Intro: The week AI hit stocks, governments & your job

Chat GPT just launched a new version and it scores higher than the average human at operating a computer. But that's not even the biggest story this week. One blog post from Anthropic wiped $31 billion off IBM's stock in a single day. And a hacker jailbroke claude and stole 195 million government records. Most weeks I show you what AI can do. This week I have to show you what it already did to a stock, to a government, and possibly to your job. GPT 5. 4 is going benchmark for benchmark against clot. Eight things from anthropic alone, including the one that crashed IBM robots doing martial arts so advanced the German chancellor flew to China to see them in person. Google quietly upgraded something you've been sleeping on and I'm going to walk you through Gemini's new image model and Nano Banana 2 step by step so you can use them today. And at the end, uh, the founder of Anthropic said something out loud this week about your job that I think everyone watching needs to sit with. Let's start with the one that's beating Claude.

Chinese Humanoid Robots: From falling over to martial arts

Timeline on Chinese humanoid robots because this has been a wild arc. 2024 viral for falling over. Everyone laughed. 2025 spring festival gala folk dance in front of 800 million viewers. They pulled it off. 2026 aerial flips and martial arts. Dozens of G1 robots fully autonomous. Zero remote control synchronized martial arts at the gala. World's first robotic kipop. Watch the clip. It's a different era. And last week, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz flew to Hjo specifically to see this. Brought 30 German manufacturing executives, picked up a part, examined it closely. Germany built industrial precision into its national identity. Was there studying unitary? When a world leader visits a robotics company the way they used to visit car factories, something has changed. If your job involves anything physical, manufacturing, logistics, operations, this isn't a distant future story anymore. And it's not just the physical world that's leveling up. On the software side, something just got a lot bigger, too. Here's the thing about

Perplexity Computer: AI that runs your whole computer

Perplexity. Launched in 2022 as an AI search engine, everyone called them a Google killer. They built a browser. But a search engine answers questions and Perplexity always wanted to do more than that. This week they launched computer. You give it a goal, a report, a website, a video. It executes the whole thing and it picks the right AI for each task automatically. Claude for reasoning, Gemini for research, Grock for speed. $200 a month on Max. The CEO called it conducting an orchestra. Same day, someone rebuilt the Bloomberg terminal with it. The real one cost $30,000 a year per seat. This guy did it in one afternoon. That tweet hit $7. 5 million views. But here's what makes this a bigger deal. Samsung announced Perplexity comes embedded in the Galaxy S26 at system level. Inside notes, clock, gallery, calendar, say hex or hold the side button. No more app switching. That's hundreds of millions of Samsung users about to meet computer. Whether they went looking for it or not, if you still do research manually, tabs open, copying, pasting, this is what replaces that. Start paying attention to it. Perplexity built an agent that uses your computer for you. Open AAI just built a model that can do the same thing natively. No extra tools, no setup, and

GPT 5.4: Now beats the average human on a desktop

it dropped this week. GPT 5. 4 just dropped. And there's one number that actually made me stop and think. There's a test that measures how an AI handles a real desktop. GPT 5. 4 scored a 75 on it. The average person scores about a 72. 4. There's a lot to unpack in this release. The big one is native computer use. It operates software on its own with no more messy integrations. You just give it a task and it goes. The best part though is how it handles memory. We're talking a 1 million token context window. You can throw an entire project or a massive codebase in there and it won't forget the details halfway through. Now, personally, I've stayed pretty loyal to Claude, but even I can't really ignore this. GPT 5. 4 is beating Opus 4. 6 on almost every metric that counts. It's live on plus right now. And that context window, use it. Throw in the whole client brief and the entire codebase. The more you give it, the less you have to repeat yourself. And speaking of Anthropic, they dropped

Anthropic's 8 Updates (The big week)

eight updates and one of them actually wiped $31 billion off IBM's market cap in 24 hours. Mexico hack. Someone

Claude Jailbreak: 195M government records stolen

jailbroke clawed and used it to steal 150 gigabytes of data from the Mexican government. 195 million taxpayer records, voter data, civil registry files. The hacker framed it as a fake ethical hacking assignment. Claude refused at first, then complied after repeated pushing. I know, uncomfortable for a company built around AI safety. Anthropic banned the accounts, updated their models, breach was found by Israeli firm Gambit Security. Jailbreaks are a real attack surface now, not a nerdy experiment if you are building with AI. This is worth knowing.

Distillation Attacks: Deepseek caught stealing from Claude

Anthropic published a paper on distillation attacks. In plain English, smaller models stealing outputs from bigger ones to learn how to behave like them. They caught Deepseek, Moonshot AI, and Miniax doing exactly this. 24,000 fake accounts, 16 million exchanges with Claude. Anthropic now has a way to

Claude Code crashed IBM stock 31 Billion dollars

detect it. Claude code crashed IBM stock 13% in a single day. Worst drop in 25 years, $31 billion gone. Why? Cobalt, a programming language from 1959 that still runs most of the world's banks and airlines. Modernizing it the traditional way took years, cost a fortune. Anthropic published a post saying Clawude code can do the same analysis in weeks. That was enough. If you work anywhere near legacy enterprise software, finance, banking, insurance, the modernization backlog that's kept consulting firms alive for decades just got a serious competitor. Claude Code

Claude Code: Security scanning, remote control & Gamma

now has built-in security scanning catches vulnerabilities as it writes, not after. If you're using it for anything production facing, turn this on. Claude Code remote control is rolling out. Start a task on your laptop. Pick it up from your phone while you're out. Max users first. Gamma integration is live. If you use Gamma for presentations, Claude is now built in build decks from a conversation. No export, no copy paste. If you haven't

Connectors now free for everyone

tried Gamma, this is a good reason to start. Connectors are now free for everyone. Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, Notion, Slack, and 150 plus apps used to be pro only. If you've been waiting to connect your tools to Claude, now is the

Dario's warning: Entry-level white collar jobs at risk

time. And this last one, I want you to sit with this one. Dario Amade, founder of Anthropic, the person building this, told Axios that AI could eliminate most entry-level white collar jobs, one to five years. Unemployment could hit 10 to 20%. He's not a commentator. He's not just an expert. He's the one building it. And he said this out loud. The people who understand what AI can actually do right now and are learning to work with it are not in the group he's describing. And while Dario was making headlines in the US on the other

India AI Summit: What actually moved world leaders

side of the world, something interesting was happening too. We covered the India AI impact summit a few weeks back. Link above if you missed it. But this week, Modi shared what actually moved world leaders there. And it wasn't the big tech announcements. First AML's AI assistant helping dairy farmers track livestock health in real time around the clock on the ground. World leaders who came expecting data centers weren't expecting that. Second, Guan Bharatam AI scanning ancient Indian manuscripts cleaning them up translating them into modern languages through an AI avatar. That one genuinely caught people off guard. India also launched three homegrown AI models at the summit. The countries winning in AI aren't always the ones with the biggest labs. Sometimes it's the ones solving the right problems. Full breakdown in the video above. All right, two more things before the tutorial. And these ones are a bit more fun. By the way, there's a WhatsApp community where we share stuff like this before it hits the channel. Tools, breakdowns, things I'm testing.

Replit: Vibe animating is here

If you're already watching this kind of content, you're probably going to want to be in there. Link is in the description. You've probably heard of vibe coding. Andre Karpathi coined it earlier last year. Describe what you want in plain English. AI builds the app. Riplet became the go-to platform for that. But they just pushed it one step further. Now you describe a video. Transitions, text overlays, AI imagery, the whole 9 yards. And Riplet builds it. Gemini 3. 1 Pro under the hood free tier available. If you make content even occasionally, go try this. Describe a video you'd normally outsource. See what comes back. Vibe coding became vibe animating. I don't think we're done yet.

Pocket AI Recorder: Your meeting notes on autopilot

Pocket magnetic AI recorder that snaps onto your phone. One button records your whole meeting offline. Hands you a transcript, action items, and a mind map. No app, no signal. If you leave meetings without notes, this is made for you.

Tutorial: Nano Banana 2 – 4 things to try right now

Now, let me show you something I've been playing with non-stop since it dropped. Google just launched Nano Banana 2. Prolevel quality, lightning speed, completely free. Already the default inside Gemini right now. Four features. Let's go. Here's the thing. Same image quality as Gemini Pro, except it's fast. Like really fast, and it's completely free. It's already running as the default inside Gemini right now. You don't have to do anything to get it. I'm going to show you four things it can do

Feature 1: Any shape, any size, text that actually reads

and at least two of them are going to make you open Gemini before this video is over. Feature one, any shape, any size. Text that actually looks good. First thing, and this one sounds simple, but it's actually been a problem with AI image tools for a long time. Most AI image generators, you ask for text in the image, you get gibberish. Blurry words, misspelled labels, placeholder nonsense, right? You've seen it. And aspect ratios, most tools have like three options: square, landscape, portrait. That's it. Nano Banana 2 fixes both of those things at the same time. So, here's my prompt. I'm asking for a photorealistic 4K mockup of a modern tech dashboard on a sleek laptop. Dark mode background, my brand colors, the typography. I want soft studio lighting. And I've set the aspect ratio to 8:1 ultra wide, way outside what most tools can handle. And by the way, the prompting order that works best here is subject first, then setting, then brand colors and typography, then lighting, then aspect ratio at the end. Keep it in that sequence and your results get a lot more consistent. Look at that ultra wide dashboard, my brand colors, and the text is clean and readable. Not a single blurry word. Now watch this. I'm going to flip the aspect ratio from 8 to 1:1 to 8. Same prompt, same brand colors, just flipped. Completely different format, same everything else. That's how flexible this is. Feature two, it checks the web before it generates. Okay, this

Feature 2: It searches the web before it generates

second one, this is the one that genuinely surprised me. Here's the problem with most AI image tools. They were trained on data up to a certain date. So, when you ask for current trends or modern design, it's pulling from the past. It's guessing what current looks like. You end up with something that looks slightly outdated and you can't quite put your finger on why. Nano Banana 2 can actually search the web before it generates real trends, real references, what's actually popular right now, not what was popular 2 years ago. So, in this prompt, I'm telling it to search the web for trending 2026 minimalist premium packaging first, then generate a sleek matte box on a white marble podium, abstract geometric logo, my brand colors, clean white typography, cinematic lighting, 16 to9. Look at this. That looks like it came out of a design agency. Matte finish, marble podium, brand colors, and it pulled current packaging trends from the web before making this, not generic, current. See the difference? Feature three, turn your data into something you'd actually post. And this one is specifically for anyone who has to communicate numbers, revenue, growth

Feature 3: Turn your data into something you'd actually post

metrics, anything with data. Here's the problem. You've got good data, but it's sitting in a spreadsheet. And when you screenshot a spreadsheet and drop it in a slide or a post, it looks exactly like what it is, a spreadsheet, screenshot. Nobody stops scrolling for that. So in this prompt, I'm asking for a clean, highfidelity infographic showing growth metrics, my brand colors on the data bars, white data labels, bold serif headings, professional layout, soft top lighting, 9 to6 ratio for social. That's what it gives me. Charts, clean typography, all in my brand palette. Now imagine plugging in your actual numbers, revenue, user growth, conversion rates, investor deck quality, one prompt, and because you're prompting with your exact brand colors, you're bypassing that generic AI look entirely. This doesn't look AI generated. It looks like you paid someone to make it. Go try it with your own data. Feature four, your AI images finally look like they belong together. Last one. And I think this is actually the most useful one for anyone building a brand. Here's the problem.

Feature 4: Brand consistency across an entire campaign

You use an AI image tool. You generate something amazing. Perfect lighting, perfect style, exactly what you wanted. Then you generate the next image in the same campaign. Different lighting, different character, slightly different vibe. They don't look like they belong together, right? You can't build a brand on images that don't match each other. And this has been the biggest frustration with AI image tools for a long time. So, in this prompt, I'm asking for a cinematic wide shot of a young professional in a futuristic coffee shop. Sharp dark jacket, green collar accents, glowing holographic tablet, dynamic neon lighting, 21-9 aspect ratio. Look at that. Insanely detailed consistent scene. Now, here's the thing. Nano Banana 2 can maintain that consistency across up to five characters and 14 objects in a single workflow. So you could build an entire carousel, an ad campaign, a storyboard, and everything looks like it was shot in the same world. That's the one that changes how you think about brand content. Four features, and honestly, we haven't even touched in image text translation, 4K output, or syndarking. There's a lot more in here, but here's what I want you to do right now. Open Gemini. It doesn't cost anything. Nano Banana 2 is already running. Type a prompt and see what comes back.

5 Tools of the Week

All right, tools. Five this week. And a couple of these I think are going to become things you use every single day. Let's go through them. Tool one, paper desktop, a visual canvas for your AI coding agent. Cloud code, cursor, codeex can all read and write HTML directly to it. Pull real data from your codebase. Output updates live. Open alpha free at paper. design. Tool two. Quiver AI $8. 3 million seed from a 16c. Their arrow 1. 0 model generates SVG graphics from text or images. Describe a logo concept. Get back an editable vector file. Public beta at app. quiver. ai. Tool three. Rover by RTRVR. AI. You drop one line of code onto any website and it becomes an AI agent. That's it. One script tag. Visitors can now ask questions, get answers, complete tasks, all directly on your site. Tool four, Whisper Flow Android. Whisper Flow just launched on Android. Voice to formatted text across every app. And for this audience, they now have a English model. Mixed Hindi and English dictation that actually works. Four times faster than typing. Tool five, Miniax Claw. So if you tried Open Claw, you know how good it was. You also know the setup was a nightmare. Mac Mini, terminal commands, the whole thing. Miniax built their own version that runs entirely on their cloud. One click, your agent is leave in 10 seconds. It remembers your tasks, your preferences, and just gets to work. Nothing to install, nothing to configure. This stuff doesn't slow down.

Outro

Every week there's a new episode, and the people who catch it early are always a step ahead. You know where to find it. See you then.
