The Olsen on Law Radio Show has been on the air for 40 years. From our radio show, we have videos of real people asking real legal questions. We help people to avoid probate and do their estate planing including wills, living trusts and powers of attorney. We also help people get free in-home care for seniors and help people protect their wealth from the cost of a nursing home. We are the Olsen Law Group in Orlando and we assist clients throughout the State of Florida.

My guest today is attorney Robert Haydock. Robert, one of the things that we offer to our listeners is free in-home care for seniors up to 30 hours per week when they need it. Tell listeners a little bit about that. So, that program is a wait-listed program, not a time-based waitlist, but a need-based waitlist. So, but you cannot wait until you're on fire to get the program. So, right now, if you called to re- and you have to be interviewed, um and right now, if you called the group that does the interviewing, and it's May now, you're not getting an interview until August. You want to start this process sooner rather than later, because you need to be thinking about, "Hey, how's mom or dad going to be six months down the road? " Not today. Correct. And thing is, even if you get a four, it's not like they're going to run out of fives, and then they're going to say, "Okay, you're up next. " You're going to have to re-interview to get a five. So
