In this demo, you'll meet members of a CX team to see how AI assistance from Genesis Cloud Copilot and Genesis Cloud Agent Copilot can support users across functions. Hey, welcome to the team. As an agent, I use Genesis Cloud Agent Co-opilot when I'm on Q. It helps me the whole time I'm talking to customers, suggesting relevant materials like a script or a form that I should fill in and send to the back office. It even reminds me if I've forgotten part of the process, like reading our required disclaimer word for word. One of the best parts of the agent co-pilot is the automatic summary feature. I used to take notes manually, but now I can just focus on the customer and the agent co-pilot does all the heavy lifting when we disconnect. As a supervisor, I use Genesis Cloud Co-Pilot to help me manage the team. Instead of manually reviewing dashboards and schedules to manage time off requests, I simply ask, "Show me open time off requests for our agent Eric, Genesis Cloud Copilot instantly surfaces them. " And I can tell it to approve Eric's request. I can also use Genesis Cloud Copilot to send a recognition message to agents. I just ask it to send a message and it creates and sends one for me. I use Genesis Cloud Copilot to make the admin process much easier. I recently asked Anessa's cloud co-pilot how to assign new agents to a queue. It delivered instructions and offered to add the agents for me. So, I just provided the email addresses and the cues the agent should be assigned to and Genesis Cloud Copilot made the change. Most of our team uses several AI agents to support their different work responsibilities, such as assigning a new permission to a group of users or moving to a queue. I can also use Genesis Cloud Co-Pilot to explore our performance data and analytics. I'm no data analyst, but just this morning, I asked it, "How is my bot performance today? " And it instantly delivered the answer. Plus, it even included guidance on the next step. Together, the co-pilots inside Genesis Cloud support users across tasks and responsibilities.
