## Транскрипт

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

So, Dubai's new skyscraper is going to be absolutely massive. When the Burj Azizi is complete, it'll stand a staggering 725 m tall. That's more than twice the height of the Shard, more than 200 m taller than One World Trade Center, and 45 m higher than Merdeka 118, the second tallest building on the planet. And it'll be about as luxurious as they come, featuring a high-end shopping mall, cinema, crazy penthouses, and even a beach club. Inside, a seven-star hotel is going to represent seven cultural themes from around the world with restaurants to match those themes. But, the Burj Azizi is about more than just offering mega luxury to the mega wealthy. The developers aim to break a swathe of world records, including the highest observation deck, nightclub, restaurant, and even the highest rock climbing wall. Construction works are due to complete in 2029, which means this structure may or may not end up being the second tallest building in the world, depending on how things go over at Saudi Arabia's Jeddah Tower. If that takes the crown, it would knock the Burj Khalifa down to second place, meaning this building would actually be the third tallest building in the world. Who knows what's going to happen? It all depends on when Jeddah Tower gets completed and when the Burj Azizi gets completed. There's basically a race going on here for who's going to be the tallest building in the world, therefore creating the second and third tallest building in the world further down the rankings. It's all very confusing, but you can learn more about it over in our full video.
