Mashvisor was established in 2014 with the aim of providing real estate investment data analysis to real estate investors. Our mission is to automate and analyze nationwide real estate data to empower investors to find Traditional & Airbnb investment properties and optimize their rental performance. We realize the difficulties real estate investors face while searching for the right rental property. To enable investors to overcome the limitations in making business-intelligent investments, Mashvisor has built interactive property and neighborhood insights that include analysis of Traditional and Airbnb pricing, occupancy rates, seasonality trends, revenue potential, cost assumptions, cash flow calculation, and financial and purchase investment analysis.
