### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

If you're feeling chest more in your shoulders than where it needs to be, you're bringing the bar way too low. So, instead, bring the bar down this low. I use a fist perfect indication of where to keep that constant tension till the chest finally grows and then we drop it down. Pull the bar in as hard as you fucking can. The second you grab that bar and you pretend both your hands are supposed to touch one another, instantly engaged your chest. So, now you do the exercise, you'll be able to feel your chest a lot more than your shoulders. — Trust the dick. He's got some cool tips. I think I'd rather trust my brain than your dick. And I can't quite understand how a guy as big as you can't teach basic form for a barbell incline bench press. The reason why you're feeling it in your shoulders isn't because you're bringing the bar down too low, it's because your elbows are flared too much, most likely due to the fact that you're not properly packing your shoulders before you start the exercise. Let's break it down for you. It's really simple, guys. If you unrack the bar and your shoulders aren't packed, they're going to come down like this. If you take the time to pack your shoulders by depressing them and retracting them, the bar comes down here and you feel nothing in your shoulders. So, this is shoulders packed, everything feels great. This is my back flat, shoulders unpacked, you notice where the bar comes down. Here's a different angle for you guys with my shoulders unpacked, you can see the barbell's going across my shoulders and if I simply retract and depress them, I can then bring the barbell down and it automatically goes across my chest. So, maybe instead of trying to do cute little dick jokes at the end of all your videos, go online, spend 5 minutes on Google, learn how to do the exercises correctly, and then teach that to your audience.
