i'm going to walk you through a new approach to winning back your past customers that will give you renewed confidence and deliver enough new leads to see you through lean periods of growth we'll use a mix of personal video with bunjuro's group setting feature to create a standout experience in your prospect's email inbox that will delight them and revive their interest in your offer to do this you'll need a paid account with bonduro and about 30 minutes to create and send your win back campaign

okay let's get started step one is to log in to bonduro and navigate to your task list this is where we're going to upload your list of past customers you want to reconnect with to tell them about your latest feature offer or product now in this instance we're going to be doing a group send using bonjour's unique rollups feature that lets you send a single video to a large group of contacts up to a maximum of 200. don't worry if you have more than 200 contacts you'll just need to record and send another video for each group so first up you'll want to add your contacts into bonjuro so click new and select csv upload to upload your contacts in before sending if you already have your crm integrated with bonduro you could also do this by adding a tag to the contacts in your crm and create a workflow that adds those contacts to bunjuro based on the addition of the tag select your csv file again with a maximum of 200 contacts fill in these fields before clicking upload the reason field is just a note to yourself about why you are sending to these contacts let's put win back campaign 1 here once you've uploaded your contacts

you'll see them all listed in your task list now here's the clever bit to save time on sending a personal video to every single x customer we're going to use bonduro's group sending feature called rollups just click here then select all of the tasks they will be rolled up into one single task and you are now ready to record your win back video but before we do that let's create a template to personalize each video that goes out your template will define how your video email will look in their inbox and on your video landing page when they watch it head to templates for this example i'm going to assume that we're just trying to get the customers to check out our site again so let's create some messaging and a call to action that aligns with that first let's add a subject line let's try a personal update from bunjuro try not to be too clever here the less marketing speak the better we just want to create intrigue and show it's a personal update now once your winbackbonduro email has been opened we want it to get watched so go to the message text and let's try this hi keep the merge field in there and the first name will be merged in automatically we just launched a brand new feature at bonjour that i thought you'd love i recorded a quick video to tell you more about it hint it's going to help you convert way more leads this year the trick here is to tell but not show and hint at the value your customer will get by re-engaging once they watch your video you have the chance to fully explain why you wanted to reach back out to them and clearly articulate the value they'll get from your new offer or product and of course they'll be more likely to engage with you because you did it in such a human way versus a vanilla email like everybody else make sure to bake in a clear next step into your video like heading to your landing page or booking a demo whatever suits your offer okay once your template is ready all that's left is to send your video to the group of past customers so head back to your task list on desktop or mobile record your video then select your template and hit send your bonjour will wiz its way to your prospect and you'll see replies clicks and bookings coming back within minutes if you need to send more than 200 just repeat the roll-up process and record another video easy that's it we hope you like this installment of bonjour's new use case series we'll be back for another installment real soon
