This is what I eat every week to help me age slower. First, we have wild salmon rich in omega-3s, which is great for a healthy skin barrier and also calms inflammation to target premature aging. Then we have avocados, also good fats, but full of vitamin C and E, which are powerful antioxidants that helps protect my collagen. Then we have sweet potatoes, so delicious and full of beta carotene, which is like internal retinol. So, great for cell turnover, pore clarity, and that all-important glow. Next, we have my favorite kiwi fruit. These are packed full of vitamin C, so important for keeping your dermis thick and healthy. Super delicious and great for your bowels. More vitamin C. Then for all of my salads, extra virgin olive oil for polyphenols, healthy fats, good for inflammaging. Porridge oats for my breakfast to stabilize my blood sugar, but give me energy. You know I love my seeds. We have chia seeds for fiber, pumpkin seeds, which are so full of zinc, which is super important for skin health, especially if you're acne prone. And then we have green tea, which is great after any meal to calm oxidative stress and helps keep your mitochondria healthy. Almonds for snacking, also great for good fats and zinc. And then I love fancy beans and chickpeas. These are a great alternative to meats. I love them in combination with courgettes and spinach and spices, and they're super high in protein. Oh, and I would normally have blueberries in here, but they were out of stock. So, that'll keep me going for a week.
