First thing you need to do is pick a keyword. I'm going to use how to rank local SEO 2025 as an example, but you can use any keyword you want. Once you have your keyword, you need to grab the top 8 to 12 pages from Google, open each result, and save them as PDFs or just copy them into a Google Doc. You can also save them straight to Google Drive if you want. Now, here's where Notebook LM comes in. Go to Notebook LM and create a new notebook. Name it something like SEO research and then add your keyword. Now click on discover sources. And this is where the magic happens. Notebook LM can now search inside your Google Drive files. Four, produce an SEO article outline optimized for ranking with suggested H1, H2, H3 headings, estimated word counts per section. and 30 semantically related keywords to include five. Provide eight FAQ, schema, Q, and A pairs relevant to the query. Paste that into Notebook LM and hit enter. Watch what happens. One of the first ways I would recommend here is that you can actually create a new custom GPT for your business and if you don't have a business and you can be an affiliate for something and then you can custom train a notebook LM on all the sources that you want to use, right? So for example, let's say I am a YouTuber. Let's just take my own business use case, right? So let's say for example, I want to promote my offers. I can take a bunch of training videos like so let's grab these. We're going to take these URLs and then we're going to plug this into a notebook like you can see up here. So, we're going to add sources. Then we are going to add links and we're going to select the YouTube URLs, right? So, you can see here that I'm taking the YouTube URLs to custom train this GBT. Now, this does not cost anything to do and you can see how easy and quick it is to do right here. All right. So when you're doing this, you're basically going to build out a marketing machine that can generate content on any platform, including audio and video using your offers. And that will help you to generate more attention and therefore more money to your funnels. Now, quick disclaimer. Am I saying this is easy? No, absolutely not. This is not that easy. It takes time making money. Just want to be 100% transparent with you as well. These are not typical results. So, not everyone's going to get results like me. And hopefully I'm as transparent as I can possibly be when it comes to using this stuff. All right? Because I don't want to mislead you here, but I do want to show you what actually works based on proven methods. And I think that's the best way to show you how everything works. Okay? As we go through here, you can see that we've got this custom trained on our profile and what we sell, etc. And then what I'm also going to do is add a source. And I'm go to copy

text. And here you can paste in the text of whatever you sell. Right? Now again, if you don't sell anything, if you don't have a business, that's okay. You can actually become an affiliate. I'll give you an example in a minute. Right? So you can see here we've got the copy details here. All right? So for example, we have a lot of affiliates inside the AR profit boardroom. They don't have businesses, but they come to the AR profit boardroom. They sign up and then they can actually promote this community and they make money from that. Right? So, for example, here if we go through the latest affiliate sales, you can see that Gavin actually made 40% commission per month on this sale right here just by promoting his affiliate link. And we're going to run through exactly how to use this, etc. Greg Crocker says, "Can you take your work and save it in notebook? Also, I could make some sales form contracts and reusable templates. " Yeah, 100%. So, everything that you create inside Notebook LM, you can actually save, right? So, you can see here, these are all my previous notebooks. Like you see over here, we've got this one right here, the notebook LM one that we've just generated. We can actually change name as well. So, you know, you could put the date that you generated it or you could call it whatever you want as well, like that. And you can rename it here. And then once this is custom trained like you can see we can actually ask it stuff right. So I can say for example okay what is the AI profit order. Okay. And because it's trained on the data from here this should know exactly what it is. Now this is a good way of testing whether the AI actually works or not. And then you see it's got all the details right here. And then it talked about okay, what's the sale price or what's the guarantee etc. Right? What you're going to do from here is you can say okay now create and let's say for example you want to set up a set let's say for example you were doing this for a client right you could sell this um in terms of like excelling sales pages or you could sell for example AI automations or something like that the other thing you can do here is you can say okay create a short punchy social media post seven lines long that promotes the AI profit border And what that would do is take the information that's custom drained on and then use this to start generating the output. And you can see that we've literally just done this right now. Okay. So for example, we can take that and then we can go over to the free you can go on to your Twitter or free school group or whatever it is wherever you're selling for example like here. Then I can plug this in. And then what I'm actually going to do is I'm going to improve the prompt here. I'm going to say make it direct response D Kennedy style, right? And then you can give it the style that you actually want it to write the sales copy in so that you can generate more sales. Right? The better your copy is, the more sales you're going to get. Okay? So now we can copy this like so. We can go on to Twitter and plug that in. And then that's a pretty cool headline actually. Stop tinkering with prompts whilst AI kills your industry. And then you can plug that in and then you've got some the beginning of some really good copy here. So for example, stop tinkering with prs whilst AI kills your industry. Whilst most business owners are paralyzed by fear of simply playing with new tools, AI is killing industries overnight. for members of the air profit board images. Okay. And then it's got all the sales copy right here. Copy that. We're going to go down here. And I actually I will tweak this live because that's how much confidence I have in it. Got that good to go. I'm going to copy that. And then if we grab the AI profit boardroom link like you can see over here. We're just going to insert that multiple times throughout. Right? Like you can see now that required a little bit of editing but basically you got something that's good to go that would convert and then you know you can plug in whatever you want. So let's say for example we wanted to upload our VSSL with that.

We could take a video, upload that to the post, and boom, we've got a post that potentially could make us money. Now, how do I know that? I know that because that's basically how we promote the AI profit boarding already. And that's how we scaled the MR to this point so far simply because we're promoting a lot and we're using direct response style copyrighting like you can see to get attention to quickly automate the content, save time, and then to generate stuff that actually converts, right? So, you can see how easy and quick it is to do. And then you can repurpose that. So you can put that onto LinkedIn. We can go back to the homepage over here. We can start a post. Then we can take the video that we had before. All right. So let's grab that. Upload that. Boom. Right now we've got a post that could convert on LinkedIn on school. We'll take that. Plug this in as well. It actually works really well on school because when you're doing this like it you can just quickly add a post like and then boom, good to go. And then you've created three pieces of content in the space of less than 10 minutes using this process. How easy and quick was that today? All right. Let's see what we got here. The other little tip that I would have here is that you actually want to track the link clicks. The way that I usually do that is I use Cut Me Short. Cut Me Short is good for tracking link clicks. Like you can see, you just see how many people are actually clicking on the links in your videos, right? So, for example, this is pretty wild. We only started this channel about a week ago. And you can see that we are getting 160 clicks a week just from a brand new channel on YouTube using this process. We go up to YouTube right here. You can see our videos being repurposed. And then they don't even get that many views, but we seem to get a lot of clicks. And then if we go over here, you can see that we've got the link in the description and also in the comments, right? And again, how easy is that? Super easy. And there's our LinkedIn post. There's our Twitter post. And the main thing here is if I put this into a chart so you understand it, right? The main thing to understand here is that you're basically automating content with AI that's going to go to, for example, X. You might go to school. You might send that traffic over to YouTube and you might even automate some content and then plug it on Medium or your blog or whatever, right? So all these different channels, we actually have 49 different channels and that's growing every single week. And then you're getting the traffic and the attention from each of these channels and you're pointing it all. You're funneling all that traffic to one place which is where you make money. And so if you look at this, you're using AI and that's basically the machine that powers everything that trickles down to how you make money. And that's basically how it works. The AI that powers your content. So this is layer one, layer two, and layer three, right? It's simple. It's just like use AI, create content, get traffic to what makes you money. Simple as that, right? And so you can rinse and repeat this process over and over again like you can see. By the way, this is not me. This is AI version of me as you

can see in this video. And that video converts really well. How do you create that video? Let me show you how. All right. One of the easiest ways you can do this. So you can actually go to video overview here. You can give some custom instructions and then you can create a VSSL based on the video that you want to generate. Right? So for example here we can say okay create a direct response style sales VSSL promoting and you just promote whatever offer you want to do, right? So maybe you're an affiliate of the AO profit boardroom if you're a member in there. Maybe you have your own business. Maybe you're an agency and you want to get clients for agency. It works for any business. You say, "Create a direct response style sales VSL promoting the AI profit ordering so that people watch it and convert. And then just you want to go with the fundamentals here, which is basically assume everyone has a third grade reading level, knows nothing about what we sell, is distracted, and doesn't know who we are. And the reason that you want that is because you know the people going to buy from you quite often, they don't know you are. They the quite a lot of the US, for example, has a third grade lead reading level. Most people know nothing about what I sell. And so these things just fix all the issues. All right. So we're going to take that and then I'm going to put website equals a profit orderroom. com. All right. And we're going to create that sales. Hit generate. Boom. That's going to start generating the video overview over here. Right now, what we can do in the meantime is we can also generate an audio overview. Right? Now, I would typically recommend if it's a VSSL, you want to go shorter. If it's like a long form educational piece, then obviously you want to go longer. And if it's just like a I don't know, I haven't seen many people do this, but if you wanted to create say content for YouTube, then you could go to default here. Now, again, all this stuff is free, right? It doesn't cost you anything to do this. use notebooks, but you can generate VSSLs, you can generate podcasts, you can create content that converts on social media, right? Really simple and easy. The other thing that I would do here inside the notebook is I would actually switch this. So, I would switch the conversational style. I'm going to go to custom. And again, I'm going to say every sentence on a new line, third grade reading level. Assume people know nothing about what we sell. who I am. And then also website equals AI profitord. com. All right. And again, like we just we're basically instructing the AI to understand who we are, what we sell, and communicate with our audience in the best way possible. The other thing I would say here is that you want direct response. Dan Kennedy is one of the best copyrighters I find works really well with AI. just seems to emulate that style really easily. So, we're going to change that over here. And then we're going to hit save. Yeah. Over here. And then also, if you're creating social media content, you want like a shorter response length, right? So, if we say, okay, now create a tweet thread or let's say for example, now create a VSSL script, right? A video sales letter script. So we can actually use notebookm to generate like video sales letters. We could use it for social media posts. writing really good copy, sales pages, etc. So if we take that copy now and I'm just going to go over to a new document just to see what this is like, right? So let's copy that. Every sentence is now on a new line like you can see. Obviously you split that up so you want to format it nicely. But you see the copy is really good. You could use that as a short as a VSSL. social media post. It would work for almost anything, right? AI is killing businesses right now. Most people just playing around with AI prompts. You're losing money every time you wait. This is a profitable bullet. We don't teach tricks or games. We teach serious profit. Blah blah. Okay. So, this copy converts really nicely. As you can see, it's all optimized. It's all simplified and it communicates exactly how I would want it to communicate to get the best results possible. Now, you can do some other stuff as well inside Notebook LM like quizzes and flashcards. I honestly don't think that this is particularly great for monetizing these two things. It's just great for coaching and teaching and learning. Right? That's the main thing. Success is everywhere says third grade. We used to write eighth grade. It's the US educational system run like I think it's just one of those where let's have a look. I'm actually going to ask no glam. Average reading level in the US. Bear in mind as well a lot of people on the internet like they don't speak English as the first language as well. So when you simplify you can just

communicate with more people. If you communicate with more people you're going to make more money. Right now I'm just going to go over to Gen Spark and let's just find out what's the average reading level in the US. This is just useful to know. Yeah. So the average reading level is seventh eighth grade. But bear in mind you're not going for the average. You're trying to go for as many people as you can. And so half of American adults reading level is below a sixth grade level and nearly one in five have below a third grade level level. Right? And so you can see here that if 20 let's say for example over half of American adults or let's say for example 20% of the US reads below a third grade level. That means you're missing out on 20% of the big market if you're going mass market with your AI copy because you're not communicating in the right way if you don't simplify if you don't move it down to like third grade level. And so that's why I recommend just keeping it simple. It that's just what works for me. And I've done that on ads. I've tested it on sales copy and everything else. So, the other thing that we're going to do here is if we go over to audio, let me just remove the background noise cancellation. And then I'm going to play this audio that you can see here. You can actually download it as well. And if you go over here, we can play. So, this is the audio from Notebook LM that we've just generated for free based on our custom GPT that how long did it take us? Not long at all. And so this is another service that you can actually sell is you can sell the service of podcasts, right? So a lot of people are looking for podcasts and podcast creation. For example, if you go on to fiverr. com and you said, "Okay, I'm looking for podcasts. " You can see loads of people are offering podcast generation on Fiverr. And so if you offered a way to actually create the podcast for people and make sure that people actually enjoyed it and enjoyed listening to it, would that help you? Absolutely. And so that's what this is about. It's just about finding easier ways to really create content quickly. And so we are now going to play this back. This is AI audio. Today we're opening up a pretty dense centered around a highly structured and pretty confident approach to you can actually go interactive with it. So else you can ask questions the deep today we're opening up file set it around a highly structured AI modul. Right. So, if we just pause that at that point, what this is saying is basically this is like a narrative between two different AI podcast hosts and they're talking about me, the ARI profit boardroom and what we sell. So, it's already custom trained and it's just gone off and created a script. Now, whilst you're playing that, you can click the join button and you can actually ask it questions as well. Again, I don't I think that's a cool feature in the context of making money. Probably not that useful, but let's play the audio anyway. It's quite specific — of material building for basically what it's doing is it's selling our services, selling what we sell, and it's doing it in a very subtle way because it feels like a natural podcast. So actually really what it is an avitorial subtly selling our services and what we get etc. So just to recap what we've done so far is we've created this sales machine that can write VSL sales pages that can generate traffic that can funnel traffic to our money pages like you can see with the whiteboard. This works in three different steps which is number one creating and automating the content with AI. Number two, posting that content across multiple different platforms. For example, X, School, YouTube, Medium, and then funneling all that traffic to the page where you make money because attention equals money, right? And so that's what you're doing with Notebook LM. You can do it all for free. You can also create videos and you can create podcasts like I'm showing you today. Now with the podcast, what you can actually do is you can go into Medium or you can embed that on your blog or you could upload that on social media and then it would do really well as well. Now David has a great question which is why would someone go on to Fiverr but not go into notebook LM themselves. Two or three different reasons. All right, so number one, this is quite a complicated to understand and 99% of people don't know how to do it. Right? So 99% of people are never going to know how to do this. And the reason for that is because it takes time to learn and because they don't have the knowledge you do. Right? If you're watching this, you're clearly interested in AI and you clearly have a head start

on most people, right? It's the same reason, for example, why wouldn't most people create videos themselves, right? Videos are proven to make money. They don't have the time, expertise, and they don't have the knowledge, right? And so this is one of the biggest reasons for that. And the other thing here as well is it's one thing having the knowledge. So a lot of people watch this video themselves, but they won't implement it, right? And there's a big difference between what you know and what you actually do. You know, for example, everyone knows how to be healthy, but most people just don't do it. And the reason for that is because it takes time. It takes effort like I was saying before, right? And so that's one of the biggest reasons here. And also like most people, a lot of entrepreneurs, they just want to hire someone to do it for them, right? So for me, for example, I wouldn't do this myself. Like I have a team and it's much more high leverage for me to train my team on how to do it. That's one of the reasons I create these videos. What else we got here? Katie says, "I wish it could analyze images as I've tried putting images into PDF file and yeah, that's a common problem. I actually found that with chat GBT as well as I uploaded a PDF with images. You just couldn't understand it. But one of the things you can do is you can just use Gemini instead. And Gemini is really good for just doing that yourself, right? So if you upload an image to Gemini, let's say for example, we take an image like this. Gemini can actually take the image and understand itself, right? So we go to Gemini. Here we go. Plug it in. We'll say what does this mean? And then it will actually analyze the image like you can see over here. Right? So that's one of the best ways to do it. Pretty simple and easy. It doesn't take a long time to do, right? And so you can see now it's deconstructing and working right there. Okay, so that's basically how it works. I've shown you how to create podcasts, how to monetize your sales pages, social media posts, how to create a sales machine that you can come back to, how to save the actual thing so far as well. So there's lots of cool stuff you can do with this and it's pretty simple and easy to do. All right. Now, when it comes to how many videos do I create per day, it depends, right? So, on our this is just on one channel. On one channel, I think we create anywhere between, you can see right here, 10 videos a day, something like that. 10 videos a day. sometimes free, but I think typically we go with 10 videos a day. Honestly, like it's very linear, right? So, if you're creating content, let me start a new whiteboard here. So the way you want to think about marketing, right, whether it's YouTube, whether it's Twitter, whether it's any sort of platform, here's the way that I look at it, is that there's a very linear correlation between the amount of money you make and the volume of content you produce, right? Because quite often if you're not getting the reach or the amount of customers you need, then you need to get more reps and more practice in to become better. And then also you need more people to know about what you sell, right? So for example, if billions of people knew about what you sell, you would make more money. And so here's how I typically find like the chart goes, right? It's like the more volume aka the more content you post, whether that's on YouTube, on Twitter, or anything like that, the more customers and sales and revenue you typically get, right? It's a linear chart. It's linked together. So, for example, back in the day, if we go back maybe back to 2024, we would publish one video a day, right? And we get like 3,500 views a day, right? 3,500 right there. Now, if we go to today, we publish 10 videos a day and we get 100,000 views a day, right? And so, it's very linear. It's like the more content you publish, the more views, the more reach, the more customers you typically tend to get. So, it's all quite linear. It all works together nicely and that's what I'd recommend. And the beautiful thing about Notebook LM or any of these other platforms is that you can create a lot of content and at scale and then you can get results faster as well, right? And so if you're using AI and you're competing against people who are not using AI, which is like 90% of the population, then you're always going to win, right? Korea says, "Cool. I'll sign up. Google released this update that's going to save you hours every single week and nobody's talking about it yet. So, here's what's happening. You're scrolling through a website on your phone. You find something good, an article, a video, a PDF, whatever. Now, instead of copying the link, opening Notebook LM, pasting it in, waiting for it to load, you just tap share. That's it. One tap, the whole thing goes straight into Notebook LM. This is wild because most people waste so much time trying to save stuff. You screenshot things. You bookmark pages you never look at again. You email yourself links that disappear into the void. All that friction is gone now. And I'm going to walk you through exactly how this works, how to use it, what you can do with it, and the stuff nobody else is telling you about the limitations because there are some. You upload sources, could be websites, PDFs, YouTube videos, Google Docs, whatever. Then you can chat with those sources, ask questions, get summaries. It even makes audio overviews where two AI voices talk about your content like it's a podcast. Pretty sick. But here's the problem. It had adding sources was annoying. You had to find the link, copy it, open notebook LM, click add source, paste, click upload, wait. It worked, but it was clunky and especially on mobile, right? And that friction meant people just didn't use it as much as they could. Now Google fixed that. With this new update, you can share directly from any app on your phone. You're in Safari, you find an article, tap the share button, select notebook alm, done. The article is now in your notebook. Same thing works with YouTube. Same with PDFs. Any app that has a share button, which is basically every app. This is the kind of update that sounds small, but changes how you actually use the tool because now you can capture stuff the moment you see it. No switching apps, no breaking your flow. You stay in whatever you're doing. Tap, share, move on. And this fits into some other stuff Google added recently. They launched a feature called discover sources. That's where Notebook LM suggests sources for you based on your topic. So you don't have to go find everything yourself. They also made PDF support way better. Now it can understand images and charts inside PDFs, not just text. And they added public sharing. You can give someone a link to your notebook and they can see everything in it. They can't edit it, but they can chat with it, ask questions, listen to the audio overview you made. That's pretty powerful. So, this share from anywhere update is the missing piece. It makes capturing sources as easy as sending a text message, and that changes the game. Let me break down exactly how to use this. You need the Notebook LM mobile app. It's on iOS and Android, free. Once you have it installed, here's what you do. Open any app on your phone. Let's say you're on a website in Chrome or Safari. You're reading an article about AI or marketing or whatever you care about.

You want to save it. Tap the share icon. That's usually at the bottom of your screen or in the menu. A list of apps pops up. Look for notebook LM. Tap it. Now you get two options. Add to existing notebook or create new notebook. If you already have a notebook about this topic, pick that one. If not, make a new one. Give it a name. Tap create and boom, that web page is now a source in your notebook. Takes maybe 5 seconds total. Same thing works with YouTube. You're watching a video, maybe it's a tutorial or an interview or a lecture. Tap share. Uh, pick Notebook LM. Choose your notebook. Done. Now you can ask Notebook LM questions about what was said in that video. Even if it's a three-hour video, you don't have to watch the whole thing again. PDFs, too. Someone sends you a PDF, could be a report, a research paper, an ebook, open it, tap share Notebook LM. Now, you can chat with that PDF. Ask it to summarize sections, pull out key points, whatever you need. And here's where it gets interesting. Once you have sources in Notebook LM, you can do a lot with them. You can ask questions and it answers based only on your sources, not the whole internet, just what you uploaded. So, if you're doing research, this is massive. You can combine multiple articles and PDFs and videos into one notebook, then ask questions that pull from all of them. It's like having a research assistant that actually read everything. You can also generate stuff. Notebook LM can make study guides, FAQs, briefing documents, table of contents, my maps, all based on your sources. And that audio overview feature I mentioned, two AI voices have a conversation about your content. It sounds surprisingly natural. I've used it for research papers and it's wild how good it is at explaining complex stuff in simple terms. Now, here's something most people don't know about yet. You can make your notebooks public. There's a share button in Notebook LM. Click it. Choose anyone with a link. Now you have a URL you can send to people. They can open it, see all your sources, chat with them, you listen to the audio overview. they just can't edit anything or add sources. But for sharing research or collaborating, this is huge. Okay, so that's the good stuff. Now, let me tell you about the AI profit boardroom. This is where I teach people how to actually scale their business with AI. Not just cool tricks, real systems that get you more customers and save you hundreds of hours with automation. If you're serious about using AI to grow, this is the place. Link in the description. All right, back to Notebook LM. Let me give you the real talk about limitations because there are some things you need to know. First, the mobile app doesn't have every feature the web version has. Google even says in their help docs that the mobile app may have limitations. So, if something doesn't work on your phone, try it on desktop. Second, that public sharing feature is rolling out slowly. Not everyone has it yet. Some people on Reddit are saying they don't see the option to share with anyone with the link. So, if you don't have it, just wait. It's coming. Third, when you share a source, it makes a copy. It's not live. So if someone updates the original web page or PDF, your copy in Notebook LM doesn't change. You'd have to add it again. The exception is Google Drive files, those can sync. But everything else is static. Fourth, there are limits. You can have about 50 sources per notebook. Each source has size limits, too. So you can't just dump an entire library in there. You have to be a bit selective. Fifth, YouTube videos, they have to be public, and they need transcripts or captions. If a video doesn't have that, Notebook LM can't import it, so some videos just won't work. And sixth, this is all free, at least right now. You don't need to pay for anything. Notebook LM has a paid plan coming eventually, but this share feature is part of the free version, so take advantage while you can. So, here's the bottom line. This update makes Notebook LM actually usable on mobile. Before it was clunky. Now, it's smooth. And that matters because most of us live on our phones. We find stuff read on our phones. Now we can capture and process that stuff on our phones, too. And it's free. You're not paying Google anything. You're not buying a subscription. You just download the app and start using it. That's rare these days. Most AI tools want your credit card before you even try them. Notebook LM doesn't. So, if you're doing any kind of research, any kind of learning, any kind of content work, you need to try this.
