## Транскрипт

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00) []

Hands-on practice in cloud and genai is broken. First of all, too many workshops and you don't know which ones to do. Second, these hands-on are not based on real world scenarios and feels like endless copy paste. And third, setup is a hassle. One challenge asks you to run some infrastructure as code. Next one wants you to install random packages. I wanted to solve this for my students. Welcome to Cloud Colosseum where cloud professionals are forged through battle. There are three main pillars in Cloud Colosseum. Let's understand them one by one. The first one is challenges. At the heart of Cloud Colosum are challenges. Handson exercises that deploy real infrastructure to real AWS accounts. These are not create a lambda or create a S3 bucket kind of challenge but challenges that are important for interviews and real world. For example, let's look at building a three tier architecture then scale it make it highly available then secure it. How is a traditional three-tier different than serverless one? Another example, all companies use custom domain, but there are no challenge anywhere about it. We give you a custom domain to set up Route 53 and you do real cognitive authentication, encryption in transit and more. Same for Genai. Your agents do not run in vacuum. They need to get deployed on the cloud with observability, security, and scalability. In cloud coliseum, you build all that. How does this work? We have curated a bunch of real world challenges for you. You simply click provision challenge. It gets provisioned. You access your own real AWS account and you follow the instructions. But that's not all. What parts must you remember for your interviews? After each challenge, we show you relevant interview topics related to the hands-on you just did. If you cannot recall, don't worry. We give you the answer points that you can refresh before your big interview. And finally, the job market is switching from réumé based to LinkedIn best. After each challenge, we give you what LinkedIn posts to create. We give you battle tested hooks to choose from, body and ending so recruiters find you and not the other way around. And in the live classes, we also teach you what to showcase in the GitHub from these challenges. Personally, I hate countless road maps given by influencers who haven't built any real production systems. In Cloud Colosseum, each challenge is built with one thing in mind, real world knowledge for your busy schedule. These are hands-on challenges that matter. There are no fluff, mindless, copypaste exercises. This is the world's first cloud playground that is handcrafted with real world challenges built by realworld fang professionals. These are the challenges you will face in cloud interviews and projects. That's the challenges. Next pillar of cloud coliseum is leaderboard. All of the leaderboards out there are built based on quiz question answers. This is world's first leaderboard that actually evaluates what you are doing inside the AWS account. Each challenge has multiple tasks with points. This leaderboard shows which task you did not do correctly. For example, Arnov has completed all the tasks for API gateway with Cognto and received full 95 points. But he missed restricting the ALB to be called only from custom domain and he did not get points for that. Don't stress if you did not get full points. The goal of Cloud Colosseum is to improve you. You can always go back to the challenge, fix your mistake and get full marks. Of course, leaderboard means there is ranking. As you complete challenges, you get points and you move up the leaderboard. As you complete different challenges, you get custom emojis to show for. Are you number one? Then you get king of the hill. You got 100% on all challenges. You got perfectionist emoji. Maybe you are a quiz pro co to get 100% on all quizzes. While these emojis you show off to your fellow gladiators in Cloud Colosseum

you also earn digital badges to show to the world, especially recruiters. As you complete challenges, you get badges that you can share on LinkedIn. These are not vague badges. For example, look at this CloudFront proficient badge, which means you configured CloudFront distributions with multi- origin setups by building real infrastructure. Or how about this well architected practitioner badge where you actually had to do a well architected review. And finally, once you complete the program, you get a digital certificate. All the badges and certificates can be shared on LinkedIn. You can use this to get reimbured for the program by your company. However, this varies company to company. So, please check beforehand. All right. Onto the last pillar. This last pillar is special to me. While growing up in India, my life was hard. But I always found hope and inspiration in video games. Diablo II, Starcraft, Age of Empires 2. We all remember when we are fighting monsters in World of Warcraft or fending off enemies in Age of Empires. We all act faster, observe better, and perhaps learn quicker in a battle. This next Cloud Colosum feature is a nod to that. I announce the world's first player versus player matches for cloud. You heard that right. Challenges that we talked about earlier, the first pillar, you complete them on your own time. But can you hold on to your learnings when battling another boot camper? In Cloud Colosum Duel, you will race to complete cloud hands-on challenges against five other teams. You'll be given one or more tasks, and you will compete against your fellow boot campers and the clock. One mistake and you can fall behind. But don't worry, you have help. You will be assigned team members that you can discuss the challenge with and take on the other teams happening all live and I can also do commentary while this battle is going on. At the end a winner will be declared but everyone will learn that is the real win. To summarize the three pillars, we have challenges pillar which is real world challenges based on production workloads, related interview questions, LinkedIn posts and GitHub repository. Important hands-on that matters not countless copypaste fluff. Once you do this hands-on, you are all set for your interview and real world projects. Second, leaderboard, badges, certificates, evaluating what you do inside the AWS accounts, not just quizzes shows you where you can improve and badges and certificates to show online to get recruiter attention. And finally, dwell combat against other SA boot campers on real world challenges. Work with team members to solve the hands-on tasks. One team becomes number one but everyone wins. What are some of the differences between cloud colossum and other platforms? In cloud colosum we focus on real world projects in real AWS accounts. Other platforms they are sandbox playgrounds with no real world depth. In cloud coliseum, we have curated a set of challenges with accountability because you do these challenges with others as well as you get points compete in the leaderboard for your busy lives. So you can complete all the challenges with your full-time job and family. Whereas other platform they're filled with bloated cataloges of copy paste fluff. You don't even know which ones are important, how is it important for your interviews and real world projects. Cloud Coliseum has task level grading inside your AWS accounts showing where to improve. This feature is patent pending. Other platforms evaluate you using multiplechoice quizzes, not actual builds. Cloud Colosseum also is the world's first player versus player live cloud duels. This feature is also patent pending. Other platforms solo lessons only. No live competition. Cloud Colosseum. For each real world challenge, we give you the points to remember for interviews as well as LinkedIn post hooks. In

addition, in the live classes, I also give you how to represent them in GitHub. Other platforms theory heavy no interview or LinkedIn preparation. Cloud Colosseum you have sharable badges and final certificate and is each badge actually shows that you actually did that hands on other platforms generic badges and generic completion certificates and the reason cloud colosum is different is because cloud colosum is built by fang architects and real world professionals. I was a distinguished cloud architect at Verizon L7 principal solutions architect at AWS where I implemented many real world projects with official case studies. Other platforms are built by generic content creators and not real world practitioners. Cloud Colosseum now comes included with SA boot camp. SA Boot Camp is developed to be the most direct and guided route to become a solutions architect and get a high-paying cloud job without coding or learning every AWS service. In as little as 3 months, you could be an AWS SA leading worldclass projects on the cutting edge of technology and giving your income a significant boost all while ensuring job security. And good news, it already worked for last cohort students who secured cloud jobs in top companies including at AWS, Microsoft, Google, JP Morgan, Reddit, Corore, Capital One, and some of them did not even have cloud experience. With cloud coliseum, you do not get charged for AWS accounts and infrastructure. Pair this cloud coliseum with the live classes, behavioral, executive communication, mock interviews, referral network, and more, and get that dream job. We had a lot of fun building Cloud Colosseum. I hope you get even more out of it using it.
