## Транскрипт

### Intro []

Claude Code just dropped something wild. Agent Swarm is here. Multiple AI agents working together like a real team. They talk to each other, share tasks, and coordinate automatically. This changes everything about AI automation. Let me show you how this actually works. So

### What is Claude Code Agent Swarm? [0:15]

Claude Code just released agent swarm, and this is honestly one of the biggest updates I've seen in AI automation this year. We're talking about multiple Claude agents working together simultaneously on complex tasks. Not just one agent doing one thing, a whole team of AI agents collaborating like actual employees. Now, before I dive into exactly how this works, let me explain why this matters. When you're running a business, you've got multiple things happening at once. You might need to analyze data while someone else writes content while another person builds out your systems. Usually with AI tools, you're stuck doing one thing at a time, or you're manually coordinating between different tools. Agent Swarm changes that completely. You can now have one clawed agent handling your customer research, another one building your email sequences and a third one optimizing your landing pages all at the same time, all coordinated, all working toward the same goal. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads every comment, so make sure you comment below. Let me break down what agent

### How AI Agents Collaborate [1:23]

swarm actually is. It's a system inside claude code that lets you run multiple claude instances together. Each agent gets its own specific task. But here's where it gets interesting. These agents can communicate with each other. They can share information. They can pass tasks back and forth. And there's a central management system that keeps everything organized. Think of it like managing a real team. Except your team works at AI speed and never needs sleep. Here's what makes this different from just opening multiple clawed tabs. With agent swarm, the agents are actually aware of each other. Agent one can send a message to agent two saying, "Hey, I finished the customer analysis. Here's what I found. Can you use this to write the email sequence? " And agent 2 receives that, processes it, and gets to work. You're not copying and pasting between windows. You're not manually coordinating. The system handles it.

### Example: Building a Marketing Campaign [2:14]

Now, let me show you a real example of how you'd use this for something like growing the AI profit boardroom. Let's say I want to create a complete customer acquisition system. I need market research, landing page copy, email sequences, and social media content. Normally, this would take me hours of back and forth with AI tools. With Agent Swarm, here's how it works. Agent one gets the task. Analyze our target audience for the AI profit boardroom. Find their pain points, their goals, what keeps them up at night. This agent digs through data, looks at competitive communities, identifies exactly who we're serving. Agent two gets the task using the research from agent one. Write compelling landing page copy that speaks directly to those pain points and shows how AI automation solves their problems. Agent three gets the task. Create a five email welcome sequence that nurtures new members and gets them to take action immediately. Agent four gets the task. generate social media posts that highlight the community benefits and drive traffic to the landing page. Now, if you want to dive even deeper into AI automation, I've got something special for you. I run a community called the AI Profit Boardroom. The best place to scale your business, get more customers, and save hundreds with AI automation. Learn how to save time and automate your business with AI tools like Claude Code. The link is in the comments and description. All four agents start working simultaneously. Agent one finishes the research and automatically passes the insights to the other agents. They don't wait for you to manually transfer information. They just get it and keep moving. Agent two uses that research to write copy that actually resonates because it's based on real data about what our audience needs. Agent three builds emails that reference the same pain points and solutions, keeping everything consistent. Agent 4 creates posts that match the messaging across all the other content. And you're watching this happen in real time through the central management dashboard. Here's where it gets even better. You can give the entire swarm a highle goal and they'll figure out how to divide the work. You don't have to micromanage every single task. For example, you could tell the swarm, create a complete launch campaign for our new AI automation course in the AI profit boardroom. The swarm looks at that goal and automatically decides, okay, we need research, we need positioning, we need sales copy, we need email sequences, we need ads, we need social content. Then it assigns different agents to handle each piece. This is what I mean by coordination. The agents aren't just working in parallel. They're working together strategically.

### Technical Setup and Configuration [4:42]

Now, let me talk about the technical setup because this is actually simpler than you might think. Claude Code runs in your terminal. You install it once and it integrates with your development environment. For Agent Swarm, you're basically telling Claude Code to spin up multiple instances instead of just one. You create a configuration file that defines what each agent does. You give each agent a name, a role, and specific instructions. Then you define how they communicate with each other. The syntax is straightforward. You're not writing complex code. You're essentially describing your team structure in plain language. Here's a practical example of how you'd set this up for the AI profit boardroom. Agent name, research agent, role, audience analysis. Task: Identify pain points and opportunities for AI automation in small businesses. Agent name, content agent, role, copywriting. Task, create persuasive content that converts visitors into community members. Agent name, technical agent, role implementation. Task build landing pages. Setup automation. handle technical execution, agent name, strategy, agent, role, coordination, task, oversee the entire process and make sure everything aligns with our growth goals. You save that configuration, run one command, and boom, your agent swarm starts working.

### The Power of Inter-Agent Messaging [5:57]

The inter agent messaging is where things get really powerful. Let's say the research agent discovers that our target audience is struggling with manual data entry and wants to automate their workflows. That agent sends a message to the content agent with that specific insight. The content agent receives it and immediately adjusts the landing page copy to emphasize how the AI profit boardroom teaches workflow automation that eliminates manual data entry. The technical agent gets looped in and makes sure the landing page has examples of workflow automation front and center. The strategy agent monitors everything and makes sure the messaging is consistent across all touch points. This happens automatically. You're not playing traffic cop between different AI conversations. Now, here's something

### Specialization and Quality Control [6:37]

most people miss about agent swarm. It's not just about speed, it's about quality. When you have specialized agents focused on specific tasks, they get better at those tasks. The research agent isn't trying to also write copy and build pages. It's laser focused on research. So, it goes deeper, finds better insights, and delivers higher quality analysis. Same with the content agent. It's not distracted by technical implementation or strategy. It's just writing the best possible copy based on the research it receives. This specialization means each piece of your project gets expert level attention. And because the agents share information automatically, there's no loss of context. Everything stays connected. Now, let's talk about the centralized management system because this is what keeps everything from becoming chaos. The management system gives you a dashboard where you can see what each agent is doing, what tasks are complete, what's in progress, and where there might be issues. You can pause agents, reassign tasks, or jump in and give new instructions without stopping the entire swarm. If you notice the content agent is creating copy that's a bit off tone, you can give it specific feedback, and it adjusts immediately while the other agents keep working on their tasks. This level of control means you're never locked into whatever the AI decides. You're orchestrating a team, not just watching automation run wild. Now, if
