— In the last 24 months, — active and engaged managers are really having to um work through a new chapter. Again, whatever we're calling that chapter, the AI-ification — of all of the work that we do means that not only are you meant to lead and guide and support and develop your people through these new ways of working, but you yourself have to be upskilling and retooling and leveraging these same tools and technology to be getting better at what you do. Um and so, it's sort of like I don't mean to conjure up, you know, old literature, but it is like this brave new world where I think a lot of things can, should, and are being done very, very differently, and that can be deeply uncomfortable.
