### Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00) []

And so it would be way more impressive to watch a legitimate natural teenager, I don't care if they're 17, 18, 19, bench press 400 lb, than to witness this. Unrack the weight. — This is a brain rod special. — Tiamatic cooking in the basement. — Coach Greg, in today's video, we got the youngest idiot [ __ ] in the world. And I'm not sure if he's more moronic for abusing performance-enhancing drugs or for benching ridiculous weights of which one most certainly went viral. 10 million views of him being an idiot. Basically an ass just asking for it. Before I tell you this 17-year-old's name, is it any surprise he's being followed by none other than 16-year-old Eric English? also Logan Dishman and of course Larry Wheels. And so given the fact that he's out posting videos bench pressing 620 lbs without a bench press shirt, does anyone need to know if he's natty or not? Of course he's not natural and he's been blasting for a hell of a long time. And so will he in fact make it to 20? Well, we'll see in 3 years. And so I do believe his most viral video is him showing you just how stupid he really is. He's got 515 lbs on the bar. Let me remind you, he's 17 years of age. Maybe he weighs 220 lb. And so it's essentially almost 2 1/2 times his body weight. And he's trying to rep it out. Now, in case you didn't know, it isn't normal for a person doing the bench press to look like they're a basketball player in the NBA. And I'm not talking about him being tall. I'm talking about the severe amount of bounce that bar is getting off of his chest. I've never seen anyone bounce a weight as much as this guy. And so when you compete in powerlifting, you literally have to pause the weight on your chest. Not to mention your ass, it has to remain in contact with the bench. And so what we're seeing here is ego lifting at its finest and it's going to result in injury. And so case in point, let us watch 515 lbs for reps at 17. Clearly not natty girlfriend about together. And I was like, oh, you know, okay, that's kind of weird. And that, my friends, is why when you bench press for maximum poundage, you always have a rack. You could have Larry Wheel spotting you, but when your hand slips and you throw 515 lbs off of your chest, it's going to come back and crush you. And crush him. It did. Now, imagine it doesn't slip and fall on his chest. It slips and falls on his neck. Perhaps I would be making a video about the tragic loss of a 17-year-old while eagle lifting on the bench. Dan Bench's ex Dan bounces check sternum. Hm. Nah, don't need one. Failed the rep, broke his rips, and got a faceful of man ass rough day. You would think where he threw the weight off of his chest that he would be using a thumbless drip, but he's actually wrapping his thumb under the bar. And so he's holding the bar correctly. The only problem is this is way heavier than he can handle. And you're thinking, "No, he clearly did it. It was on his second rep. " But guys, I got to teach you something about the bench press. You're only as strong as the distance the bar has to travel. And so what you'll notice is once he bounces it off of his chest, you can see the rounding of his back, his spine, it's more curved than last time, and his asset isn't touching the bench. And so what that does, pretend this is the height of his chest where the bar has to go. You can see how it's lined up with my nose. If he arches and puts his glutes off the bench, you see how that is now raised. And so the bar doesn't have to travel down quite as far. And so the weakest part on the bench press, it's when you're in the hole at the bottom. That is where you're at the most mechanical disadvantage. And so by arching his back and bouncing it, getting momentum, decreasing the range of motion in particular, the hardest part, he's able to lift significantly more weight, post videos, and capture your attention. I mean, who doesn't want to see a guy crush his chest by a massive weight that he can't actually lift, all at the age of 17 by blasting performance-enhancing drugs? And so, this is peak for 2026. This is the kind of guy that we're after, the person we're trying to copy. Perhaps people are going to try to sponsor him. Oh my goodness. We want to

### Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00) [5:00]

sponsor a guy who's showing people exactly what not to do. And so, next, let's examine a 620 lb bench press from this 17-year-old. I mean, the 515 lb, clearly that wasn't heavy enough. And so let's just jump up to 620. Like why are we lifting 620 lbs with a bounce cheating arching your back with your glutes not touching the bench when it isn't even count when we could just be lowering the weight to let's say 495 lb pausing it still lifting it and being absolutely incredible. Like why not do that? I mean if you could sprint 60 km an hour on a bicycle that's impressive. And so why would you then add a motor and say, "Oh, look, I sprinted 100. " Yeah, the bike, the motorcycle that you're riding did, but you didn't actually do it. And so why are we lifting weights that we aren't actually even lifting? And so to me, this is equivalent to saying, "Hey, I just squatted 620 lbs. " Hey, great. And then you watch it and they squatted 4 in. Unrackck the weight. would be more impressive if you put on 495 lbs and you squatted it all the way down and went up. And so he's showing us that the weights are real. We've seen so many people using fake plates. We've seen AI. And so he's demonstrating, hey, these are real plates. These are not Jeff Cavalier plates. It's not Brad Castleberry. And so this is 620 pounds. And so we see 1 2 3 4 five people in the room with one spotter. And let me remind you, 10 million views from watching him crush 515 lbs on his chest. This is 100 lb more. He does not have safety racks in place. And remember, he's got his elbows wrapped with whatever device is going to help him to lift even more. He's wrapping the elbows the way a squatter would wrap the knees in order to lift more weight. And so what is exactly the plan if he can't lift this? The friends are all standing back uh perhaps 15 ft in the background. Maybe they want to have their faces on camera, but they're not ready. And so why isn't there one person standing on one side ready to lift those plates and another person standing on the other? At least have three spotters in place ready to pick that weight up if something goes wrong. Does anyone think that spotter standing behind is going to be able to pick that weight off of his chest after he crushes it? I mean, he isn't Larry Wheels. And even Larry would struggle spotting this weight. And so the bar it lowers down with such a crushing rate of velocity. I'm surprised that his sternum has the structural integrity. — It definitely has structural integrity. Thank you, Greg. — to withstand it. And so he's bouncing harder than last time and driving his glutes off of the bench to make sure he doesn't have to press it the full distance. And so in doing that, the bar is driving up. It's bouncing. It has its momentum so that he only really has to lock out that weight. Now, it's still a lot of weight, but why are we doing this? Like what exactly does this prove as a powerlifter if he's perhaps trying to break world records in the bench press which at 17 to bench press even 500 lb I do believe would be a world record and so why are we benching 620 when it doesn't actually even count. Like I don't get it. What is the point? If you could run the 100 m in 9. 5 seconds, why would you try to run it 9 seconds while running downhill? You're fast enough on the flat. And so this is such a cheat lift. It doesn't count. It's pointless, useless, and all it does is it puts his health at risk. We've seen him fail with 515 lbs. And if he fails with 620, imagine what could happen. Not to mention, he has a bunch of teenage friends 20 ft off in the distance. They're not ready to help in this lift. And so, if something bad were to happen, it's not going to look good. Would you really want to throw the entirety of perhaps the next 10 years of your lifting career over trying to bench press by cheating 620 lbs? And I say 10 years with the hope and expectation that he'll be able to lift for 10 years. When you abuse steroids this young for this long, it normally does not end well. He'll most likely get injured. I mean, we've also seen the trend twins. What happened when he tried to bench press sixth place, 585 lbs, which is lighter than this, and last I checked, he's approximately 6 years older than him.

### Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00) [10:00]

And so, he's 6 years younger and trying to outbench Mikey from the Trend Twins. Why ain't nobody matching the energy bro needs new gym bros. Frankly, they're probably just shocked. They're in disbelief. They don't know how to react. You don't just have to fake a reaction. I would rather people actually react the way that they feel. I don't need you to jump up and holler and scream and shout if you're just like, "Hey, I was expecting it all along. Honestly, it looked harder than I was expecting. " And so I'm not shocked. I've seen you bench rest this way 10 times in the past. And so whatever the reason, they're not jumping up and screaming. We don't have to act a certain way. Some people are more introverted, others perhaps extroverted and celebrations, they come out in different ways. You don't have to act the way you think society wants you to act cuz they hating for real. You see, this is what's wrong with the world. Just because they're not celebrating in some overdrawn made for show reaction, you think they're haters. If five of my friends took the time out of their day to come down to the gym and stop what they're doing just to watch me do something, that's thanks enough. I don't need them to exaggerate an emotion, a reaction. They showed that they care by taking the time to pause and to take witness. That is enough, guys. I mean, does everyone need a ribbon now? A pat on the back. Everything you do, somebody has to say how amazing that it was. Love how no rep was done. Of course, people are going to say, "Oh, you're a hater. " No. By saying no rep was done, they're stating in powerlifting, we want to see the bar pause. a true lift. We want to know how much can Bro actually lift. You know, without the wraps, without the cheating, without the ass coming off of the bench, what could he legitimately lift? We want to know that. And so here's the problem with this. Yes, it's impressive. Everyone knows it's impressive. I know it's impressive. You know it's impressive. People who live properly impressive. People who know that this is cheating, it's impressive. And so, yes, it's impressive. Do you know what would be more impressive? If he lifted this cleanly, 500 lb with a pause and it's a legitimate lift with spotters actually prepared in case something goes wrong. If he took safety into account. And you know what would even be more impressive? If he benched 400 lb while being natural, without cheating, without using performance-enhancing drugs, without taking shortcuts to cheat his way to being impressive for you. And so, is it not sad that you all don't give a [ __ ] about this young man's health? You could care less. You just want to be there to watch the [ __ ] show, to watch him bench 700 lb. Is that his next goal? Hey, but I want to be the youngest kid in the world to bench press 800 lb by 19. Don't care if I don't make it to 20, but hey, let's just blast hella gear and not care. The tendons and the ligaments are not meant to lift these kinds of weights. Ask Mikey what happened to him with the pec tear. We've seen countless athletes do exactly this and tear their pec and never be the same. And so ask yourself, is it worth it? Is it worth it for your 15 minutes of fame on Instagram to post some ridiculous lift that doesn't even count in exchange for an injury? What if you crush your ribs and you can never bench press again or worse, you're no longer with us? We've seen this in a number of videos. And so when you're this strong already, hear me out. Why would he need to use steroids? Like would he not have been strong enough without them? When I was 17 years of age, I remember I had benched my first ever double body weight. I weighed 143 lbs and I bench pressed just over 290. It's over double my weight. I was 17, same age as this guy. And I felt like, wow, I had an incredible accomplishment. Now, with performance-enhancing drugs at 17, most certainly I would have been bench pressing well over 400 lb. But why? Like, no one could outlift me. I was literally, as a teenager, for my weight class, the strongest teenage bench presser in the world. And so why would I need to take steroids? Now, is it possible there were drugass assisted teenagers who could lift more than me? Absolutely. But why would I want to compare myself to them? Remember, comparison is the teeth. And so if he's at 17 years old looking at other guys on performance and anti drugs, steroids, chest, trend, you name it, and thinking, well, bro bench press 550. Um, how much

### Segment 4 (15:00 - 17:00) [15:00]

did Larry Wheels bench press? Oh, whatever that was at 100 lb. That's not impressive. of it's 2026 and so the gear it keeps getting higher and people keep using it at younger and younger ages and so we have guys like Eric English who are following this man and how do we know did that motivate Eric to perhaps hop on or did Eric motivate him to hop on which is which or is it the curse of Larry Wheels in more ways than one and so these young men they don't have the intelligence the maturity the wherewithal to understand exactly the dangers you're doing to their body. All they understand is the instant reward, the dopamine, the thrill of having millions of people watch your video. And so it would be way, way more impressive to watch a legitimate natural teenager. I don't care if they're 17, 18, 19, bench press 400 lb than to witness this. This has a shock value, sure, but it isn't as impressive. And if you're thinking, "Oh, it's more impressive. The weight weighs higher. " Yeah, but with steroids, it's aging you perhaps five years. You're looking into your future. You're adding the pounds that eventually you would have added and then some while only a teenager. And so, why not just stretch out those gains? As long as you're getting stronger, improving, trust me, you're going to have a lot of fun. At 17, he's too young to even be using Turk Builder Max. He doesn't need it. It's pointless. you're going to make gains without it. And so my suggestion, wait until you're older, when you're 19, 20, perhaps 21, whatever. You can then use Turk Builder Max to leapfrog beyond your sticking points. That combined with GO2 Max in particular, you'll have more cardio, more stamina, you'll be able to push harder, you'll build more muscle, greater recovery, you'll feel better.
