New Agentic AI destroys Google Genie. Today, I'm going to show you how World Labs just launched about an AI that turns any picture or text prompt into a full 3D world you can explore with no time limits. This isn't just another AI tool. This is the future of how we build virtual worlds, and it's heating up the competition with Google's Genie in a major way. Get ready because this is going to blow your mind. So, what exactly is World Labs, and why should you care? Well, imagine taking any photo on your phone. Maybe it's a picture of your backyard or a cool building you saw or even a painting from a museum. Now imagine being able to step inside that picture like it's a video game. You can walk around, look behind objects, explore different angles. That's exactly what World Labs just made possible. The company was founded by FA Fay Lee. She's known as the godmother of AI. This woman literally created the imageet data set that made modern AI possible. So, when she says she's building something new, the entire tech world pays attention. And what she built is nothing short of revolutionary. Here's how it works. You give World Labs a single image or text prompt. Their AI system looks at that input and figures out what the 3D world would look like. It doesn't just guess. It actually creates a persistent 3D environment that follows the laws of physics. You can move around in this world, change camera angles, and according to their latest announcements, you can explore for as long as you wish with no time limits. But here's where it gets crazy. The worlds don't disappear when you look away. Most AI systems forget what they created the moment you turn around. Not world labs. Their worlds stay consistent. If you explore one area and then walk to another part of the scene, when you come back, everything is still there exactly where you left it. These models understand spatial relationships. They know how objects should behave in 3D space. They can predict what's behind a building or around a corner, even if they've never seen it before. Julian Goldie reads every comment, so make sure you comment below and let me know which world model you think will win this race. If you want to stay ahead of the AI curve and scale your business with automation, you should definitely check out my AI profit boardroom. We currently have 1,000 members who are all learning how to use AI to get more customers and save hundreds of hours with automation. is the best place to scale your business in 2025. World Labs recently launched Marble, a limited access beta preview where users can actually view and create 3D worlds. According to their latest blog post, their model can now generate 3D worlds from either images or text prompts that you can explore for as long with no time limits and no inconsistency. However, Access still requires joining their beta program. But World Labs isn't the only company racing to build these world models. Google announced Genie3 in August 2025. And I need to be completely transparent here. Google's system is actually quite impressive in its own right. It can generate worlds in real time at 720p resolution running at 24 frames pers and it can maintain consistency for several minutes. So which system is better? Well, here's where things get interesting. Both Google's Genie 3 and World Labs now work from text prompts, but World Labs also accepts images as input. So you can show it a picture and it brings that picture to life. These are fundamentally different approaches to the same goal. Google's system is optimized for creating brand new worlds from scratch using only text descriptions. Want a volcanic planet with alien creatures? Just type it in and Genie 3 will create it. World Labs offers more flexibility by accepting both text and images. got a concept art piece, a family photo, a movie still? World Labs can turn any of these into explorable 3D spaces. Now, let's be honest about the limitations of both systems. World Labs Marble Beta has limited access, and you need to join their beta program. Google's Genie 3 is even more restricted, only available to select researchers right now with no public release date announced. Neither system is perfect, but both represent major breakthroughs in AI. Now, let's talk about the money behind this. World Labs raised $230 million in funding over two rounds. Their investors include Andre Horowitz, Intel Capital, AMD Ventures. The company is now valued at over $1 billion. That's Unicorn status, and they achieved this valuation before launching their current Marble Beta program. But money isn't everything. World Labs has something Google doesn't. They have focus. While Google is working on dozens of AI projects, World Labs is laser focused on spatial intelligence. They're not trying to build everything. They're trying to build the best world generation system possible. The technical differences matter, too. World Labs uses what they call spatial intelligence. Their AI doesn't just understand what objects look like. It understands how they exist in 3D space, how they cast shadows, how they reflect light, how they interact with other objects. This deeper understanding leads to more realistic worlds. Google's approach with Gen 3 is more about learning from massive amounts of video data. Genie3 was trained on millions of hours of video content. It learned to

predict what should happen next by studying existing footage. This works well for familiar scenarios, but can struggle with completely novel situations. To be fair to Google, their system is impressive for what it accomplishes. Creating interactive 3D worlds from text alone is no small feat. The fact that Genie 3 can maintain consistency for several minutes while running at 24 frames per second is a major technical achievement. Here's where Google might have an advantage. Scale. Google has access to YouTube's massive video database. They can train their models on practically unlimited data. World Labs is working with a smaller data set, but they're being much more selective about quality. The real test will be which approach leads to better real world applications. World Labs is targeting creative professionals, game developers, filmmakers, architects, people who need precise control over their virtual environments. Google seems more focused on general purpose AI agents that can operate in any environment. Both systems have their strengths. Google's Genie 3 can generate completely new scenarios that never existed. World Labs excels at bringing existing images to life with incredible detail and now offers unlimited exploration time. Google has deeper pockets and more resources, but World Labs has focus and specialization. But here's what most people don't realize. This isn't just about creating cool demos. This technology is going to transform entire industries. Game developers can now prototype worlds in minutes instead of months. Filmmakers can scout virtual locations without leaving their office. Architects can let clients walk through buildings before they're built. The education possibilities are mind-blowing. History teachers can let students explore ancient Rome. Science teachers can take kids inside a human cell. Geography lessons can happen on top of Mount Everest. And the business applications are massive. Real estate agents can create virtual tours from a single photo. Interior designers can show clients exactly how a room will look. Product designers can test ideas in realistic environments. The use cases are endless. For content creators and YouTubers, these tools open up amazing possibilities. You could create custom backgrounds for your videos, generate unique environments for storytelling, even create interactive experiences for your audience. The production value you can achieve is going to skyrocket. The speed of development in this space is absolutely insane. Now, we're talking about full 3D worlds that you can explore in real time with no time limits. The progression from images to video to interactive 3D environments happened in less than 2 years. My prediction, we're going to see rapid innovation from both companies over the next year. World Labs will focus on quality and creative applications. Google will push for scale and integration with their existing products. Both approaches have merit, and there's probably room for multiple winners in this space. For business owners watching this, the key is to start preparing now. Both World Labs and Google are showing incredible potential with their current systems. Don't wait for the perfect tool. Start thinking about how these technologies could fit into your workflow once they become more widely available. The winner of this race will likely be determined by three factors. First, which system produces the highest quality results? Second, which one is easier to use for everyday creators? And third, which company can scale their technology to handle millions of users? The broader implications are staggering. We're looking at a future where anyone can create Hollywood level visual content. Where virtual worlds are as detailed as the real world, where the line between reality and simulation becomes increasingly blurred. Looking ahead, I expect we'll see rapid convergence between different approaches. World Labs might improve their text to world generation even further. Google might add image input capabilities to Genie 3. The boundaries between different systems will blur as they all try to offer comprehensive solutions. For AI entrepreneurs, this space represents a massive opportunity. While World Labs and Google are building the foundational technology, there's room for countless applications and specialized tools. Think virtual real estate platforms, AI powered game development tools, educational simulation software. The world of AI is moving fast. World Labs and Google are just the beginning. Stay curious, keep learning, and remember that the best time to start preparing for these tools was yesterday. The second best time is right now.
