GenSpark: NEW AI Assistant Update is INSANE 🤯

Breaking news. Genpark have just released a new Gen Spark super Asian update that allows you to manage your personal email calendar and more using this. Let's open up this video and I'll show you exactly how it works. So, you can see here that basically you can ask it to summarize today's emails, see the emails that need attention. You can also access your calendar. It summarizes all your emails. You can automate this in one click. It's a lot easier than setting up MCPs as well. So, when you're doing this, literally the integration is just like access my email, click in, boom. I'll show you how to set that up

in a second and some of the results I've had so far and we'll test it out side by side. The other thing that I would say with this is so far from what I've seen from Gen Spark, it's a lot quicker to implement, right? So, when you're using this and you're setting up the AI assistant, you can quickly get it set up and you can create dashboards like you can see and even rotors based on your team, their performance, etc. Right? So if you want to see an example of this, let me show you. So for example, here

just for the sake of the video, I said, "Summarize today's emails and show me what needs attention. Don't show any email addresses, phone numbers, or private data on screen, though. Obviously, keep it confidential. " Then it's pulled up a bunch of emails. As you can see, it reads through my Gmail, right? And it's like, "Right now, let me analyze the key emails that need attention by reading some of the most important ones. I'll start with the important business emails and urgent items and then it's today's email summary based on my analysis of your emails from June the 5th. Here's what needs your attention. Right? It actually prioritizes my emails. This is something that actually wish I've had assistance in the past. This is something I wish they would have done. Right? Because it's so powerful and you can easily automate it using GenSpark. Right? So, for example, here it's miss call follow-up. Here's what you're going to do. These guys left a voicemail. Call them back immediately. blah blah. Here's another one, important business opportunities. And then it's giving us a few ideas right here. Content collaboration, blah blah. And also sales pipeline activity. It's also giving us some ideas of what the spam is. So ignore that. And then recommended actions today. Here's your emails. Here's what you've done. Here's what we recommend doing. And you can even save this to notion, right? So if you click on save to notion, you can log into notion. And then from there you can actually save any notes that you create inside notion which is pretty crazy as well. Right? And that is just one of the examples but you can see exactly how it works step by step how easy it is to do. Right? So for example using the tool

section here this is how you can add tools. So for example we've added Google calendar and Gmail. If you want to add more tools we can click on add here and then in one click we can integrate for example like Google Drive or for example notion or Google suite etc. Right? So you can even just let it allow you to access your full Google Workspace suite which is pretty crazy if you ask me to be fair. Right. So if we had a look at these right is respond to AMCast collaboration. So, we could say inside

GenSpark here, write and draft a response to the Amcast collaboration selling the benefits of buying sponsored video with me, Julian Gold SEO YouTube channel. Right, then we'll hit enter. Let's see what it does. So, it's thinking about it now and then it's I'm going to draft a response to the AMCast collaboration email that positions your sponsored video. Now, you can see it's starting to write that email and that's a full email drafted. And also, I think yeah, if we have a look here, so it's formatted it really nicely. As you can see, it's included the benefits. So, here's why this will be incredibly valuable for Ancast. You can actually edit the email as well directly inside here. And then it sends them, I think, to a Stripe link where they can actually hit buy the sponsored video. Let's open this up. Yeah, there we go. So, it's actually got the link to buying a sponsored video there as well. And then I think we can click send or we can save this as a draft, right? So, let's click on save as draft. We'll go to our emails in a second and check that out. And it's drafted a strategic responsor. Acknowledges the outreach positions. Your sponsor video is superior. highlights the specific benefits great urgency blah blah and then it's a draft is ready in your email drafts folder which is pretty crazy. So let's check this out now. If we go over to my drafts on email and see what we got back here. I'm going to pull up my emails over here. Here's the draft from GenSpark. If we open this up, the only thing I don't like here is like it's not formatted it nicely. So we would have to format that directly from what I can see which is not great. But it's pretty cool that it can just draft the email for you. He can send emails to you as well. So, for example, if we go inside here and we'll send an email to me at julianoldie. com telling him the new gen about the new genspark update for sending emails. Let's see if it can do that. I'm just going to say as well, make sure it's nicely formatted. We'll hit. So, we can control that with voice command as well. We'll head to Let's see what we got. So, it's generating the emo draft. It's written it. The content itself does feel a little bit like AI, but look at the formatting. It's super nice, right? Like the banner, nice like gradiented background. It looks like a promotional email almost to be honest. What would be very interesting here is let's say for example, you are a sales rep or you run a business. So, you got a bunch of sales leads, right? You could tell Genspar, "Look through my emails, see who I haven't contacted for 7 days, and then draft each of them an email, and bounce that back into my inbox so that I can run through them all and answer all the emails. " I think you could probably do something like that, and it would be absolutely awesome for follow-ups. So, it's written the email here. To be honest, like the formatting, the colors, gray on gray, that doesn't make any sense to me, right? But I do the formatting on the gradient, the icons, etc. Then, we've got a choice. So, we can send or we can save as draft. Here's a HTML email. It's broken it down and told us exactly what it's done. I'm going to hit send here and just see what it actually does. So, it says email sent. And if we go and delete the draft, then we'll go over to send emails. We'll click on that. And boom. Look at that. And it's actually looking really good. Like it fix the gray on white colors. That looks great, isn't it? Let's open that up in full screen. Here we go. That's crazy stuff, isn't it? So, it's got a nice banner. Sent it to us. It wrote the headline. Hey, Julian. Here's what we've done. Here's what's new. Key benefits for you. Ready to get started? Okay. Do this. If we click on access new features, the link doesn't work. Just being 100% transparent with you. But then you've got all this information right here. Right. And we just automated that and literally sent it live in what, one or two clicks. That is wild. So, you can see how powerful this is. how easy it is to integrate. What we can

also do is we can try inside here and say okay create a calendar reminder for tomorrow to do research on the latest AI updates. We'll see what that comes back with. So it's now using the Google calendar tool as you can see. If we click on view event in calendar, here we go. Research latest AI updates. Time to research and stay updated on the latest AI updates. Blah blah. Areas to focus on. Here's what to do. This research will help inform content creation and business strategy decisions. Right?
