The Codex app is now on Windows

Our goal is for Codex to be everywhere you build. For many of you, that's Windows. So today, we're bringing the Codex app to Windows. The Codex app lets you work across multiple projects in one central interface. And with the Codex app on Windows, it runs entirely native using PowerShell inside our new dedicated Windows sandbox. We're also adding all of the features people love about the Codex app, including skills to easily discover and extend Codex's capabilities. Automations to have Codex work behind the scenes for you. Work trees to work on multiple independent tasks inside the same project. You can also find some new Windows specific skills in our skill gallery, such as a dedicated Win UI skill for all of you Windows app developers. And for those of you who are preferring to develop their apps using Windows Subsystem for Linux, we've added support to switch your coding agent and the integrated terminal to work inside WSL.
