Today, this very moment is my real coming out. I could no longer live my truth for and by myself. I want to do my best to help others live their truth without shame and terror. I never had a courage to share my story, not because I thought what I am is wrong, but because how the world treats those of us who wish to break free. It was the first time I shared something that I haven't shared um to so many people and to be able to do that um in 2014 after many years of suffering. It allowed me to do the work that I wanted to do. It allowed me to have deeper relationships with my immediate community, with my family. My deepest truth allowed me to accept who I am. Will you in any moment where I reference my TED talk, people have said a variety of messages, but one of the most powerful that I've heard from people is that, you know, my TED talk allowed them to talk to their parents about their transness, allowed them to come out to them. I shared something so truthful and and on that stage and in a way that was reflected to the people watching that
