Welcome to Taking Cara Babies. I’m Cara. I’m a mom of four, neonatal nurse, wife of a pediatrician, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. My passion is teaching parents how to help their babies and toddlers sleep with the research-based approach of a nurse and the heart of a mama, so they can reclaim the joy of parenthood. I want to hand you the tools to help you have a great little sleeper.
