I am so sorry I didn't manage to post this on Friday. It is Saturday afternoon today. I promise you I will make a video a week. I'll do my best to do it. So, here I am. Um What I'm going to do in this video is for those of you that have connected to the new API, just walk you through what you need to do, but I expect you to make it happen. If you have any problems, just let me know and we will figure it out. You know, I would love to do a data cloud that would do this more interactive. But, I just don't have the time. That is horrible. It would have been so much fun, though. If If the moment comes that I can manage to do it, I'll will let you guys know. But, back to the point. We have the new API. It works for you guys. It is a little bit more limited than the other one, but hopefully your football team is in here. So, you've told me that everything works. I'm going to just briefly walk you through how this API works, but again, you should be able to do it yourself. So, you need matches, co- standings, teams. Um Start with matches. This is what you need to do. So, if you go down here, this is this match for a particular team. That means that you have to download the teams first. Pain. This is match for a particular person. Not that. Show a particular match. Not that. We want to list matches across a set of competitions. That's exactly what we want. So, we want the matches for competitions, competition ID. Okay, so what is a competition ID? We have to go up. So, competitions, list all available competitions. It's B for competitions. Let me show you. So, if we go to competitions. This is how you get all the competitions available. Again, it's not as rich as the other API, but hey. And here, Primera División, which is for La Liga, is the code is PD, which is the ID that is asking for. — [snorts] — Um so, to get the matches, you need blah blah before matches competition equal to whatever competition you want, and then we put the season also, and that will give you all the matches. For the teams, we go to competition teams. List all teams for particular competition. So, you see V4 competitions ID, the ID again for La Liga PD, and then teams. So, competition before No, sorry. Teams teams teams. So, we go V4 competitions PD, which is La Liga. You need to change that with your ID, teams, and then obviously I just want to have for season 2025, so I'm going to add these to the query. And then for the standings, so for the standings, you do the exact same thing. So, it's V4 competitions PD standings. Just to let you know, this works also for matches. So, you can write V4 competitions PD {slash} matches, and it will give you all the matches. You don't need to do what was there, but yeah. So, let [snorts] me show you. So, for standings, you can see V4 competitions PD standings season 2025, and then you will get the standings for the season. So, now I expect you to create the same div as I we created for the other API, and catch up because on the next video, you asked me to show you a little bit of Figma, um how I created backgrounds.
