This new one-click AI agent is insane. Hey, what's up? Today, I'm going to show you something that just dropped from Open AI on October 6th, 2025 that's going to change everything about building AI agents. This is the easiest way I've ever seen to build a custom AI agent that works for your business. No coding needed. Just drag and drop and you can have it live in minutes. I'm talking about agents that can handle customer support, create marketing plans, analyze your data, and way more. And the best part is big companies like Albertsons and HubSpot are already using this to scale their operations. So, OpenAI just released something called Agent Kit at their Devday conference. And I need to tell you what this is because it's massive. Agent Kit is basically a toolkit that lets you build AI agents without writing a single line of code. You know how building AI agents used to require developers and weeks of work? That's gone. Now you can literally drag and drop to build agents that do real work for your business. Let me break down what Agent Kit actually includes. First, there's Agent Builder. Agent Builder is a visual canvas that lets you create AI workflows by dragging and dropping nodes. Think of nodes as steps in your process. You can connect tools together, add guard rails for safety, and preview everything before you launch. And here's the cool part. Everything is versioned so you can roll back changes if something goes wrong. You can start from a blank canvas or use pre-built templates. Second, there's chat kit. Chatkit is a chat interface that you can put anywhere on your website or in your app. And it's totally customizable. You can change the colors, add your logo, make it match your brand. But here's where it gets really interesting. Chatkit comes with these things called widgets. Widgets are special response formats that make your agent way more useful. Instead of just getting text back, your agent can show you charts, graphs, buttons, and interactive elements. So, if someone asks your agent a question, it can show them data in a visual way that makes sense. Third, there's the connector registry. This is a centralized admin panel where you can manage how your agents connect to data and tools. It includes pre-built connectors to Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. You can also add thirdparty connectors. The big deal here is security and control because you can govern who has access to what data. Fourth, uh there's enhanced evals. EVOS stands for evaluations and this is how you test and improve your agent. You can create data sets to test your agent on. You can do trace grading, which means you can see step by step what your agent is doing and grade its performance. And here's the coolest part. Open AAI added automatic prompter optimization. That means the system will actually improve your agents prompts for you automatically. It looks at how your agent is performing and makes it better without you doing anything. Plus, Evals now works with third party models, too. So, you're not locked into just OpenAI's models. Now, let me show you what real companies are doing with this. Albertson's is a huge grocery store chain in the US with over 2,000 stores. They used Agent Kit to build an agent for their employees. Here's how it works. An employee can ask the agent something like create a plan to improve ice cream sales. The agent looks at everything. Seasonality, historical sales trends, external factors like weather and competitor pricing, and then it gives a full recommendation with action steps. Think about how powerful that is. Before, an employee would need to dig through reports, look at spreadsheets, maybe talk to multiple people. Now, they just ask the agent and get an answer in seconds. That saves time. That makes better decisions. That makes more money. HubSpot did something similar with their Breeze AI assistant. They used agent kit to enhance Breeze so it can better help with customer support. When a customer asks for help, the agent searches the knowledge base, finds relevant articles, and shows them right in the chat using custom response widgets. Instead of just saying, "Check our help docs," it actually pulls up the exact articles that solve the problem. That's way better customer support, and it happens instantly. No waiting for a human to respond. If you want to see how to use AI to automate your business and get way more customers, you need to check out the AI money lab. Inside, we have full step-by-step training on building AI agents, automating your workflows, and using AI to scale. We have over 28,000 members already inside who are learning and sharing what's working. You get access to over 100 different tutorials covering every use case you can think of. Plus, you get all the video notes, all the SOPs, all the processes. Link is in the comments and description. So, how do you actually build one of these agents? Let me walk you through it. You go to platform. openai. com. You open up agent builder, which is currently in beta, and you start adding nodes. A node is basically a step in your workflow. Maybe your first node is receive user question. Then you add a node that says search the database. format the response. Then you add a node that says send the response back. You connect these nodes together by dragging lines between them. And that's it. You just built an agent workflow. But it gets better. You can add tools to your nodes. Want your agent to send emails? Add an email tool. Want it to update a spreadsheet? Add a spreadsheet tool.
Want it to search the web? Add a web search tool. Want it to analyze images? Add a vision tool. Right? You just plug in whatever tools you need and your agent can use all of them. Plus, you can customize how your agent responds using chat and widgets. Maybe you want it to show a chart when someone asks about sales data. You just add a chart widget to that response. Maybe you want it to show buttons so people can click for more info. You add a button widget. It's all visual. It's all simple. And when you're done, you publish your agent with one click. Then you can embed it on your website using chatkit or you can access it through the agents SDK if you want to build it into your own app pep. And during the dev day conference, OpenAI engineer Christina Hang actually built a working agent live on stage in under 8 minutes. She had 49 seconds to spare. That shows you how fast this really is. Now, let me tell you why this matters for your business. Every business has repetitive tasks that waste time. Customer support questions that are the same over and over. Data analysis that someone has to do manually every week, reports that need to be created every month, emails sent to follow up with leads. All of that can be automated with an agent built in agent kit. And you don't need to hire a developer. spend weeks building it. You can do it yourself in an afternoon. Let me give you some specific use cases. If you run an e-commerce store, you can build an agent that handles customer questions about orders, shipping, returns, and products. It can pull data from your order system and give customers real answers instantly. If you're a consultant or agency owner, you can build an agent that qualifies leads for you. It asks them questions. It figures out if they're a good fit. It books a call with you if they are, all automatically. If you're a content creator, you can build an agent that helps you research topics, find trending keywords, and even draft outlines for your videos or articles. If you're in real estate, you can build an agent that answers questions about listings, schedules showings, and follows up with potential buyers. The possibilities are endless. And because Agent Kit has evals builtin, you can constantly improve your agents. You test them, you see where they mess up, you fix them, or better yet, you let the autoprompt optimization do it for you. Your agents get smarter over time without you lifting a finger. Now, I know what some of you are thinking. This sounds too good to be true. What's the catch? Honestly, there isn't really a catch. OpenAI is giving you the tools to build powerful agents easily. Agent Builder is currently in beta and Chatkit Nevals are generally available now. The pricing is included in standard API pricing, which means you pay for the API usage when your agent runs, but that's pennies compared to hiring someone to do the same work. And if you're running a business, the ROI is massive. Think about it. If your agent saves you 10 hours a week, that's 40 hours a month. If your time is worth $100 an hour, that's $4,000 a month in value. And your agent might cost you 50 bucks a month to run. That's an insane return. Plus, your agent works all the time. It doesn't sleep. It doesn't take breaks. It doesn't call in sick. It's always there ready to help your customers or your team. Here's what I recommend you do right now. Go to platform. openai. com openai. com and sign up if you haven't already. Start playing with Agent Builder. Build a simple agent that does one task for your business. Maybe it's answering FAQs. Maybe it's pulling reports. Maybe it's sending follow-up emails. Just pick one thing and build it. See how it works, test it out, and then build more. The more you use Agent Kit, the more you'll realize how much you can automate. Now, let me talk about something really important. The speed of AI development is accelerating like crazy. Just a few months ago, building an AI agent required serious technical skills. You needed to know how to code. You needed to understand AP is you needed to test and debug everything manually. Now with Agent Kit, all of that is gone. OpenAI is making it so easy that anyone can build agents. And this is just the beginning. In the next few months, we're going to see even more tools like this. Tools that make AI accessible to everyone. Tools that let you automate everything in your business without needing a tech team. The companies that adopt this stuff early are going to dominate. The companies that wait are going to fall behind. So, you need to start learning this stuff now. And if you want a free SEO strategy session with my team, there's a link in the comments and description. We'll look at your site and show you exactly how to get more traffic and customers. We've helped hundreds of businesses scale using SEO and AI automation. Let me also talk about how Agent Kit fits into the bigger picture of what's happening with AI. Open AAI isn't just releasing tools randomly. They're building an entire platform for AI agents. Agent Kit is part of their agent platform. The goal is to make it easy for businesses to build, deploy, and manage AI agents at scale. And they're adding more features all the time. Right now, you can build agents that handle conversations and automate workflows. Soon, you'll be able to build agents that work across multiple platforms and tools seamlessly. You'll be able to build agents that learn and improve on their own even more. This is the future and it's happening right now. So, if you're not paying attention to this, you're missing
out on a massive opportunity. Let me give you one more example of how powerful this can be. Let's say you run a service business. You have a sales team that qualifies leads, books calls, and closes deals. Right now, that's all manual. Your team spends hours on the phone sending emails, following up. With Agent Kit, you can build an agent that does most of that automatically. The agent talks to leads on your website. It asks them questions to qualify them. It checks their fit based on your criteria. If they're qualified, it books a call directly on your calendar. If they're not qualified, it sends them helpful resources instead. Your sales team only talks to people who are ready to buy. That means more deals closed with less effort. That's the power of AI agents. And with Agent Kit, you can build that yourself without hiring developers. Another real example is RAMP, the fintech company. They said in their blog post that their team went from a blank canvas to a working procurement agent in just a few hours instead of months. Agent Builder transformed what once took months of complex orchestration, custom code, and manual optimizations into just a couple of hours. They said it slashed their iteration cycles by 70% and got an agent live in two sprints rather than two quarters. That's the kind of speed we're talking about. Now, I also want to talk about the evals feature because it's seriously underrated. Most people build an agent and then never test it properly. They just assume it's working. But with evals, you can actually measure how well your agent is performing. You create test data sets with different questions and scenarios. You run your agent through those tests. You see where it succeeds and where it fails and then you improve it. But the best part is the autoprompt optimization. This feature automatically rewrites and improves your prompts based on the test results. So, your agent gets better without you doing anything. That's huge because the difference between a mediocre agent and an amazing agent is usually in the prompts. And now, OpenAI is helping you optimize those prompts automatically. That's going to save you so much time and make your agents way more effective. Another thing that makes Agent Kit powerful is the built-in tools your agents can use. Your agents can access web search to get up-to-date information from the internet. They can use file search to retrieve knowledge from your internal files. They can generate images from text descriptions. They can run Python code for calculations and data analysis. And they even have computer use capabilities, which means they can complete browser related tasks. All of these tools are just ready to plug into your agent. And by the way, if you're serious about using AI to scale your business and save hundreds of hours, you need to check out my AI profit boardroom.
