All right, folks. Let's talk about what's happening in the used tractor market here early in 2026, particularly the high horse stuff. Now, we talk a lot about the pre-DEF models moving higher. And again, no shortage this past week of those examples, but honestly, I've been seeing stabilizing to strengthening prices even on the later model high horse models. Now, that surprises a lot of people, but here we have to pull back just a little bit and analyze what's been happening. So, early in 2026, new sales of high horse tractors, of course, not very strong. And it's frankly has been a couple years now with very slow falling sales of new tractors. And then let's consider what happened back 2 years ago in 2024 when our dealer friends, the most aggressive I've ever seen dealers be in terms of collectively pushing out late model units onto the auction market. And of course, back 2 years ago, dealers were trying to get ahead of this curve of slowing, you know, slowing ag economy. And they're paying 8% interest on all that late model big stuff on their lot, trying to get ahead of it. So, they pushed all that out onto auction. And right now, you swirl all this together, and we're seeing a tightening supply of later model used high horse tractors. Now, it's starting to show up frankly in the auction market in the pricing. And again, let's zero in on one model, a John Deere 8370R, very common popular model. I believe Deere made the 8370R from 2014 to 2020. So, not pre-DEF, not catching that hot train. But even so, the average auction price so far this year, folks, on a Deere 8370R is up 19. 3%. Average coming in at 198,957 bucks. That's up from last year's average of 166,000 702. And we've seen some recent ones very strong. In fact, just this past Wednesday, our friends at Big Iron sold this one in Haverhill, Iowa for a Stoltzfus Egg Enterprises. It was a 16 model 8370R, 1,553 hours on it went for 266,250 bucks. Very strong price there for a 10-year-old model. Now, the highest one I've seen so far this year, here's a picture of it. It was a 20 model with 1,084 hours sold March 13th in Paris, Missouri consignment auction by Ed's Machinery. Went for 280,500 bucks.
