uh money doesn't make you happy but it definitely makes life a lot easier um I'm actually a second generation real estate investor my father uh the real estate for 20 some odd years um subject to the existing financing it's a great strategy it helps you get in with little or no money it boils down to are you going to take action to do it you know um networking I cannot say enough is a key to being successful in this business Todd has a wealth of information um Todd's a very creative person when it comes to Deals marketing um just how to be successful in this business so just putting me in touch with his network was uh just a great thing for me um and just guiding me and from there he um gave me tips and pointers uh what direction I needed to go into um and just kind of spark that creative side that I have in me I think Todd has a great program um for me more so now um Todd's still a mentor so any questions that I have I can definitely still call him and um get information from him and uh if he doesn't know the answer then he can definitely put me in touch with someone who does know the answer um so i' say Todd is more so now um still a mentor but I'd also say a partner um I definitely partner with Todd on um on a business deal that I have like I say he does have a wealth of knowledge um so he's more of a mentor and a partner now you know and if anything uh a friend I think we've developed a good uh friendship a business relationship as well as a friendship relationship so
