a TikTok. Is it? It sounds so bad. People are

like, "Oh, I saw a TikTok the other day. " But you don't say I posted a TikTok the other day. Yeah. All right. Then I am an uncle. Go on to TikTok, just type in Reda. Going to be [ __ ] absolutely hammered with peptide. All right, let's go. Look at this guy. They've all got that looksmaxing look. It's like Yeah. Peps don't build muscle. — It looks like it's not This guy's not the craziest dude I've seen. That's for damn sure. Watch peptides ruin my life. 300k likes. Yeah, that's [ __ ] insane. Holy [ __ ] Yeah, be really careful because — This dude is so [ __ ] tan. Bro looks like he's an Indian. Like he's gone full brown. Get this [ __ ] away from me. Your algorithm's cooked now. For I fried it. When you go on to TikTok and someone's posting about how they've just started taking Reda, they've tried everything else and they're absolutely shredded. You don't need to go and read no sales copy, homie. And if you're thinking, "Oh, okay, well, how do I do this if I'm selling something that isn't sexy as a little vial that you inject and then you just lose all of this weight? " There's a company called Revolut that did 4 billion in sales last year and over 60% of their customers come from word of mouth. So here's how you can do the same thing for your business. Just for a moment, forget about your lawyers, forget about all the legal red tape in your industry, and just sit in a room with a piece of paper and a pen, and write down the most ridiculous, enticing, and sexy offer that you possibly can. Then, once you have done that exercise, now what you want to do is basically start to peel back the layers of the onion and get it to a place where you would actually be able to deliver on the promise. Because that's when you know that they're going to go and tell other people. And that is point number three, a viral Godfather offer. So, I hit the checkout and what happens next is insane. I get an email saying, "Pay by bank transfer. Use your order number as a reference, and whatever you do, do not include the word peptides. " Already sketchy, so I send the money, and a few days later, they email me saying that I never paid. I send them the receipt. "Oh, sorry," they reply, "the price was actually in USD. " So, I ask, "How much do I still owe? " Then, they send me back an email saying that I owe them $90, even though it should have only been $20. Eventually, I send them more money just to get this over and done with. Then, I get another email saying, "Your order's been canceled because you never paid. " So, I send them the receipt again. "Oh, true," they reply. And a few days later, this shows up at my office. What do we got here? Well, let's see. Where does it come from, first of all? Nothing. There's no information of where it's come from. That's how rogue this [ __ ] is. Just like enough freaking syringes to inject an army over here. Man, this is some premium direct-to-consumer [ __ ] that we're dealing with here. Like, the branded experience, which kind of this adds to the whole aura of it. But, yeah. They they have certainly packaged it in a way that this [ __ ] is indestructible. It cannot break. What am I doing? What do I do for you guys? GHKCU. Very, very rogue. No brand, no nothing. For research purposes only. And then this is the bacteriostatic water that I have to mix it with, I take it. But nonetheless, I will be taking these and I will be injecting them straight into my neck and we will be seeing. — Have you seen this [ __ ] — Is it — This is the one that makes you tan. Oh, I don't want to be tanned. I just want to have a good tan. — So I don't know anything about this stuff. Let's see. So it doesn't really come with any directions and I am a peptides newbie even though I am god mode when it comes to looks maxing. There's some bubbles or the bacteriostatic water is being released. Oh, all right. So let's give this a little shake. So now what we do is we get this and we go straight into the — Every business in the world pretty much uses their product page to say, "This is amazing. Buy my stuff. " But peptides does the exact opposite. You have all of these people talking about how incredible peptides are and showing their transformations, but then you arrive on their actual product pages and their websites and they are trying to repel you. say, "Hey, this is for research purposes only. " Really? Because that guy that was super jacked before, he just told me that he was taking it and he looks pretty good. I don't give a [ __ ] what you say, I'm going to buy it anyway. And this whole push-pull contradiction, it should realistically, logically kill conversions, but it actually does the opposite. Every single element on your product page should either increase trust or decrease the effort required in

order to buy what it is that you've got. And that is point number four, using a disclaimer as a weapon. So we've seen the funnel, we've seen the pages, we've watched all the TikTok videos, we've seen the transformations of what this [ __ ] actually does, but there is one thing that we haven't covered to why this market even exists in the first place. So, in venture capital, there is a simple framework, which is you are either selling candy, vitamins, or painkillers. So, candy is a pleasure, whereas vitamins are a nice-to-have, but a painkiller is an urgent solution to a pressing problem. And they are the most profitable things that you can possibly sell. And that's exactly what peptides are. They are a painkiller. I am overweight, let me inject it and get shredded. I have acne, glassy dewy skin, right? It is an immediate solution to a pressing problem. And I want you to think about what the market is absolutely starving for. What are the things that people are buying in your market in the largest quantities? That's what it is that you want to focus on. And you might be thinking, "Hey Sabri, that's not what it is that I've got. " Well, you better figure out how to go get it and to sell it. And it might not be that's your whole solution, right? Some of the times, maybe the most desirable thing that you can sell is an instant quick win for your market, but the right thing to do is going to take long to get them the outcome. So, what you want to do in that instance is you want to splinter off a part of your product or service, and you want to sell them that. And don't think, "But Sabri, — that's not the entire package. " Yeah, well, guess what? The entire package or solution is expensive and it takes time. And guess what people don't want? Things that are expensive and that take time. They want a quick easy win. And that is point number five, painkiller solutions. Now, look, the disclaimer here is I am not telling you to take peptides. I don't endorse it. This isn't medical advice. Please, do not go and buy peptides. However, what I do want you to do is to use these same marketing methodologies to apply them to your own business to explode your sales. If you like this video, you're going to love this one that I put together on how to make Facebook ads that pull their heads off and go batshit nuclear on the internet.
