## Описание

One AI company found that a tiny percentage of users consumed most of the credits.

That led to a bigger realization about how AI usage actually spreads inside organizations.

This clip explores how pooling credits at the account level can improve flexibility, visibility, and expansion dynamics in credit-based pricing models.

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

— So, let me give you an example. So, I did a study recently on a company with 160,000 users, and they have air credits. And the first thing we see is that 50% of users don't use air credits at all, zero. Then we say that a full like So, it's basically like an 80/20 distribution. Like so, but we see is like out of this 160,000 users, let's like 200 users are, it seems, doing nothing else but just like hitting the AI button like 24 hours 24/7, right? So, so naturally what they're going to do is they're going to consume a lot of the credits that the other that others are not. So, two two negative things then happen. One is that management is going to step in and tell them to take a break. Like so, that you actually don't get to monetize that much. And two, you're actually not going to see how customers are actually wanting you to product. Like so, the learning cycle actually gets interrupted because of the monetization model. As opposed to if the credits are pulled, suddenly you're going to have like a subset of users, like 5% of users suddenly burning through all the credits for the whole population, and then suddenly the company realizing that they need to buy more. So, suddenly the expansion happens at the global account level instead of at the individual user level instead, which is, I think, a lot better. The argument being that the account still gets all the value, it's just pushed towards a few users.
