what do you like most about motivation Hub the social aspect the mothers in the group and the sense of community I love the small classes and just the challenges we get throughout the year to keep us going you like most about motivation Hub I just like the little group class is the really good workout that we get and the lovely ladies that we work out with and the motivation from each other definitely the fitness and the social events that motivation Hub organized every month it's just great to look forward to be dangerous I love motiv Hub simply because it gives you various of exercises for all age groups and not to mention your Fitness level as well even through injury there's always something you can do hey guys what do you like the most about motivation Hub I'm working at small groups and pushing each other what do you like the most about motivation Hub they're the swats do you like most about motivation Hub uh I like being pushed um which is something that I need I feel that when I go to the gym I uh do well but I can do better and that's what I like about this place I push really hard is an amazing trainer because she pushes me to my where I think my limit is and then what I like about motivation Hub is the variance they have in the class it's always different and also the group atmosphere uh really Mak sure it uh lifts your energy so I really enjoy coming to the hub what do you like most about motivation Hub the fact that I can work out and have the children babysit by a lovely babysitter the varied workout so much fun the socializing all of it I love the Saturday morning food care I like the boxing classes he
