NEW AI Agent Descript: END of Human Video Editors?

Dcript have just released a brand new AI agent that could mean the end of human video editing and I'll show you exactly how it works today. We're running it through and just testing out and seeing exactly how it works step by step. So, for example, what you can actually do here is you can automatically edit shorts. You can edit your video like a blog post. It's like an AI agent and you can speak with it directly inside a chat to make like edits in seconds instead of using a human editor, right? So, as an

example of that, if we go over to dscript here, we check out one of my latest videos like this one, you can see we've got the video loaded directly here. Now, if we scroll to AI underlord, so we can actually go inside the chat and we can start chatting with the underlord to build out whatever we want. All right, so all you do is you go to underlord, clicked underlord here, and then you can get straight into that. So, let's give this a whirl. I want to say inside here, give me some ideas of how I can turn this into a short. And basically what you can see here is the AI agent will start thinking and then coming up with ideas to improve our video. So, it can actually take the context of the video that you're generating and then use that to edit your content. So, what this could be useful for, and I've got some tips inside the AI success lab, link in the

comments description if you want to get this stuff for free, is you could, for example, turn this into shorts or add captions to your content. You could add visual effects. You could add B-roll and stock footage directly into your content just by typing in an example prompt. You can even, for example, use this for social media optimization. So, you could automate vertical shorts, highlight reels, you could generate like different clips directly inside Dcript. And the

cool thing is as well, you can edit it in different ways, which I'll come on to in a minute, including like removing filler words, adding studio sound, and everything else. Right here's how I'll help you turn this into a short. Here's some ideas. I can extract a moment, add some dynamic captions, suggest a script, and then you can click on details here, see what it did, and then it will say, let me know which direction you like, and if you want me to pick the best moment and start editing. So if we say okay go ahead plus add captions plus turn it into portrait mode it will start generating the steps and tasks needed to improve the video and turn it into a short. Right? So it's going to start working its magic over here. If you want

to see some examples of what we actually built earlier let's pull this up. So here's an example. And what you'll see is using the underlord you can go to the project section over here and then see some examples of what it's built. Right? So it creates different compositions of your video. Here we have an edited version of our video. If you click on this is another highlight reel and you even see like this is a 3minut clip. This one is a 30 secondond clip and then we have a fully edited version right here. So let's play this now. Plexi Labs how to build anything. So with the new update from Plexiab so it can edit videos like you can see and then you can go directly inside the chat. It does have some limitations which I'll come on to in a second but this is how it works step by step. So for example, if we go to our projects over here, what we can also do is we can take

this piece of content like and we can actually add studio sound in there as well. So if we click off this is what it sounds like normally. How to build you build basically whatever you want including how to do this all for free. So, one of the best ways to get access to So, inside this video right here, you can hear without studio sound, it sounds a little bit tiny and you can hear the background noise. Now, if we go back into the audio effects and we click on studio sound, let's click on this. How to build anything. Today, I'm going to show you multiple different ways that you can use Deep Seek R1 to build basically whatever you want, including so it sounds a lot cleaner with that toggled on. Now if we go back to the underlord and we say okay edit this video. So you remove any fluff just show the actionable tips and add studio sound. We'll hit like so and that will start editing that right now. What it first does is it click it gives you a plan and then it will start thinking and planning out exactly how it's going to build out. Now, if you don't like any of the changes you actually do, you can click on roll back to checkpoint and then you can reverse any of the changes that you make. So, if you're like, I don't like what I did there, then you can easily reverse that. So, if we go back to this video, you can see it's now ready. Here's what I've done. Extracted the most engaging sections of the video. Converted the video to portrait mode. So, actually turned it from landscape to portrait. Added some captions as well. And it says I've added some dynamic high contrast captions throughout for maximum engagement. Right, it's like you can now review, export or further tweak this. So let's have a look at this now and we'll play it back. News today as Deepseek R1 have released their new model Deepseek R15 and then it's turn this into portrait mode with captions. The only thing that I don't like is the editing. So if you have a look, it's not fully focused on where it should do. So, what I can actually do is go in here, and it's not going to be perfect, I don't think, at this point. But we could say, okay, edit this so you zoom to the most relevant parts of the video. And also, it's a bit too long. So, if you go over here, you can see it's still 13 minutes, which is way too long for a short, unless we're going crazy with short. So, what we can do instead is we can say, right, make this only 30 seconds long and add some B-roll. And again, if you don't like it or any of the stuff that she does, you can just roll back to the checkpoints. And now it's enhancing the show as you can see. Now, if we go back to the other video, the Deep Seek one, it's removed the fluff, just showing the actionable tips. It's gone from like a 12minute video to a six minutee one. Let's play this back. So, one of the best ways to get access to deep sea cut. So, it reactivated studio sound as well. By the way, actually did that. So, enabled studio sound came out a few hours ago. It's directly inside open routter. Basically, inside here, just make sure that you have deep selected. If you want to use the free version, just select deepse free and then you can start building with it. Now, what you can also do inside open router and this will allow you to build a whole lot more. So, you

got to Now, what's really good about this is like I can take a long video and then I can repurpose this to another YouTube channel or I can just add it as a clip to my main YouTube channel and all of a sudden with the same piece of content, I'm creating different valuable pieces of content on the same topic without really doing any other work because the AI is doing it for me. Now, what we could also do inside here is we could say, okay, add some zoom effects plus add some B-roll based on what I'm talking about. So, now it's coming up with a visual enhancement plan. And it's I'll apply zoom effects to highlight the most important sections. And I'll add B-roll footage that aligns with the actionable tips. So, now it's thinking about what it's going to do. It's adding the scene boundaries and it's going to autoedit that for us. Now, the cool thing about this as well is that we can edit two different videos at the same time, right? So, if this takes a couple of minutes to start thinking and coming up with ideas, we can open up the other window that we're working on and get back to this one, right? So, if we open this up, we can see where it's up to, we can easily start using this content. Now, another really cool thing that I like to do with Dcript as an AI agent is you can actually go on to, for example, Claude and you can repurpose this content into a blog post. So, if we go into Claude Sonet, I've got a full prompt inside the AI profit boardroom if you want to learn how to do this stuff. But if we say, okay, turn this into an SEO optimized blog, it will take that content and start turning it into an SEO blog. If you want to see an example of that in action, let me show you. So, we actually publish the repurpose content daily on LinkedIn as a blog post for my YouTube videos. So, for example, if we check this one out, and this, by the way, has like 7,000 subscribers, I think. If I check here, yeah, 7,000 subscribers, gets 20,000 article views per month. And if we check out the content that we're creating here, basically what we're doing is we're taking the content from Dcript and that transcript, then plugging it through Claude. Claude generates a nice blog post and it's got links to our funnels and everything else as you can see right inside the content. So it's really easy to repurpose video content as well. Chop it up. You can make a long form, a short, a blog post, all using Dscript and its AI agent. Now, if we go back to descriptive, let's see what it's doing. So, I think it's going to take a little bit longer if it's like editing for 10 different scenes or for a six minute video, etc. But it's working its magic right now. The other thing that I would say here is it's not perfect, but the way that it's going is crazy. Give this six months, give it 12 months, you won't be using video editors anymore, right? you can 80% of the time you'll still get those top tier video editors that are better than AI but for the majority of people they're probably going to be replaced in the same way for example now you can generate like thumbnails with AI and it's pretty simple and easy to do that right got loads of training inside the AI profit boardroom if you want to learn that stuff so really excited about where this is going what you can do with it etc if you want to get my training on this get it inside the AI success lab this completely free the other thing that I

wanted to show you here and we've got a link to this inside the AI success lab is the chat GPT faceless video method. Right? So what you can do with this is you can actually generate a faceless video inside a custom GPT as you can see. Then you can plug that into dscript and you can generate videos with AI really simply and easily. Right? So let me show you how this works. And this is another powerful part of Dcript. And you can basically autoedit the content as well. So I'm just going to sign into Dcript on line inside the browser. So you can use it as desktop or a browser as you can see. Once you've done that then you can go to this custom GPT and you can say okay make me a video about Newton's laws of motion for example. And this is just an example. So now it's created the script that sort of thing and we'll say okay. Now it's going to pick a visual style for us. So I'm going to say right board doodles. We'll take that one. You see how easy it is to generate a faceless video with AI now. And once it what it's going to do from there is start generating the images for the content itself for the video. So wait for that to load. The cool thing is as well, last time I used this, it was before the chat GPT image update. Now I think after update, it should be even better. So we'll wait for that to load. Whilst waiting for that to load in the background, let's go back to dscript and see what's happening there. So it said your short has been enhanced, trimmed to 30 seconds, added zooms, insert b-roll footage. Oh, let's have a look at this. So this is the short that it generated. Let's play this from start to finish. I'm going to play it in double speed as well. So, we can grab that and then we can preview that on live weave. So, you see how it's inserted the B-roll here. Preview that of someone typing on live. So, now wow, that's pretty crazy actually. So, we've got the game. It works perfectly. So, let's run it and have a look. We'll get back. You can see the zoom and then it's added B-roll here. Here we go. So, neon space invaders. What a time to be alive. We hit start game. See what we get back. It's looking pretty cool, isn't it? By the way, all of this stuff is worked first time around. And then it we can grab it zooms in between like the AI and the actual B- roll as well. Now, what we can also do is we could say, okay, let's just keep the hook, right? Let's keep the first line. So, if we take that, we're going to roll that back. So, and it rolls back that headline. Big news today as Deepseek. Then, we can add a new scene here with the forward slash. Big news today as Deepseek R1 have released their new model Deepseek R11058 is we can grab that and then we can preview that on live view and then you can add a hook to that. It does require a little bit of manual editing but you can see the potential of this and bear in mind it's only going to get better. Let's have a look at this one as well. So now it's added the zoom effects and the B-roll to the content. Let's play this back. So one of the best ways to get access to DeepCar 10528 which is the latest update just came out a few hours ago is directly inside open router. Basically inside here, just make sure that you have DC selected. If you want to use the free version, just select DC105 to8 free and then you can start building with this. Now, what you can also do inside of Rita and this will allow you to build a whole lot more. So, if you go to the top right and then go to keys, you can get an API key and then start coding with this. So, for example, if we go over to Visual Studio Code, we can start coding. If we go down to root code like you can see, then we're going to go to settings. So he's edited and found the highlights, chopped up the video, zoomed in the now, put on the studio sound, cut the time wasting stuff and then trimmed it all together, right? And then if you want to export it as a video and upload it to YouTube, you can just click on the buttons in the top right and that's pretty simple as well. Make sure you plug in the APIs drop down here. We can select 0528 and you can choose between free and normal, right? So standard, you're going to pay, but it's super cheap anyway. Or if you want to use a free version, you can select deepseek. We say build me a flappy bird game in HTML. Hit enter. You can run and build anything with it, which is directly inside the And then it's added like B-roll side by side with the actual screencast here. To be honest, that bit I don't like so much, but you can easily delete that. So, if we click on this, you can change the layout. So, you could go back to that for example. Just click on layout over here. There you go. And then you can delete anything you don't like. And if we type in the command for example like a long run deepseek which you can copy but it's really easy to clip your content create repurpose long forms shorts etc. And you can do it all in a few clicks. Now if we go back to this example on chat GPC with the faceless videos if you're happy with the script and the visual studio style I'll take you to dscript to create your video. Okay. And if we click yes, what that'll do is create a video link that will connect chat GPT to Dcript. All right, so it's connected to the API on Dscript. And then if you click on this, it will actually launch the faceless video inside Dscript.
