I am significantly bigger than I was 6 months ago, but it'll never be enough. Coach Greg. In today's video, we've got a delusional 20year-old who thinks he's healthy, that he's perhaps going to be a future IFBB pro and that blasting 2,000 plus milligs of steroids each and every week that it's worth it. He's competed and I do believe he's been blasting steroids for years. The problem is the horrendous side effects, the acne, the cystic acne. He went from being very athletic, having a greatl looking build, seems to have a great future in the sport to abusing steroids at such a degree that it's essentially ruined his health. Yet, he said in one of his videos, get this, that he's healthy, that he had his blood work done, and that nobody should worry. That despite his skin is speaking out in braille, that his insides, they're okay. I wrote him on May 24th. Do you happen to have your blood work that you can show me? I just read a post where you said that your blood work is good and that you're healthy on the inside. I was thinking I might make a video on it. His response, I got it done by the hospital like a month ago and everything was good, so I didn't ask them for a copy of it. So, no. The [ __ ] on my skin isn't active acne. They are scars I got from Accutane course a year ago now. Hey, how do you think he got the acne? Do you think it was just from puberty? A year ago, he's 20 and he would have been 19. And so, do you really think it's from just, you know, part of being young, or do you think it's from abusing steroids? And so, instead of treating his acne with Accutane because he was using performance-enhancing drugs, that would not be the best course of action. Of course, he should have stopped or at least reduced the total amount of steroids he was taking, and that would have been much better, but it didn't work. And so, he is what I would call infamous. And so he's famous, but he's famous for doing something wrong. And namely that is for abusing steroids and getting horrendous acne on his body. He's brave enough to post his transformation to show how he actually looks. For the most part, the comments, they're not all that nice. He has an amazing physique. If he didn't have the acne, if he only posted his physique, I believe the comments would be very, very positive. Except for me, of course. I'd probably be saying, you know, be careful. You're abusing steroids. You don't want to die young. I've said this about countless other young athletes. They get on steroids, they're too young, but because they look amazing, the people, they turn the side eye. And so, going back to his first photo, I do believe he's already on performance-enhancing drugs. We can see in this video, this is from approximately 89 weeks ago, almost 2 years ago, probably at 18. What you can see is most likely he's already abusing steroids. He has fullness of the muscle. He's very, very lean. He has a small waist, and so he has a great physique. He has puffiness in his face. You can clearly see that. But you don't see any acne whatsoever. And so you're thinking, "Wow, what a lot of potential. He's only 18. " Every video he's huge. The problem is in under two years, he's essentially ruined his physique. What is the benefit, the purpose of having all that muscle if it's covered with the cystic acne? Great upper body, small waist, great shape for being in the offseason. Definitely needs to work on his legs. His legs don't match his upper body. They have not the size that he would need, but it is a very, very high quality physique. The problem is it's not natural. He could have waited until he was perhaps in his 20s, perhaps in his 30s to start using steroids, but he most likely started at, I don't know, perhaps at 17. And so you can see as he's progressing, the weeks are going by. He's getting leaner. He's dieting for competition and he still really doesn't have much acne. And so this suddenly happens like that. Look at this. The transformation. It goes crazy. All of a sudden, the acne starts. It's on his face. It's on his shoulders. It's on his chest. He's got gyno formation going on. With acne like this, he needs to decrease his use of DHT derative of steroids. for example, Winstrol, Anavar, Masterone, Halotestin, and he needs to also try to increase his SHBG. This amount of acne, it's a problem. It's a medical emergency right now. You can't just keep going on the cycle. You see this coming on, the day before this, the day before that, the day before that. Again, once you see acne building up to this level, the cycle, it has to stop. You can't just keep going. Who is actually coaching this guy? Is he coaching himself? There's so much acne. I don't even think he could shave his chest. Like, it just would just rip it out. It's just This is horrendous. The

gyno's developing. He has a great physique, but it's covered with all of that. And so, I don't think anyone would trade their physique with this guy. I don't think anyone thinks that using steroids is worth it if this is the side effect. 20 years old, 172 cm, so he's about 5'8, 107 kg. So, 235 lbs give or take. And it says 2,000 milligs. And so, he can't say 2,000 mg of steroids because it probably would be demonetized. And so, he literally writes out ashwagandha and backwater cycle. You can't announce what you're doing. He perhaps lives in the United States. Steroid use is not legal. And so, he has to be careful with his words. Every single comment is about the acne, the 2,000 mg that he's on. Somebody wrote, "Drop the 2,000 test to 400 test and add 600 mron and 50 milligs of VAR daily. Pins less sides. " He's 20. That is still way too much. It's probably double what this guy would need. And even that is too much. Imagine if you're taking that high of a dose at 20. If you need 2,000 mg a week in order to grow at 20, what do you need at 21, 22, 23? The older you get, the more used to that cycle you are, the higher the doses need to be. I remember the first cycle that I'd ever done in comparison to the second time I did the cycle, the gains were very, very minimal. Once your body gets used to taking that, taking the same, it doesn't fully hit. And so my suggestion, if you are in fact going to use steroids, if you have in fact made that decision, you're doing it right now, the lowest dose that makes you happy, because once you get used to taking said dose, you need to increase those doses to make the gains that you're making. Man, it's so bad. All bad, everything bad. Shape is good. Physique is bad. Bulking just none of this is good. He keeps getting bigger. If you're about to use steroids or if you're using steroids, you're abusing them. Think of it like this. You can only use so much in your lifetime. And the more you use super physiologically, the worse it's going to be. So, for example, you might be able to get away with doing HRT for life. It's below a certain threshold where the negative side effects occur. Now, if you start steroids at 17 or 18, like this guy, and you're using 2,000 milligs a week at 20, how long can you do that? You only have a certain amount of time that you can do this. And so maybe he gets away with it until he's 25 and then he has to stop for life or he'll lose his kidneys, he'll have a heart attack or whatever. Now, if he had lowered his doses, waited longer, only started steroids, let's say at 25, the amount of steroids, perhaps it's 5 years, he could use it at crazy high levels. If he waited until he was 25, he would have a lot of muscle to start with and he could then use steroids titrating up over time and he could get more out of his body. But if you start steroids very young, you're going to have to stop them before you get too old. And so perhaps one of the reasons I was able to use steroids into my 40s was because I only started in my 30s. If you start in your 20s, maybe you go to your 30s. But if you start in your 20s, you go into your 40s, maybe you don't live. Maybe you don't keep going on, but if you start as a teenager, when you have newbie gains on the table, you're going to gain muscle regardless. Why would you waste it by abusing doses? Now, think of this. When you double a steroid dose, it doesn't double your gains. And so, if he's taking 2,000 milligrams, it doesn't double the gains of 1,000. Taking 1,000 500. And so he could have taken 500 and most likely got almost the same amount of benefit as taking 2,000. And if he had taken 500, he could have taken it for a very long time. He probably would have avoided the acne. He would have been able to live a lot longer and build muscle into his 30s, perhaps even longer. And so, do you see how this is a waste? You're doubling or quadrupling the dose that you need for perhaps 10% more results. That to me is stupid. the ROI, it just isn't there. And as I look at him flexing, I see a very good upper body, but very weak legs in comparison. And so, I don't see him as a future IFBB pro. He's going to have to stop training the upper body, focus on the legs. He kind of has legs that remind me of Larry Wheels, the left leg in particular. It's smaller than the right. He doesn't have the vasis lateralis formation. He needs more muscle there. He has fairly serious gynecomastia at this point. Acne on the back, acne on the front. He has a very small waist, so that does give him some potential, but I do believe he's going to need gynecomastia surgery. And as far as him saying that he's healthy. Do you think it's even possible? There's no way you can convince me that a young guy 20 years of age blasting 2,000 milligrams

of steroids each and every week can be healthy. The gyno proves he's lying. The acne fact that he didn't send me his blood work, what does that tell you? As if he couldn't go back to the hospital and get his results. And if they were actually healthy, why wouldn't he post it? Imagine how much you could brag. Hey guys, I know that I've been bombarded with thousands of comments saying I have horrible acne, that I'm going to die, but look at my clean bill of health. Here's my blood work. And so the fact that he doesn't show his blood work when he could, is that not concerning? I don't think he's getting any better. I don't think he has this under control. I don't think he's stopping. When exactly is he going to go off? Like back in my day when I was younger, we would use a cycle and then we would come off cycle. You would allow your receptors to rejuvenate, to refresh, if you will. You give your body a time to clean up, to get healthy, and you would go back on cycle. Now, some people they just go on low doses and they go on higher doses back to low. But you can't just blast all the time. This does not look like a physique of a guy who's only on HRT, who's taking a break. It looks like a guy who's speedruting to his grave. Most certainly he could go to Algorex. He could get his blood work taken. He could perhaps be given inclapene to help him bounce back, you know, part of a postcycle therapy PCT. He could use Turk Builder Max and Turk Platinum. He could use GO2 max. He could try using G test platinum, but it's not going to be strong enough because he's abusing steroids. And so what you should be doing is trying to build the best physique you can while being natural. And only later, if and when you still want to do this, you at that point can consider using performance-enhancing drugs. Remember, always check with your doctor.
