you we're really looking at our overall sales methodology and so the sales process but also the end-to-end process of governing that resourcing that alignment across the organization and Miller Heiman bethe played a role in that whole transformation I think so this interesting to share experience between companies understanding where they have traveled I would like to say in which solutions they provide for their people it's good to talk with peers also listen to solutions at villa family temple bank just to say been really strong engaging event strong speakers clear messages and the case studies from the clients from Athos and from have been really interesting looking forward to this afternoon's event my role was to give a spot my presentation on running up the down escalator and that was presenting the highlights of 2017 CSO inside sales practices study it's always better to learn from other people's mistakes and other people's successes so I've gained a lot of information from other people who have worked with Miller Heiman in the past but very valuable to me and getting a feel for what we can do as a company because we're just starting on this journey of sales enablement subject matter and workshops of the presentations are very interesting lots of food for thought I can see already there's many topics for reflection and to incorporate in our thinking further forward you know what one that I really like is the story show for other customers cuz we have so much to share with each other and I like to hear the best practices of others I see others sometimes struggle and then it's good to have well discussions with your peer group and learn from each other
