### [0:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PLMwMVhWXU) Intro: Figma's Massive New Update

These Figma updates are insane. Hey, Figma just dropped something huge and it's going to change how you build websites and apps. I'm talking about updates to Figma make that let you preview changes with a to-do list, jump to specific pages, edit text right in the preview, and now you can embed your prototypes everywhere. This is massive for anyone automating their business with AI. So, let's talk about what Figma just released and why this matters if you're running a business or trying to grow with AI automation. Because here's the thing, most people think design tools are just for designers. But when you combine Figma with AI and the right workflow, you can build landing pages, sales pages, and prototypes faster than ever before. updates, and each one makes your life easier. Let me break them down. First, you can now review changes with a to-do list. Second, you can navigate to specific pages instantly. Third, you can edit text and delete elements directly in the preview mode. And fourth, you can embed Figma make prototypes in Figma design, Figma slides, and Fig Jam. All of this is rolling out this week. Now, before I dive deep into each feature, hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads every comment, so make sure you comment below. Let me tell you why this matters. When you're building a business, speed is everything. The faster you can test ideas, find what works, the faster you can build landing pages, the faster you can get customers, and these updates make everything faster. So, stick with me because I'm going to show you exactly how to use each feature to grow your business. Let's start with the first update.

### [1:51](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PLMwMVhWXU&t=111s) Update 1: Review Changes with To-Do Lists

Review changes with a to-do list. This is a game changer. Here's why. When you're working on a design, you make changes, lots of changes. And keeping track of all those changes is hard. You forget what you changed. need to fix. You forget what worked and what didn't. But now, Figma gives you a to-do list that shows every change you made. So, you can review them one by one. You can approve them. You can reject them. You can see exactly what changed and decide if it's good or bad. Think about this. Let's say you're building a landing page for the AI Profit Boardroom. You want to test different headlines, different calls to action, different images. You make 10 changes. Without this feature, you'd have to remember all 10 changes or write them down somewhere or compare versions manually. But with the to-do list, Figma shows you every single change. You click through them, you approve the ones that work, you reject the ones that don't, and you're done. It's that simple. This saves you hours because you're not guessing. You're not trying to remember. You're not comparing screenshots. You just review the list and make decisions fast. And when you're running a business, time is your most valuable asset. So, anything that saves time is worth its weight in gold. Now, let's

### [2:57](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PLMwMVhWXU&t=177s) Update 2: Instant Page Navigation

talk about the second update. Navigate to specific pages. This one seems small, but it's huge. Here's why. Once you're working on a big project, you have multiple pages. You might have a homepage, a pricing page, a testimonial page, a checkout page. And jumping between them used to be slow. You'd have to scroll or search or click through menus. But now you can navigate directly to any page instantly. Now, if you want to dive even deeper into AI automation, I've got something special for you. I run a community called the AI Profit Boardroom. The best place to scale your business, get more customers, and save hundreds with AI automation. Learn how to save time and automate your business with AI tools like Figma. The link is in the comments and description. Let me give you a real example. Let's say you're designing a funnel for the AI profit boardroom. You have five pages. Page one is the landing page. It talks about how AI automation saves time and grows businesses. Page two is the benefits page. It shows all the tools and templates you get. Page three is the testimonials page. Real stories from real members. Page four is the pricing page. And page five is the thank you page. Now you're reviewing the funnel with your team. Someone says, "Hey, the pricing page needs a different call to action. Before this update, you'd scroll through all five pages to find the pricing page. But now, you just click and jump straight to it. Boom. You're there. You make the change. You move on. This might sound like a small thing, but when you're making dozens of changes across dozens of pages, those seconds add up and those minutes hours add up and suddenly you've saved half a day just by navigating faster. That's half a day you can spend on something else like creating content or talking to customers or building your next product. Now, here's where it gets even better. The third update, edit text

### [4:41](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PLMwMVhWXU&t=281s) Update 3: Edit Directly in Preview Mode

and delete elements directly in preview mode. This is insane. Let me explain why. Normally, when you're previewing a design, you can't change anything. You can only look at it. If you want to change something, you have to exit preview mode, go back to edit mode, find the element, change it, then go back to preview mode to see how it looks. It's slow, it's annoying, and it breaks your flow. But now, you can edit right in the preview. You see a typo, fix it right there. You see a button that says the wrong thing, change it right there. You see an element that doesn't belong, delete it right there. No more switching back and forth. No more losing your place. No more breaking your flow. You just make the change and keep going. Let me show you how powerful this is with a real example. Let's say you're building a landing page for the AI profit boardroom. The headline says, "Learn AI automation and grow your business. " But when you preview it, you realize it's too long. It doesn't grab attention. So you want to change it to automate your business with AI. Before this update, you'd exit preview, find the headline, change it, go back to preview, check if it looks good, but now you just click the headline in preview mode, type the new text, and you're done. You see the change instantly. You keep reviewing and if you need to tweak it again, you can do it right there. This is huge for testing because when you're building landing pages or sales pages, you need to test different versions, different headlines, different calls to action, different button text. And the faster you can test, the faster you find what works. And works, the faster you get customers. So this feature literally helps you get more customers faster because you can test more variations in less time. And here's the best part. You can delete elements, too. Let's say you're previewing your landing page and you realize there's an extra image that doesn't fit. You don't need to exit preview. You just delete it right there and you keep going. This makes iteration so much faster because you're not constantly switching modes. You're just working, making changes, testing, improving, and that's how you build great products. Now, let's talk about the fourth update, and this is the

### [6:34](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PLMwMVhWXU&t=394s) Update 4: Embedding Prototypes Everywhere

biggest one. You can now embed Figma make prototypes in Figma design, Figma slides, and Fig Jam. This changes everything. Let me tell you why. Before this, your prototypes lived in one place. You know, if you wanted to show them to your team, you had to send a link or share your screen or export images. But now, you can embed them anywhere in Figma. So your prototypes become part of your workflow, not separate from it. Here's a real world example. Let's say you're planning your content strategy for the AI profit boardroom. You're using Fig Jam to brainstorm ideas with your team. You have sticky notes. You have diagrams. You have everything mapped out. And then someone says, "Hey, what does our landing page look like? " Before this update, you'd have to open a different file, find the prototype, share your screen, and show everyone. But now you just embed the prototype right in your Fig Jam board. Everyone can see it, everyone can interact with it, and the conversation keeps flowing. No context switching, no interruptions, just smooth collaboration. Or let's say you're creating a presentation in Figma Slides. You're pitching a new funnel to your team. You want to show them what the funnel looks like. Before you'd use screenshots, static images, but now you can embed the actual working prototype. So people can click through it, they can see how it works, they can experience it, and that makes your pitch 10 times more powerful because they're not imagining it, they're seeing it, they're using it. This is especially powerful for client work. If you're building landing pages for clients, you can embed the prototype in your presentation. The client clicks through it, they see exactly what they're getting, that there's no confusion, no surprises, just clarity. And when clients have clarity, they say yes faster, they trust you more, and they're happier with the final product. Now, if you want to dive even deeper
